Senior Fire Alarm Systems Service Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Smart Buildings. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems. As a* *Senior Fire Alarm Systems Service Technician, you will:
Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements.
Create detailed test and inspection reports based on code requirements and customer needs
Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality. Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material
Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards
Quote small repair jobs and provide detailed parts and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects
Plan work with Lead Technicians and Supervisors to strategize tasks effectively
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems
Must be willing and able to differentiate types/colors of wire, use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet, carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 poundsunassisted
Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 3 within 12 months
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read/understand design and construction documents
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
5+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems

As a Senior Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will:
Install, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and fire pumps
Perform fire sprinkler, fire pump and other water-based equipment inspections and testing
Properly document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required process of reporting deficiencies while on-site
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed
Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment. Follow corporate policies related to vehicle use and care

As the Site Project Manager, you will be the primary customer interface for all on-site activities with the US Government Representatives. You will also be required to take on Site Safety Supervisory and quality control responsibilities as well. You will coordinate with Program Manager, within SGT to ensure all deliverables are submitted on-time, on-budget and at the highest quality. You will work closely with other SGT team members, including Business Development Representatives, Safety Leads Quality Leads and technicians.
As the Site Project Manager, you manage the day-to-day operations will oversee the work of several subcontractors and on-site superintendent and technicians. You will oversee and manage works processes that minimize risk and increase the chance of repeatable success on SGT projects.
Responsibilities:
-Manage Day to Day operations and deliverables
-Manage on-site workforce and subcontractors to deliver high quality services and installations for our US Government Customers.
-Developing and assisting with Producing, reviewing, approving and submitting TDPI,TDPII, TDPIII, TDPIV, TDPV and TDPVI deliverables that include but not limited to the following:
Site survey reports
Technical Detail Matrixes
Manufacturer Data Cut Sheets (MFD)
Software Data
System Description Analysis
Contractors Field Test (CFT) Performance Verification Test (PVT) System Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures

-Maintain good communications with US Government representatives and escalate any issues to the Program Manager,
-Implement quality and safety plans.
-Coach on site staff on work processes and technical aspects of awarded projects
-Provide Dayli, weekly and Monthly reporting to SGT management and US Government Customers
-Address and resolve CEHNC customer/ client satisfaction, needs, and issues by leading the on-site team activities.
Required Qualifications:
-OSHA 30 Certification
-Must reside in Okinawa, Japan and be willing to travel to various projects site in Mainland Japan
-Minimum five (5) years of technical experience in Facilities related systems.
-Minimum five (5) years of experience working with federal customers.
-Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership, supervisor, or manager role
-Project execution skills, with proven ability co start and complete projects on time, in budget with the right quality.
-Knowledge of and skills performing technical assessments and corrective actions
-Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers work process
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Experience coaching and mentoring employees to increase project success, productivity and results.

Under specific direction, assists in the design, configuration, and operation of electronic security systems (ESS), and other low voltage control sub-systems (ie. lighting, data networks, mass notification, etc.) to meet the intent of the project requirements and government scopes of work. Responsibilities:
-Assists in the design and configuration of electronic security systems and building control systems as defined by the contract documents.
-Assist with the development of Bill of Materials (BOM) and procurement of ESS equipment to include servers, workstations and network switches.
-Complete ESS system Pre-Installation and Test Check-Out (PITCO)
-Travel to site and complete final ESS system programming and testing and include CFT, PVT and Endurance test as required.
-Assists in the development and testing plans from vendor related manuals and installation instructions necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements.
-Assists in the coordination and creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
-Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned projects.
-Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
-May provide field change information to the project team for the creation of as-built drawings and software.
-Keeps management and customer informed of job progress and issues.
-Assists in developing site-specific training documentation for owner / operator on specific installed systems.
-Participates in release meeting with project field team.
-Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Required Qualifications:
-Must live in/near Huntsville, Alabama
-OSHA 30 Certification and First Aid CPR
-Must be willing to travel 50% of time on-projects
-Minimum five (5) years of technical experience in ESS systems.
-Minimum five (5) years of experience working with federal customers.
-Minimum five (5) years of experience working with USACE Huntsville ESS program
-Experience with IT and windows programming and testing
-Experience and Knowledge of VSS, ACS, IDS, mass notification, and building automation systems is highly desired
-Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers work process
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and auto CADD or similar software

Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire spectrum of warehouse operations and logistics processes at our Siemens Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment Manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. The Field Service Engineer performs emergency repairs, warranty service, startup and commissioning support of electrical power distribution and control equipment.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
Correcting and logging resolution of client identified warranty and quality control issues.
Provide operation and installation training.
Providing technical support for field startup pretesting using typical electrical test equipment and program uploading, firmware update installation and operational operation testing of GUI PLC and Relay devices.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Production Manager provides leadership and expertise in establishing and maintaining an efficient manufacturing program in support of the division's strategic plan.
You will develop efficiency strategies to ensure the attainment of business metrics and production goals with special attention to budgetary requirements. We are looking for a Project Manager for Electrical Products . This position reports to EP Manager, Project Management Organization. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute mid -level complexity projects. This position allows for remote working with some work travel will be required.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
Project manager for multiple projects across the country
Support project stakeholders on day- to-day activities.
Attend Factory Witness Tests
Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations (if required) upon project kickoff.
Set firm expectations on expected product release dates.
Ability to work with Compas to make configuration changes related to project changes or material adds to orders.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues.
Ability to increase business unit margins through positive value adds on change orders, price escalations and selling extended warranties.
Track and keep customers updated on pressing project issues.
Track ship shorts
Provide Financial Invoice Summaries and reconciliation support to closeout project at the completion of contracted scope of supply.
Coordinate deliveries with project site
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and challenges.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements across organizations.
Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects pursuant to customer deliverables and agreed upon contract terms.
Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact,
complex and/or cross-functional problems.
Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of
concepts, techniques, knowledge, processes, and lessons learned.

Basic Qualifications:

3 plus years of experience in the application and concepts of Low Voltage Products.
Experience with (COMPAS GO, COMPAS, SAP, and exposure to Tableau etc.)

The Field Service Engineer performs emergency repairs, warranty service, startup and commissioning support of electrical power distribution and control equipment.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
Correcting and logging resolution of client identified warranty and quality control issues.

Fire Inspectors play a vital role in preventing, detecting, and mitigating the impact of fires. Note deficiencies, remedies, and review pricing with customers. Complete service ticket documentation before leaving the customer site. Follow-up on corrective actions

Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Assist with training
Work overtime when needed, and maintain stock, tools, and equipment in vehicles

As a Building Automation Service Sales Manager you will:
Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas.
Act as a resource to sales employeesregardingour products, applications, and services; support the sales process through all phases, including job turnover and implementation.
Communicate goals, provide mentoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conduct performance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assess customer needs andidentifycustomer buying priorities.
Review bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customerobjectives.Assistemployees in setting margins,identifyingresources, assessing future business, andestablishingexecutive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers.
Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees, and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets.
Assistthe sales team inidentifyingmarket opportunities; develop strategies to improve impacttothe company. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies.
Articulate and drive our digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics andmaintaintrade contacts andparticipatein industry association functions.
Travel overnight 10% on average for training and business development.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
10+ years of sales experience
Must be able todemonstrate:
Technicalproficiencyin application of mechanical systems, electrical systems, IT, building technologies, and/or demand-side energy management
Ability to interpret job specifications and drawings to coach sellers in developing winning strategies
Working knowledge and understanding of contracting business with tier of contractors
Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Must be 21 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering
Management experience in the construction industry
Experience selling to various vertical markets such as healthcare, higher education, etc.
Experience selling to contractors, architects, and/or end users
Experience within the HVAC and/or Building Automation Controls industry
Proficiencywith Salesforce CRM

The pay range for this position is $118,790 - $203,640 per year, with an annual incentive target of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills,qualifications,and premium geographic location.
