The Opportunity
As a dedicated Business Processes & Controls Advisor Lead, you will establish, implement, and govern fraud management activities for the Bank Fraud Organization to include risk assessments, policies, frameworks, standards, processes and procedures, and tools as a first line of defense function. You will serve as the fraud risk management subject matter expert to ensure documents, programs, processes, procedures, and product initiatives align with regulatory, legal requirements, and fraud policies and standards. You will partner and collaborate with the accountable executives for the Program, the lines of business, Compliance and Risk Management, Audit Services, Legal, and Regulators to support enterprise fraud management-based initiatives.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL OR This position can work remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel.

What you'll do:
Lead cross-functional team members in strategic development, implementation, and execution of highly complex or unique fraud risk management workstreams, projects and solutions.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to guide the strategic direction of fraud risk requirements on business action plans, projects or operational requests based on regulatory guidance.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of fraud risk management requirements, policies, laws, and regulations to business strategies, programs, and solutions. Anticipates how the organization must adapt to changes in the industry to sustain competitive advantage.
Lead all aspects of the execution of risk assessments with business partners and the lines of business to include root cause analysis to resolve impact and solutions.
Anticipate and identify operational inefficiencies and emerging fraud management risks, compliance, and control issues in the operating environment, concurrent with implementing action plans to mitigate business impact.
Provide technical guidance of a complex or unique nature to functional areas within Enterprise Fraud Management on regulatory requirements and requests to ensure proper execution of conduct examinations. May oversee regulatory requirements and requests and/or conduct examinations.
Serve as a primary resource to team members and to cross-functional teams in support of fraud-based initiatives.
Regularly brief executive management on enterprise projects and initiatives that may impact fraud risk.
Anticipate future training needs tied to fraud risk management through understanding regulatory and industry trends.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree: OR 4 years of related fraud, compliance, risk, audit or regulatory experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 8 years' operations experience in a relevant functional area to include financial services, Fraud, AML, compliance, risk, audit, third party risk management or other related operational areas that support fraud risk management initiatives within the business.
Minimum 6 years' fraud, compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory related experience with accountability for projects, programs, processes, or policies.
Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulatory, compliance, industry regulations and regulatory data sources.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities requiring a high attention to detail to identify fraud risks and trends.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and execute among cross-functional teams, including all levels of the organization and with external regulatory agencies.
Proven ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations to include PCI, REG CC, REG E, UCC, FCRA, BSA/AML, Elder Financial Exploitation guidance, OCC Fraud Risk Management 2019-37.

Knowledge of federal laws, state laws, rules, regulations, and applicable guidance, to include: UDAAP, FCRA/Reg V, TILA/Reg Z, BSA/AML, EFTA/Reg E, Reg CC, OCC Heightened Standards, Red Flags applicable to Identity Theft and/or Elder/Vulnerable Adult Exploitation
Passion to protect the association and members from bad actors and to protect all members from fraud and scams.
Ability to continuously learn, adapt, adjust, and evolve as internal and external factors influence how we operate our fraud risk management programs.
Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or obtain a chosen industry certification within the first year of employment
Ability to think creatively and help champion a culture of passionate member service, process excellence, and risk management to help protect our members.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Associate Actuary you will be part of the Property Pricing team. You will coordinate, prepare and perform advanced actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.

What you'll do:
Establish appropriate statistical plans, analytical tools, and requirements for analyzing the experience of various products classification systems, rating plans, reserves, and catastrophes.
Assist in setting pricing objectives by making forecasts and projections and developing strategies to support the company mission and goals in the areas of product development, pricing, catastrophe management, reinsurance, or reserving.
Utilize actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength. May make adjustments and improvements to models, when appropriate.
Monitor competitive market, industry trends, and professional research to maintain knowledge of current activities related to products, regulation, market conditions, and innovative alternatives to achieve financial and market goals.
Creatively approach problems and issues from a wide range of perspectives to determine innovative techniques.
Champion and implements innovative solutions to business initiatives. Responsible for training team members on change/improvement.
Exhibit advanced knowledge of actuarial and business concepts provide innovative solutions and creatively solve business problems.
Represent USAA's interest at industry level committee meetings. Provides data to other departments, useful for their management purposes, from actuarial data systems.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related Actuarial/business/analytical experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required for a total of 8 years of experience) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years Actuarial/business/analytical experience + Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
Experience in developing Innovative Actuarial Analyses/Processes.
Experience in metric development/monitoring.
Strong communication/presentation skills.

Experience building and interpreting Generalized Linear Models (GLMs)
Strong Actuarial pricing expertise with experience in using a variety of pricing methodologies and models.

Working knowledge of data analytic tools and Python/R/SQL or other language.

We are seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney (BI/UM) that resides in the Austin, Texas area that will report into our San Antonio, Texas staff counsel law office.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Audit Director, you will manage the planning, execution and oversight of the consolidated annual audit plan including risk-based assurance and advisory engagements driving quality of audit work for a designated staff agency or line of business/functional area. As a dedicated Lead ALM Advisor, Asset Liability Management, you will be responsible for the modeling, analysis, reporting, monitoring and management of USAA's interest rate risk (IRR) position. Serves as a key subject matter expert for interest rate risk management within the USAA Bank or across the enterprise. The Opportunity
What you'll do:
With the use of digital tools, evaluates and appraises high complexity (total loss, total burn, theft recovered, heavy (non-drivable) auto claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, corporate guidelines and state laws and regulations.
Investigates claim damages including communicating with the insured and third-parties/vendors. May require face-to-face interactions with members and third parties.
Reviews facts of loss and vehicle damage to determine if subrogation opportunities exist and makes the appropriate, timely system referral.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance.
Reviews claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refers to Special Investigative Unit for handling, if applicable.
Maintains accurate and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process for complex claims. Includes mapping of repair plan and timeline for repair.
Responsible for reviewing additional damages received from repair facilities to either complete a supplement or triage to field provider method of inspection.
May serve as a subject matter expert representative for disputed claims or trials. Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a routine nature.
Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate highest complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
Explains coverage, assists policyholders with information on repairs and describes the settlement process, setting appropriate expectations. Issues settlement amounts for damages claimed.

What you have:
