Successful delivery and execution require cross-functional alignment while promoting efficiency and transparency. The role will communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives. What you'll do in your role.

  • Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain company performance.

  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization

  • Analyze cost & revenue drivers and run programs assuring that the business will achieve financial goals without compromising customer satisfaction

Responsible for executing on tasks assigned for managing small projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction in support of the T-Mobile engineering network including: general network development and modification activities; real estate, entitlement and construction. This role may also serve as a sub-project lead in larger-scale initiatives led by upper level Project Managers or above and receives mentoring and guidance from more experienced project managers.   • Project Status: Attends Management and Development project team meetings as required to keep the project team informed about the progress of the project. Participates in or conducts project reviews with stakeholders as necessary to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects.   • Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.

  • Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.

  • Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.

  • Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively and efficiently, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence

  • Deep understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, API integration.
