In this role, you willpossess the following capabilities:

  • Software Systems Engineer with a focus on architecture and engineering tradecraft documentation to include: HW modeling, system power and bring-up sequences, state degradation diagrams, reliability and availability block diagrams, telemetry data flow and collection requirements, interdependency and HW/FW/SW relationship diagrams.

  • Must utilize systems engineering experience in carrying out functions, including configuration and resource management, quality assurance, and physical and software integration, acquisition, and testing.

  • Must contribute to the development of System Engineering plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specification, and Interface Control Documents.

  • Will also need to record and display internally developed solutions through development of deep-dive documents, flow charts, layout, as well as diagrams.

  • Qualification must include: BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related subject.

  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux based environments, Solid network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related subject.

  • 10-12 years of demonstrated experience.

  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux based environments, Solid network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).

In this role, you willpossess the following capabilities:

  • Ability to integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software.

  • Generate documentation for the full software stack.

  • Update software for sustainment support.

  • Basic Linux system administration skills and shell scripting.

  • Execute test codes for characterization of software performance.

  • Provide software product ownership for HPC tools.

  • Working knowledge of CM tools, web documentation, and issue tracking.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and switch between various architectural paradigms.

  • Develop software tool plugins in the language in which the tools are written.

  • Determine the optimal, or best available, HPC configuration for customer needs.

  • Experience using the Unix CLI

  • Experience performing System Administration tasks including installation, configuration, and sustainment of various COTS/GOTS software in a large scale HPC Unix environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract providing broad expertise in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management. Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule, and contract performance. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success!

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and input burn rate data using corporate template.

  • Review invoices in accordance with the most recent BM&A Invoice Review Desk Guide and contract clauses; report any discrepancies to Government Contract Manager (GCM).

  • Assist the GCM with gathering and organizing data needed to develop/modify Technical Task Orders (TTOs)/Delivery Orders/Requisitions/Spend Plans/Contract Performance Input.

  • Assist with the validation of ULO and TAR lines for contracts.

  • Utilize NSA-specific systems to perform basic functions.

  • Assist the Government with Contract Closeout activities.

  • Draft modifications to existing TTOs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • U.S. citizenship

  • Two (2) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management, finance, customer service, or business PLUS

  • An Associate's Degree with a business focus or forty-five (45) business-related college credits.

  • OR in Lieu of Associate's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree with a business focus may be substituted for the years of experience and Associates' Degree requirement.

  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of formulas, functions, and charts.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

  • Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.

  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.

  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

  • Develop technical documentation.

  • Develop system Architecture and system design documentation.

  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

  • Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

  • A bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR

  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

  • Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports.

  • Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.

  • Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

The DOL VETS TAP program needs skilled and compassionate Senior Employment Navigators who can assist military personnel in their transition to civilian occupations and providing individual counseling on the job search process. Senior Employment Navigators would be expected to assess the transitioning Servicemember and/or transitioning spouse's acquired skills via tools/software provided and assist with career exploration and translating their military experience desired by future employers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain communication with Federal Government MSEP partner POCs via telephone, webinars, briefings, events and email and fosters relationship building

  • Identify Federal Government MSEP partner hiring needs, understanding the position description, conditions of employment, desired qualifications and application details

  • Identify potential matches between Federal Government MSEP partner hiring needs and individual military spouse based on the spouse's location, education, experience and career goals

  • Develop and share a list of customized federal job leads to assist military spouses in their search for federal employment

  • Make the connections and provide introductions for federal agency MSEP partners with employment initiatives and opportunities

  • Provide SECO Career Center staff information as it pertains to military spouse federal employment

  • Collaborate with Communications Specialists on marketing, web, and social media materials for the Federal Employment Concierge Service

  • May assist with ad hoc webinars and program briefings upon request; provide support in the form of Federal resume development

Certified career counselors in the MOS Spouse Career Center provide education and career counseling services to all military spouses associated with the following four Spouse Education and Career Opportunities life cycle stages: career exploration; education, training, and licensing; employment readiness; and career connections.

The Workforce Management and Optimization position will be responsible for real time monitoring of service levels and site performance during the day to ensure effective management of the incoming and outbound phone, chat, appointment setting, dispatching and email volume. The position will have high visibility to all the operations teams. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced contact-center environment and provide daily recommendations on staffing optimizations that drive positive service level performance. You will function as the first line of defense in recognizing issues within the operational workflow and will be required to assist in troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate department as vital.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assists the Career Center Operations Manager in providing direction, and administration for the operation, technical support and continual improvement of the career center staff, processes and system while acting as proxy in their absence.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the military spouse and employee experience.

  • Works as a technical expert of contact center tools focused on delivering intra-day staffing and service, including analysis of real-time workload and call routing to manage performance to service level requirements.

  • Responsible for development, implementation, and recurring review/update of the communication and execution strategies to utilize when staffing issues are identified and adjustments are required.

  • Analyzes and addresses escalated service delivery issues.

  • Delivers all workload forecasting and necessary staffing planning to meet service level goals across multiple channels and ensures productivity goals are met. Configures, tests, deploys, operates, and provides training on all functional capabilities of Amazon Web Connect.

  • Partners with Supervisors to prepare employee schedules, execute shift bids, schedule swaps, time off requests, and scheduling of activities such as training or 1-on-1 feedback sessions.

  • Coordinates with Serco's Enterprise Technical Support Services (ETSS) for technical support for the maintenance, update, and security of this system.

  • Collaborates with Data Analytics and Reporting Manager as well as the Workforce and Training Manager to ensure all Career Center related performance metrics and status reports are dependable, accurate and timely.

  • Participates in strategic planning and goal development and oversees technology and process improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

  • Responsible for tactical planning and historical trend analysis to ensure the call center achieves key performance indicators on a daily and interval basis.

  • Key responsibilities will include operational, procedural, and data analysis to achieve service level objectives, improve efficiencies, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

  • Accountable for monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing human resource utilization real-time to meet operational and business objectives.

  • Demonstrates Decision Making/ Complex Problem Solving- proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, considers other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly, and confidently

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel as well as workforce management software, such as Amazon Web Connect or Calabrio in a business environment

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

  • Analytical with attention to detail

  • Proactively identify risks, and opportunities around business performance

  • Realign resources to optimize coverage and service based on skill set and priority

  • Communicate with front-line leaders to ensure they have the data needed to address staffing needs

  • Monitor real-time service levels, average speed of answer using WFM and Real-Time Adherence software and telephony/routing reporting, to ensure all call center agents comply and service levels are met

  • Responsible for assisting in the daily efforts to provide an outstanding customer experience by performing real-time management to service level and agent performance in an omni-channel contact center environment.

  • Improve schedules for efficient use of resources to achieve service level goals.

  • Initiate schedule adjustments based on real-time monitoring of inbound and Outbound queues for variances to forecasts.

  • Process real-time schedule requests.

  • Review and approve agent time off and schedule change requests.

  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests and projects.

  • Provide daily/intraday performance reports to Leadership.

  • Monitor contact center systems performance and communicate with vendors as necessary

  • Collaborate multiple teams identifying opportunities to further optimize performance.

  • Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At a minimum, a bachelor's degree

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.

  • 5+ years of Workforce Management experience in an omnichannel, skill-based contact center environment required.

  • Strong track record of exceeding key performance metrics (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Experience with Workforce Management software - (forecasting, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting).

  • Experience implementing new systems, new technology features or versions and processes.

  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems knowledge.

  • Proficient working with Excel and other analytics tools with a preference for Power BI.

  • Highly skilled in effective communication both verbally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other departments, and vendors

  • Candidate must possess highly developed analytical skills for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.

  • Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment, in a time sensitive environment and on several tasks simultaneously

  • Committed to personal learning, and program continuous improvement freely communicating ideas and seeking the best overall output.

  • Remote with geographical preference to Kentucky, Texas, or Florida (to mirror current Program Leadership)

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years leading remote teams preferred

  • Four (4) years of military program or corporate experience

  • Knowledge of the mobile military culture and lifestyle

  • Military leadership experience is a plus.

  • Articulates understanding of basic evaluation techniques and use of customer feedback to improve overall program effectiveness/impact.

  • Provides oversight, guidance and training to data analysts to ensure accurate program analysis and reporting.

  • Establishes processes to measure formal Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other program performance metrics.

  • Collects, validates and stores all program KPIs, performance metrics and associated data in designated warehouse.

  • Leads the analysis of results by PWS task area and holistically across PWS task areas using business intelligence tools.

  • Responsible for timely posting of actual KPI and performance metrics on performance dashboard.

  • Ensures the timely distribution of program data for analysis and inclusion in formal and informal contract deliverables and reporting.

  • Performs Quality Control (QC) Inspector tasks as assigned and performs QC activities in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.

  • Responsible for preparing contract reporting

  • Responsible for coordinating with corporate technical services for support, update and security of tool suite.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, information technology, mathematics or statistics related to the job description listed above.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data

  • Proficient and experienced with the following: programming skills with querying languages, big data tools, testing tools, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong track record of exceeding key performance metrics (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Experience with Workforce Management software - (forecasting, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting).

  • Experience implementing new systems, new technology features or versions and processes.

  • Assist in development of quality policies, processes and standards.

  • Provide training, oversight, and day-to-day task direction to designed team QC Inspectors.

  • Review QC Inspector reports and provides feedback and guidance.

  • Conduct root cause analyses of quality discrepancies or adverse satisfaction survey responses and implements corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration

  • At least 2 years of experience in a position inspection, auditing, testing, implementing corrective and preventive measures.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analysis and statistical methods, quality control procedures and relevant standard.

  • Highly skilled in effective communication both verbally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other departments, and vendors.

  • Candidate must possess highly developed analytical skills for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.

  • Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certified career counselors in the MOS Spouse Career Center provide education and career counseling services to all military spouses associated with the following four Spouse Education and Career Opportunities life cycle stages: career exploration; education, training, and licensing; employment readiness; and career connections.

The Career Center Operations Supervisor position will be responsible for real time monitoring of service levels and site performance during the day to ensure effective management of the incoming and outbound phone, chat, appointment setting, dispatching and email volume. The position will have high visibility to all the operations teams. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced contact-center environment and provide daily recommendations on staffing optimizations that drive positive service level performance. You will function as the first line of defense in recognizing issues within the operational workflow and will be required to assist in troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate department as vital.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for providing front-line, first level supervision and leadership to advisors and coaches with the goal of meeting program objectives.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the military spouse and employee experience. Monitor individual, team, and program intra-day performance to ensure service levels and quality standards are met or exceeded.

  • Assist team with best practice questions and difficult contacts.

  • Ensure program standards regarding customer experience are met by regularly monitoring calls and performance metrics to provide feedback or coaching.

  • Performs QC Inspector tasks as assigned and performs QC activities in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.

  • Establish and maintain relationships throughout organization to ensure alignment on all business initiatives.

  • Develop staff to be more effective in their roles by providing regular on-going coaching and on-the-job training.

  • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Handle department personnel issues including performance reviews, counseling and progressive disciplinary actions as needed.

  • Partner with Career Center Operations Manager to develop work schedules and assign duties to direct report personnel to ensure efficiency.

  • Ensure payroll system is updated for the team in a timely and accurately manner.

  • Motivate and inspire others to action utilizing effective leadership skills including problem solving, team development.

  • Performs other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At a minimum, a bachelor's degree

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.5+ years of Workforce Management experience in an omnichannel, skill-based contact center environment required.

  • Strong track record of exceeding key performance metrics (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Experience with Workforce Management software - (forecasting, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting).

  • Experience implementing new systems, new technology features or versions and processes.

  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems knowledge.

  • Proficient working with Excel and other analytics tools with a preference for Power BI.

  • Highly skilled in effective communication both verbally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other departments, and vendors

  • Candidate must possess highly developed analytical skills for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.

Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) is a Department of Defense program designed to assist military spouses and surviving spouses with education and career planning. SECO services are accessed and branded through the Military OneSource (MOS) program. MOS is the branded Employee Assistance Program for DoD military beneficiaries.

The Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) is a component of MOS SECO. The MSEP is made up of more than 335 partners that represent a diverse portfolio. Though the majority of the partners are employment partners some primarily provide resources for military spouses and their families. As the partnership continues to grow, the needs of the partners evolve based on the size of the company, hiring needs, company culture and other factors. Therefore, personnel should be adaptive to the needs of the MSEP Partner.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Establish and maintain routine communications with partner points of contact via telephone, webinars, briefings, events and email

  • Respond to any partner and is not limited by region or industry sector

  • Serve as a liaison to make spouse employment connections

  • Identify partner hiring needs, employment qualifications and application process

  • Focus on relationship building with partners across the partnership while answering questions and providing updated information

  • Assist partners on how to improve their military spouse recruitment, hiring, employee tracking and reporting

  • Provide Career Portal assistance and training

  • Collaborate and communicate with program staff

  • Providing partner expertise and employment needs to program team and management

  • Enter communication engagement into a tracking system including company information for the partner directory

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Professional Development.

  • Four (4) years of military program or corporate experience

  • Experience in education, career, human resources, partnership development or employment counseling related to the job description listed above.

  • Knowledge of the mobile military culture and lifestyle

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Military leadership experience is a plus.

  • Articulates understanding of basic evaluation techniques and use of customer feedback to improve overall program effectiveness/impact.

  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities, illustrates attention to detail, and shows evidence of being conscientious regarding deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with remotely located team members.

  • An active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is preferred.

The position will be responsible for assisting in the real time monitoring of service levels and site performance to ensure effective management of the career center and employment partnership mission requirements. The position will have high visibility to all the operations teams. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide daily recommendations on program optimizations that drive positive service level performance.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provides management, direction, and administration for the collection, validation, holistic analysis and reporting of program data.

  • Provides oversight, guidance and training to data analysts to ensure accurate program analysis and reporting.

  • Establishes processes to measure formal Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other program performance metrics.

  • Collects, validates and stores all program KPIs, performance metrics and associated data in designated warehouse.

  • Leads the analysis of results by PWS task area and holistically across PWS task areas using business intelligence tools.

  • Responsible for timely posting of actual KPI and performance metrics on performance dashboard.

  • Ensures the timely distribution of program data for analysis and inclusion in formal and informal contract deliverables and reporting.

  • Performs Quality Control (QC) Inspector tasks as assigned and performs QC activities in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.

  • Responsible for preparing contract reporting

  • Responsible for coordinating with corporate technical services for support, update and security of tool suite.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, information technology, mathematics or statistics

  • At least 2 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data

  • Proficient and experienced with the following: programming skills with querying languages, big data tools, testing tools, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong track record of exceeding key performance metrics (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Experience with Workforce Management software - (forecasting, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting).

  • Experience implementing new systems, new technology features or versions and processes.

  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems knowledge.

  • Highly skilled in effective communication both verbally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other departments, and vendors

  • Candidate must possess highly developed analytical skills for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.

  • Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment, in a time sensitive environment and on several tasks simultaneously

  • Committed to personal learning, and program continuous improvement freely communicating ideas and seeking the best overall output.

  • Assist in operational planning and implementation

  • Assist supervisors, managers and QC Specialists in identifying and implementing corrective actions

  • Provide input to staff scripts and coaching packages

  • Remain current on resources available program staff and military spouses related to education, employment and wellness, sharing information across the enterprise

  • Assist staff in preparing standard and ad-hoc webinar and briefing materials

  • May provide information for social media and marketing materials

  • Enter data in a tracking system

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Certified career counselors in the MOS Spouse Career Center provide education and career counseling services to all military spouses associated with the following four Spouse Education and Career Opportunities life cycle stages: career exploration; education, training and licensing; employment readiness; and career connections.

The position will be responsible for real time monitoring of service levels and site performance to ensure effective management of the career center and employment partnership mission requirements. The position will have high visibility to all the operations teams. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide daily recommendations on program optimizations that drive positive service level performance. You will act as the first line of defense in recognizing issues within the operational workflow and will be required to assist in troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate department as vital.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide management, direction, and administration of quality management and continuous process improvement programs.

  • Lead responsibility for preparing, submitting, updating and implementing quality management plan.

  • Establish quality management processes, checklists, audits and satisfaction surveys.

  • Responsible for satisfaction survey process.

  • Develop satisfaction surveys, ensures proper distribution and reviews of survey responses.

  • Collaborate with designated program managers to provide training, task direction and oversight of designated collateral duty quality inspectors.

  • Schedule and conduct quality inspections and audits and reviews results.

  • Investigate and conduct root cause analyses of quality discrepancies, reported quality incidents and adverse satisfaction survey responses and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrences.

  • Apply root cause findings and lessons learned from quality incidents and findings from holistic performance analyses to develop formal continuous process improvement recommendations to change and improve established program processes and tools.

  • Coordinate with corporate quality and Yellow Belt process improvement managers for additional training, guidance and assistance.

  • Prepare quality program results for program reporting requirement.

  • Cultivate productive working relationships and open communications with designated Government quality representatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration

  • At least 5 years of experience in a position inspection, auditing, testing, implementing corrective and preventive measures related to the job description listed above.

  • At least 3 years of experience leading a remote team.

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.

  • Strong track record of exceeding key performance metrics (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analysis and statistical methods, quality control procedures and relevant standard.

  • Highly skilled in effective communication both verbally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other departments, and vendors.

  • Candidate must possess highly developed analytical skills for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

The Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) is a component of MOS SECO. The MSEP is made up of more than 335 partners that represent a diverse portfolio. Though the majority of the partners are employment partners some primarily provide resources for military spouses and their families. As the partnership continues to grow, the needs of the partners evolve based on the size of the company, hiring needs, company culture and other factors. Therefore, personnel should be adaptive to the needs of the MSEP Partner.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Review job openings of employers in the Military Spouse Employment Partnership to find positions that best fit interests and qualifications of spouses

  • Identify potential matches between the spouse and MSEP employers based on the spouse's geographic location, education, experience and career goals

  • Develop and share a list of customized job leads to assist military spouses in their search for employment; create Career Journey Maps containing MyCAA opportunities with MSEP partner hiring needs and opportunities

  • Liaise on behalf of the military spouse with Career Advisors, Career Coaches, MSEP Partner Specialists, and MSEP partners

  • Collaborate with Federal Employment Navigators, Outreach Specialists, and Data Analysts to research and identify good-fit potential partner profiles based on existing partners, hiring patterns, military spouse characteristics and relevant data sets; document hiring trends among MSEP partners

  • Identify and communicate hot jobs to military spouse matches and Career Advisors, Career Coaches, Installation Specialists, Outreach Specialists for awareness and distribution to respective stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Communications Specialists on marketing, web, and social media materials regarding Job Search Navigation services

  • Interface with MSEP partners, military spouses, and installation personnel to promote and increase awareness of Job Search Navigator services

  • May assist with ad hoc webinars and program briefings upon request; track and report requests and assistance provided; enter data into tracking system

  • Performs QC Inspector tasks as assigned and performs QC activities in accordance with the quality management plan

Qualifications

This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced contact-center environment and provide daily recommendations on staffing optimizations that drive positive service level performance. You will function as the first line of defense in recognizing issues within the operational workflow and will be required to assist in troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate department as vital.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provides management, direction, and administration for the operation, technical support and continual improvement of the career center staff processes and system.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the military spouse and employee experience.

  • Provides all workload forecasting and necessary staffing planning to meet service level goals across multiple channels and ensures productivity goals are met.

  • Partners with Supervisors to prepare employee schedules, execute shift bids, schedule swaps, time off requests, and scheduling of activities such as training or 1-on-1 feedback sessions.

  • Performs real time monitoring of service levels, site, and individual shift performance to ensure effective management of the incoming and outbound phone, chat, appointment setting, and email volume.

  • Lead technical expert for configuring, testing, deploying, operating, and providing training on all functional capabilities of Amazon Web Connect.

  • Coordinates with Serco's Enterprise Technical Support Services (ETSS) for technical support for the maintenance, update, and security of this system.

  • Collaborates with Data Analytics and Reporting Manager as well as the Workforce and Training Manager to ensure all Career Center related performance metrics and status reports are reliable, accurate and timely.

  • Participates in strategic planning and goal development and oversees technology and process improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

  • Responsible for tactical planning and historical trend analysis to ensure the call center achieves key performance indicators on a daily and interval basis.

  • Key responsibilities will include operational, procedural, and data analysis to achieve service level objectives, improve efficiencies, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

  • Accountable for monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing human resource utilization real-time to meet operational and business objectives.

  • Demonstrates Decision Making/ Complex Problem Solving- proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, considers other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly, and confidently

  • Improve schedules for efficient use of resources to achieve service level goals.

  • Initiate schedule adjustments based on real-time monitoring of inbound and Outbound queues for variances to forecasts.

  • Process real-time schedule requests.

  • Review and approve agent time off and schedule change requests.

  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests and projects.

  • Provide daily/intraday performance reports to Leadership.

Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) is a Department of Defense program designed to assist military spouses and surviving spouses with education and career planning. SECO services are accessed and branded through the Military OneSource (MOS) program. MOS is the branded Employee Assistance Program for DoD military beneficiaries.

The Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) is a component of MOS SECO. The MSEP is made up of more than 335 partners that represent a diverse portfolio. Though the majority of the partners are employment partners some primarily provide resources for military spouses and their families. As the partnership continues to grow, the needs of the partners evolve based on the size of the company, hiring needs, company culture and other factors. Therefore, personnel should be adaptive to the needs of the MSEP Partner.

You will be part of a large, geographically dispersed team that works closely with Serco program management team and other Serco teams to deliver quality services to our military/government customer and military spouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Establish and maintain routine communications with partner points of contact via telephone, webinars, briefings, events and email

  • Respond to any partner and is not limited by region or industry sector

  • Serve as a liaison to make spouse employment connections

  • Identify partner hiring needs, employment qualifications and application process

  • Focus on relationship building with partners across the partnership while answering questions and providing updated information

  • Assist partners on how to improve their military spouse recruitment, hiring, employee tracking and reporting

  • Provide Career Portal assistance and training

  • Collaborate and communicate with program staff

  • Providing partner expertise and employment needs to program team and management

  • Provide mentorship to new MSEP Partner Specialists

  • May provide input to MSEP staff training, communications, and partner events

  • Perform QC Inspector tasks as assigned and performs QC activities in accordance with the Quality Management Plan

  • Enter communication engagement into a tracking system including company information for the partner directory

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Professional Development.

  • Four (4) years of military program or corporate experience related to the job description listed above.

  • Experience in education, career, human resources, partnership development or employment counseling.

  • Knowledge of the mobile military culture and lifestyle

  • Must be a United States (US) Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NACI) (Desired - Active NACI)

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Military leadership experience is a plus.

Serco has a great opportunity for you to take a role as part of the USMC/Navy logistic team in supporting the USMC/Navy overseas in Guam, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Australia. Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program functions.

This high-speed Logistics Analyst position is part of a dynamic team supporting USMC customers in overseas locations by addressing USMC/Navy cargo problems related to standard port procedures (violation of which results in discrepancies). Assists aerial port customer service representatives regarding DOD transiting shipments. Assist aerial port customer service representatives by facilitating Marine Corps/Navy process improvements to minimize the occurrence of Marine Corps/Navy sponsored frustrated cargo. Resolve/Process all frustrated cargo to ensure compliance with both aerial port and DOD requirements to include facilitating customs clearance, and preparation of Hazardous Documents.

In this role, you will:

  • Address USMC/Navy cargo problems related to standard port procedures (violation of which results in discrepancies).

  • Provide assistance to aerial port customer service representatives regarding DOD transiting shipments.

  • Assist aerial port customer service representatives by facilitating Marine Corps/Navy process improvements to minimize the occurrence of Marine Corps/Navy sponsored frustrated cargo.

  • Resolve/Process all frustrated cargo to ensure compliance with both aerial port and DODrequirements to include facilitating customs clearance, and preparation of Hazardous Documents.

  • Conduct analyses of cargo movement processes and emerging trends to provide guidance in the development of policy and process changes.

  • Monitor all cargo movements through all modes of transportation from origin to destination to determine the effectiveness of distribution system to meet time definite deliver standards, operational need goals, and customer wait time goals.

  • Review and analyze DTS process time-line data to identify deficiencies, develop process improvement courses of action (COA) and assist with the implementation of selected COA's.

  • May be required to analyze logistics data, provide metrics, and develop courses of action in order to create increased efficiencies within logistical processes and distribution operations.

  • Develop operational plans and concepts. Designs data collection requirements to support operational planning. Provides advice and recommendations to high level officials regarding operational plans and concepts.

  • Analyzes plans, data, intelligence information, or systems. Develops estimates and makes recommendations for deficiencies. Integrates information from a variety of sources into various systems; ensures proper systems interfaces. Collects data for analysis. Develops products resulting from analysis.

  • Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1) Analyzes and reengineersmission processes by applying business process reengineering principles. 2) Proposes and assists in the implementation of change initiatives. 3) Supports participation in related studies. 4) Develops tools and information systems as required to support management processes.

  • Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1) Performs analysis, develops plans, and facilitates implementation. 2) Analyzes and develops concepts for strategic deployment; operational and logistics issues; organizational structure and equipment and modernization of forces/ exercises and training; and computer, communication, command, and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance

  • Assists with requirements development and refinement, technical reviews of requirements packets, preparation of technical support for negotiation documents, and level of effort requirement's development.

  • Other duties may be required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related military or specialized experience; OR 15 years of directly related military specialized experience applicable to the job description listed above.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Ability to monitor project schedules and performance metrics; prepare briefings and information papers; and attend meetings and teleconferences.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must have an active DoD Secret Level Clearance

  • Must be willing to relocate toGuam, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Australia.

  • Have the ability to travel 10% of the time

  • Must have APSR access.

  • Must be trained in the doctrinal concepts of landing support and the landing force support party, conducting port, arrival/departure airfield, helicopter landing zone, and rail head.

  • Must have functional knowledge of DTS transportation systems.

  • Must have knowledge in contingency planning, SOP development, Joint and Multinational Logistics.

Preferred Requirements:

Navy or USMC Logistics experience preferred.
