The Commercial Specialized Cash Flow Credit Delivery group (-Group-) structures, underwrites and closes Shared National Credit and leveraged debt transactions for clients in Commercial Banking, driving and directing the process and activities necessary to obtain Truist's credit commitment approval. Working in a team environment with direct supervision this position will be responsible for planning, initiation and execution of -Onsite- and -Remote- risk domain assessment for Truist's suppliers, identification and risk quantification of risk domain gaps within the supplier's control environment, documentation of assessment results, and communication of gaps to related stakeholders. Reporting to the Managing Director of SEG Sales or SEG Sr. Wealth Advisor to ensure consistent execution of SEG Wealth team's business strategy, revenue growth, and multi-functional collaboration while promoting and ensuring strong risk management execution.
Plays an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution within the SEG Wealth Advisor Team.
Under limited supervision, performs tasks assigned and managed by SEG Leadership, including drafting internal and external documents and Client/Prospect marketing materials, executing transactions, as well as working with SEG clients and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
May have certain SEG Wealth client backup relationship responsibilities as needed.
May coach and mentor other SEG Support professionals.
