Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This is an on-site position in Washington DC. A Remote (Telework) and/or Hybrid work schedule will not be available.

• Provide oversight of the service delivery teams and ensure that they fulfill all the contractual requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement.

• Ensure all contractually required deliverables are prepared and undergo quality assurance reviews ahead of a timely submission.

• Develop the master integrated plan that combines all the individual project plans the service delivery teams are responsible for executing. Ensures the plans are communicated and agreed to with the customer and that the delivery teams have the staff and resources necessary to execute.

• Coordinates with corporate Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure delivery teams are utilizing the standard processes, forms, templates for internal support requests, deliverables required at the top contract level, Task Order (TO) financial tracking and forecasting, and corporate progress and status reporting.

• Manages all direct labor costs associated with the contract and ensures the incurred costs remain within budget.

• Ensures resources assigned to the contract have the technical abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of their roles.

• Ensures all program related deliverables such as Reports, Design Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc., required of the contract are prepared in advance of the contractually specified due dates, to allow enough time for a quality review prior to delivery to the customer.

• Communicates directly with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of the services the delivery team is providing. Should the customer be dissatisfied, the Program Manager informs the corporate leadership and assists in the development of actional plans to resolve current issues and mitigate future ones.

• Prior federal government Program Management experience

• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline, an additional 8 years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

• Prior experience in a federal data warehouse and understanding of government procedures and regulations required.

  Years of Professional Experience 8+ years

This position shall provide sustainment/integration support across Navy ERP. This position will work directly with end users and Tier 3 to resolve production issues. This includes end user support inclusive of logging, updating, monitoring, resolving, and forwarding trouble tickets in NHDSM. The individual will assess the impact to supported commands and overall soundness of design for any modifications to Navy ERP Functional Design Requirement Specifications. The individual will create and maintain training materials such as user guides, cheat sheets, quick reference guides, and simulations. The individual shall participate in Navy ERP wide workshops and meetings related to module and/or business area and facilitate working groups within the module. The individual shall support government personnel to log and monitor system defects as well as assess organizational impact of defects. Required Skills and Experience

• Six (6) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. Requires strong organization and communication skills. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP UM module (in a Tier 2 environment) is preferred. Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.

• Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.

This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in one or more of SAP functional areas within SAP; process and convert PRs to purchase orders through commercial contracting, purchase card, MILSTRIP for Navy/DLA purchase, or buyer funding document sent to another government agency; record obligations; and process invoices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This is an Entry/Junior Level position. Applicants with more than 3 years of work experience will not be considered.

Junior Management Analyst:

• Schedule meetings/Team calls.

• Complete project documentation.

• Take meeting minutes and action items.

• Perform task tracking and follow-up.

• Performs tasks requiring delivery of analysis and advice for management regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale programs and operations.

• Other tasks, under supervision, may include conducting organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems; performing gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states; documenting and delivering findings and recommendations; and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems.

• Experience as described in the above-listed duties.

• BA/BS degree or higher

• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
