  • Monitor and review all Ag Law projects, including holding meetings, tracking progress, and provide regular updates to the Ag Law lead.

  • Provide Wikipedian-in-Residence services for NAL focused on Ag Law partner and NAL content and projects - including a focus on equity issues in agriculture.

  • Train and support the Ag Law partners and others in creating and enhancing Wikipedia articles on agriculture, food safety, and agricultural law.

  • Review and evaluate current Ag Law website and lead NAL website modernization and update ag and food law webpages on a regular basis and create new subject specific topic pages related to ag law and equity topics.

  • Support the broad goals of the Ag Law partnership through basic reference work and creation of pathfinders or user guides.

  • Lead regular meetings to monitor and evaluate all ag law projects and events.

  • Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met

  • Assist in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among team members in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization

  • Track daily check-in reports

  • Report weekly to the Ag Law lead with project updates

  • Attend agricultural law and library related virtual and in-person conferences and workshops, as needed.

    Required Skills and Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

U.S. Citizenship and a Secret Clearance Required.

This position provides expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP SMD to procure goods and services by converting a buy-repair plan, sales order, or third-party request to a purchase request (PR) within SAP; process and convert PRs to purchase orders through commercial contracting, purchase card, MILSTRIP for Navy/DLA purchase, or buyer funding document sent to another government agency; record obligations; and process invoices. Must have experience working with OF modules to integrate functionality as well as experience assisting with the interface designs to communicate with external vendors (i.e.DAAS, ITIMP).

Required Skills and Experience

- Nine (9) or more years of experience in organizational change management processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations.

- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

- Ability to plan and lead major technology assignments.

- Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

- May supervise others.

  • Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)

    Professional Certifications

    N/A

    Nice to have Skills/Certifications

    - 5+ years OCM experience

    - Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix

    - Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

    Formal Education

    Bachelor's degree or higher

    Years of Professional Experience

    9+ years of OCM experience in SAP

    Security Clearance Requirements

    Possess a Secret Clearance or higher

    Citizenship
