As our Assistant Store Manager, you are an ambassador of the store, demonstrating excellent hospitality for both guests and team members. • With the Store Manager, you are a store ambassador and leading example of exemplary hospitality to our guests and team members; educating team members and guests on products and services to provide meal solutions

• Create and manage team schedules with the store manager, aligning with guest shopping hours to ensure guests receive an excellent shopping experience

• Assist in analyzing sales reports, P&L reports, and other metrics to make and execute business decisions and design plans that drive business success

• Assist in forecasting and maintaining store teams by collaborating with Store Manager and Talent Acquisition in the sourcing, selecting, and hiring of new team members

• Assist the store manager in partnering with the Guest Services Manager provide team members a hospitable orientation and onboarding experience team members

• Assist with the training of the team through The Fresh Market Academy and -on-the-job- training to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

• Coach team members to optimize operations and further team development and increase retention

• Assist in managing the store, inventories and teams for effective minimization of product loss

• Ensure that your team members are adhering to The Fresh Market standards and policies

• Manage the store's social media presence, following The Fresh Market guides and standards

• Partner with store and department managers to enhance teamwork and team engagement

• With store manager, ensure department adherence to all safety requirements and protocols including food safety per TFM policies, and per law.

At a minimum, what you'll need:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience and at least years in a leadership role

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook

• Proven oral and written communication skills that allow for productive communication with team members, management, and guests

• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising

• Ability to read, understand, and follow policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perishable, Hospitality and/or Grocery Retail experience

• Production Planning Software experience

• Experience in Applicant Tracking Software (iCIMS preferred)

The Fresh Market (099) currently has an opening for a Regional Refrigeration Specialist (RRS) to oversee the Refrigeration and HVAC efforts in our stores located in Ohio, Indiana, Chicago, Kentucky, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, LA, AL, GA, Carolinas. The Team Member in this role must reside within their specific territory.

• Direct, implement, audit, and evaluate the maintenance, installation, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems within assigned stores.

• Review, manage and track work orders daily to ensure proper completion.

• Travel within assigned locations to identify and address refrigeration issues.

• Ensure that equipment and systems within assigned stores are operating properly.

• Coordinate and implement replacement of old equipment with new equipment.

• Evaluate and measure service contractors and including sourcing new vendors as needed.

• Update and maintain information in the work order management system for assigned stores.

• Obtain quotes and approve invoices in a timely manner.

• Effectively communicate with the Zone Vice Presidents, Regional Manager of Operations, and stores on status of work orders.

• Attend weekly regional calls.

• The Regional Refrigeration Specialist (RRS) must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Display a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, sense of urgency and business acumen.

• Five (5) years of Commercial HVAC&R experience, supermarket experience is a plus

• Trade School or additional training is a plus.

• Demonstrated proficiency on the following key building systems is required: Rack and Self-Contained Refrigeration, HVAC, Emerson Controls and Building Automation Systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• The ability to build and maintain professional working relationships within and outside The Fresh Market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 80% travel required within assigned territory including overnights and weekends.

• Available for On Call 24/7, in rotation with other team members.

• Reside centrally within the territory.

Do you like to perform a variety of tasks each day? As our Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for processing all products that come into the store. This role has various physical and administrative responsibilities to it, from deliveries to stock replenishment to price audits. As part of your store's team, you will also assist other departments with inventory management and provide first-class guest service. Timely management of product coming in the store and onto the floor is vital to The Fresh Market's success each day.

• Manage various backroom activities such as product orders, deliveries, replenishing stock on first in/first out basis, and analyzing reports associated with merchandise goods

• Review and reconcile deliveries, bill of ladings and invoices, resolving any issues by teaming with merchandising partners

• Conduct scheduled and random price audits

• Assist in other departments with inventories; enforce and follow department practices regarding rotation, stocking, and the unloading of product, first in-first out, to ensure freshness and excellent quality

Prepare correspondence to landlord and property management companies to resolve discrepancies/disputes.

• Obtain and/or prepare financial information related to specific transactions analyze impact as it relates to the specific location and company P&L and make prudent business decision recommendations.

• Calculate and monitor critical lease dates 3+ years in advance; process renewal options, lease extensions, solicits feedback on strategy, current property conditions, market rates and economic conditions; provides information to Real estate Leadership. Draft basic amendments, license agreements and lease termination agreements; submit to Legal for review.

• Reviews, recommends and presents to Leadership all property and lease administration documents and issues for signoff and approval.

• Consult, coordinate, and communicate with internal and external business partners for resolving conflict, and overseeing document preparation, planning, notification/communication and completion relating to critical dates and issues, real estate policies and procedures, assist with general field inquiries.

• Review property maintenance obligations; drafts communications to landlord and property management companies regarding necessary repairs and maintenance items in compliance with lease terms and governing documents. Follow up in a proactive manner within a reasonable time until resolution is reached while being sensitive to the store's operational needs.

• Ensure that expenditures comply with The Fresh Market policies and approve expenditures, per established authority level.

• Track and report cost avoidance savings and occupancy cost savings against budget and goals and reports for period business reviews and value-added documentation.

• Negotiate optimal monetary considerations and settlements for consents, easements, and highway takings, including, but not limited to, participating in mediations and trial proceedings.

• Manage any/all incoming default notices from landlords and distribute to the appropriate internal contacts responsible for resolution. Follow through to completion.

• Collection or reimbursement from Landlord for self-help maintenance and repair items.

• Manage compliance, as it relates to the premises, of all leases, terminations, subleases, easements, license agreements, access easements, including notices to landlords, subtenants, other third parties relating to property issues or non-compliance.

• Oversee the timely execution of mutually agreeable contracts and legal documents consistent with company objectives, practices and policies. These include lease modifications, estoppels, SNDAs, waivers, defaults and demands.

• Manages interactions with landlords to foster positive relationships and to discuss and resolve potential issues.

• Ensure timely, professional and efficient responses to team member and landlord requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B. A.) from a four-year college or university.

• 3+ years' experience managing Property and Lease Administration within a retail company or law firm, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills; including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of management, attorneys, engineers, appraisers, code enforcement officers, landlords, clients, customers and the general public.

• Understanding of financial concepts such as net present value, cap rates, commercial real estate financial analysis, financial statements, proformas, lease accounting, and accounting standards

• Advanced professional knowledge of retail commercial real estate and functional concepts, practices and procedures

• Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures - managing to P&L

• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong computer skills, systems aptitude, and experience

• Ability to work independently and with a high level of energy and initiative

The Security Analyst will be delivering accurate information about information security risk that will be used to inform executive management and the board of directors, and drive execution on addressing information security risk to levels acceptable to the company. Managing TPRM through GRC tools, reviewing vendor compliance reports (e.g. SOC2) and requesting, reviewing and rating vendor security questionnaires. Risk Management

• Lead and manage the system-wide risk management function of the information security program to ensure information security risks are identified and monitored. Update and manage TFM's risk register, working with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate priority is driven to manage documented risks.

• Lead and manage the third-party risk management function of the information security risk management program to ensure vendor security risks are identified and monitored.

Security Awareness
