The Shipping & Receiving Clerk IV is responsible for packaging, processing, and shipping equipment to District offices as well as ad hoc administrative support.

Position Rsponsibilities

• Unpacks and sort incoming equipment

• Maintains a database of equipment received, repaired, and shipped

• Maintains address book in Shipping Computer

• Stages and coordinates vendor equipment pickups

• Keeps vendors that ship direct to our offices up-to-date with address changes

• Facilitates delivery option changes of equipment already in transit, as needed

• Manages supply of boxes and other shipping materials

• Assists with the equipment shipping process

• Fulfills specific equipment requests

• Works with the mailroom and Product Repair Associates to ship equipment to Zones

• Completes documentation and fulfills orders

• Provides customer service and support to employees with equipment inquiries

• Maintains an order database

• Able to adapt to sudden change in daily workflow or work procedure

• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

• Acts as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies

Position Requirements

• Basic knowledge in FedEx and UPS Shipping Systems

• Basic Word and Excel Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in shipping and receiving

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests

• Familiar with Windows Operating system and basic use of Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Working Conditions:

Must be able to carry or move equipment, fixtures, and supplies up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, and stoop. Must be able to extend arms and reach and/or lift over head. Must be able to frequently use repetitive motions requiring use of wrists, hands, and fingers

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store/zone operations

• Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment

• Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution, expense control, overtime management, and P&L management and review.
