The Global Incident Command Center (GICC) is GapTech's systematic, proactive approach to monitoring critical dashboards to report on critical alerts and guide all stakeholders to work together seamlessly and manage business critical incidents regardless of cause, size, location or complexity in order to mitigate business outage/impact. High collaboration and partnership is key to this role. Should have strong understanding of the incident management process and handling major incident bridge calls. This position will act as an incident commander on major incident bridge calls and will be responsible and accountable to drive major incidents to resolution within the defined SLA's (Service Level Agreements). This highly visible role will interface with senior leaders in business and GapTech and represent GapTech organization wide.

What You'll Do

What you will do:

  • This role demands to be available 24*7 for business-critical incidents, and work in shifts.

  • Must be agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

  • As an incident commander, you will be responsible for driving high-severity, high-visibility severity calls to closure within the defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Based on the severity of the issue, which may be revenue-impacting, you will be required to engage with executives, vendors, SREs (Site Reliability Engineering) (Site Reliability Engineering), and other product teams during the call.

  • Train team members and other incident commanders on how to drive major incident calls, by providing feedback during and after the calls.

  • As a deputy, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the potential impact on business-critical applications/systems and assist the incident commander as required. This role will be expected to take over the incident commander role when needed.

  • As a scribe, you will be responsible for maintaining the timeline of key events during a major incident. Documenting actions and keeping track of any follow-up items that will need to be addressed.

  • Monitor operational dashboards and alert the Product teams for action. Drive urgency based on application criticality.

  • Assesses risk and manages activities affecting the production environment and users facing application availability.

  • Understanding of reactive case lifecycle and troubleshooting methodology.

  • Help drive the required changes for reliability as the company adopts a hybrid cloud foundation

Who You Are

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or work experience and 6+ years of professional experience in IT (Information Technology) Operations/Incident Management

  • ITIL Certified or equivalent

  • Proficiency with ITSM tools like Service Now, Pager Duty, ITIL, IT Operations, and Incident management

  • Confidence and presence to interact with executives and cross-team stakeholders

  • Ability to persuade and influence teams to drive solutions to business-critical issues

  • Exposure to handling and engaging vendors and vendor management

  • Exposure to incident management process for cloud-hosted applications environment on Azure and Oracle

  • Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to work well with business and technical teams

In this role, you are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the facility. This includes designated areas in the warehouse, restrooms, break rooms and office areas of the facility. About the Role

In this role, you will partner with our brands & corporate functions across the globe, to continuously drive value across Non-Merchandise categories. You will establish, analyze, and refine the business's procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals. Make certain we Do The Right Thing as an organization by optimizing our purchasing power, building and maintaining strategic vendor relationships, and contract management.

What You'll Do

  • Drive cost optimization, excellence in sourcing capabilities and minimize risk

  • Facilitate contract negotiations/RFP process and category reviews

  • Establish and maintain effective business partnerships with vendors and functional areas to maximize financial strategy

  • Provide insight into industry trends, market intelligence, and supplier development

  • Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs

  • Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies

Who You Are

  • Ability to successfully partner across varied functions and levels with senior internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to drive results and influence change

About the Role

In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a mentor and role model to employees to support service behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes and/or areas of the business, executing tasks and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to teach and coach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Hourly rate starts at $12.60 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a role model to achieve priorities in store, with the customer as the primary focus

  • Support the store leadership team to collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

  • Build and share expertise in an assigned specialized functional area

  • Support completion or work processes before or after the store closes as needed inclusive of opening and/or closing the store

  • Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback to understand needs and provide service

  • Handle unique or complex customer interactions

About the Role

In this role you will drive the success of one or more product categories by creating and meeting sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals. The ideal candidate is curious, innovative, and focused on executing an amazing customer experience while delivering/exceeding financial targets. Strong analytical and storytelling skills will serve you well, and a collaborative mindset is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Develop top/down department/class sales and inventory plans that align with division objectives and own bottoms up financial reconciliation of class to department

  • Own in season open to buy and pricing activities, representing style/class/department/product point of view in key meetings and working with peers to ensure consistency of information

  • Manage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensure quality of work

  • Build strong cross brand and functional relationships to influence others and drive results, leveraging both internal and external insights

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly; proficiency in retail math

  • Build constructive and effective partnerships with a broad and diverse group of business partners;

  • Possess strong business acumen and strategic agility, able to handle many projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing workload

  • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills, able to present ideas and directions that rally others to action

  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results, and to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
