Job Scope:

• Commercial HVAC Service and Residential Install

• Use Specifications to Determine the Layout for Plumbing and Related Materials

• Install, Repair, and Maintain Sinks, Showers, Toilets, Water Heaters and Conditioners, Plumbing Fixtures, Appliances and Trim

• Troubleshoot and Fix Problems for Service Accounts

• Remove Old HVAC Equipment so New Systems can be Installed

• Running Pipe and Duct Systems through Homes

• Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks and Warranty Work

• Performing Energy Efficiency Upgrades such as Installing Smart Thermostats or Sealing Ducts
