What you'll do:
We are seeking a dedicated Experience Owner - Third Party Injury & Litigation.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; Chesapeake, VA; Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL. Proactively manages and measures experience lifecycle from conception to release, iteration and maintenance, optimizing the outcome for the product/experience while prioritizing work and communicating with stakeholders to ensure delivery of experience expectations across all channels, to include digital.
Measures, evaluates, visualizes, and communicates experience performance, member interactions and its financial impact on the business.
Implements tactical and strategic actions related to product and or business need.
Responsible for financial, regulatory, and operational risk management related to the experience, risk mitigation and effective control environment prioritizing closing any gaps or findings.
Identifies, prioritizes, develops and releases IT work in partnership with IT, Design and other key stakeholders to deliver value across experience(s).
Leverages human-centered design methodology with key stakeholders, partners, and process owners to drive design improvements for end users.
Proactively facilitates and drives the end-to-end ownership and management of experiences and processes in all relevant channels to members and/or employees.
Aligns focus of stakeholders towards a unified experience that serves members', employees', and business' needs.
Establishes and monitors key Performance Indicators (KPIs), member insights, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs); ensures correct data and instrumentation for the experience and related sub-processes; uses data to improve experiences.
Partners with Enterprise stakeholders to promote Member experiences and/or Business Deliverables that are aligned to strategic outcomes and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Partners with process owners to ensure ongoing documentation and process certification and experience(s) which includes control plans, understanding the tools used in the respective process or experience, identification and measurement of metrics for success and adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines.
Partners with process owners to ensure strategy execution and delivery is fulfilled through ongoing change management, leveraging data to assess business problems and system enhancements.
Identifies acceptable performance limits and establishes and leads management routines and control plans to monitor performance and react accordingly when the process is out of acceptable limits.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree (10 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
6 years of experience in customer experience, strategy, process, analytics, digital, user experience design or marketing OR Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience in customer experience, strategy, process analytics, digital, user experience design or marketing.
4 years of progressive related experience developing, implementing, executing, creating and/or managing customer or employee experience strategies, major initiatives and delivering results within a complex matrix environment required.
Understanding of best practices for implementing a voice-of-the-customer program, including selecting appropriate listening posts based on the channel and type of touchpoint.
In-depth understanding of process improvement approach, including leveraging analysis and critical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement, and quickly evaluating potential solutions for feasibility & reasonableness.
Demonstrated experience identifying key performance indicators to measure before & after changes to determine improvement, effectiveness, and identify unintended consequence.
Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated success at executing and refining strategies that support productive, efficient, successful, and mission critical experiences.
Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements (change champion).
Hands-on experience with using customer feedback to improve a process or experience.

What you have:
Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of Actuarial/business/analytical experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of Degree.
Up to 2 years Actuarial/business/analytical experience + 1 or more Casualty Actuarial Society exams completed

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Auto Appraiser-Field. This position will be primarily doing field inspections and virtual estimating in all of Jacksonville, FL Metro area.
Within defined guidelines and framework responsible to investigate, evaluate and appraise vehicle damage claims for both repairable and total loss vehicles to ensure estimate accuracy in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering exceptional member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and empathy.
The Opportunity
What you'll do:
Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
With the use of digital tools, evaluate and appraise high complexity (total loss, total burn, theft recovered, heavy (non-drivable) auto claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, corporate guidelines and state laws and regulations.
Investigate claim damages including communicating with the insured and third parties/vendors. May require face-to-face interactions with members and third parties.
Review facts of loss and vehicle damage to determine if subrogation opportunities exist and makes the appropriate, timely system referral.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance.
Review claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refers to Special Investigative Unit for handling, if applicable.
Maintain accurate and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process for complex claims. Includes mapping of repair plan and timeline for repair.
Responsible for reviewing additional damages received from repair facilities to either complete a supplement or triage to field provider method of inspection.
May serve as a subject matter expert representative for disputed claims or trials. Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a routine nature.
Partner with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate highest complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
Explain coverage, assists policyholders with information on repairs and describes the settlement process, setting appropriate expectations. Issues settlement amounts for damages claimed.
Support workload surges and/or Catastrophe Operations as needed which may involve volunteering for extended hours. May serve as permanent member of the APD Catastrophe team.
What you have:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2+ years of auto appraising experience
Knowledge of P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, auto parts distribution process and claim appraisal process and procedures
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts

Current Adjuster's license in FL
I-Car PlatinumTM designation
Working knowledge of repair methods for Exotic, Luxury, Hybrid and all Electric vehicles.

As a Senior Field Property Insurance Adjuster, you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderate to large loss complex property content insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm and analyzes coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlements in compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
Field Property Adjusters focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. USAA also provides a company vehicle to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory. Field Adjusters may travel outside of their local territory to respond to claims in other regions when needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available.

6 years business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization.
Experience in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements (change champion).
Hands on experience with Process Mapping and Modeling and creating and validating process documentation.
Experience in the application of process management standards and policies, and knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management practices.
Demonstrated experience with Lean, Business Process Management, or similar methodology.
Demonstrated experience with utilizing various systems to collect and analyze data.

Experience in Auto Physical Damage.
Previous Process Owner experience dealing with Contact Center and/or Vendors (Vendor Management).
Experience in the Auto Insurance Industry.
Strong business and auto claims acumen.
Experience formulating strategic operational improvements by synthesizing data from a variety of sources such as Excel and Tableau.

The Opportunity
The Fair lending team is looking for a very hardworking and motivated Compliance Analyst II to provide second-line independent oversight and guidance regarding business products, services, and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements. In partnership with the business and key stakeholders, continuously drives a strong culture of compliance and demonstrates integrity and professional judgment in protecting the interests of USAA and its members.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL.

What you'll do:
Conducts reviews of laws and regulations for business impact.Maintains and applies maturing knowledge of the business, its products and processes to identify and escalate compliance issues.
Offers recommendations and makes project related decisions within scope of work assignment.
May review business documents and forms to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and enterprise policy.
Provides compliance input on business action plans, projects or operational requests.Gathers information, analyzes data trends, and provides relevant information to the business.
Participates in compliance risk management activities in accordance with enterprise compliance standards
What you have:

2 or more years relevant work experience in financial services or insurance industry.
Working knowledge of compliance laws, regulations and regulatory expectations.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
What sets you apart:
One or more years of CRA or Fair lending compliance experience preferred
Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex topics and recommendation (written, verbal and listening).
Understanding of consumer loan documentation, loan servicing and/or loan operations
Strong analytical understanding with experience working with CRA and Fair Lending software's preferred
Must be proactive with the ability to work independently and deliver superior results
