• You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.

• You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.

• You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What you'll bring to the table:

• An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience

• EPA Universal

• Refrigeration Certification or Degree preferred

• You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily

• You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required

• You must be able to attend our industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Primary Objective:

Responsible for providing technical expertise in executing day-to-day imports and exports, guidance on import and export laws and regulations, and support in maintaining and enhancing MTS' compliance program to promote compliance with import and export laws and regulations worldwide while working with a highly diverse and highly technical product portfolio. Support goals and objectives to preserve MTS' import and export privileges and reputation as a global importer and exporter.

Major Areas of Accountability:

1. Responsible for daily execution of roles and responsibilities, potentially in the following areas related to export/import operations:

• Antiboycott/Restrictive Trade Practices

• U.S. Customs Regulations

• Import & Export Product Classification

• Import & Export Product Valuation

• Export, Re-export, and Deemed Export Controls

• Foreign Sourcing

• Licensing Requirements

• Terms and Conditions

• Contracts/Agreements

• Sanctioned Party List Screening

• Embargo Screening

• Import & Export Documents

• Country of Origin Import & Export Data & Recordkeeping Requirements

• Free Trade Agreements / Special Trade Programs

1. Serves as an organization-wide technical resource supporting the resolution of import and export compliance issues.

2. Investigation and analysis and/or definition of corrective measures to remediate systemic import and export compliance issues.

3. Participates in the development of global policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance with all applicable import/export regulatory requirements.

4. Recommends and directs the development of global record retention systems to ensure effective compliance with applicable import/export regulatory requirements.

5. Participates in the development of and conducts education and training to ensure effective compliance with applicable import/export regulatory requirements.

6. Participates in the development of and conducts periodic monitoring to ensure effective compliance with applicable import/export regulatory requirements.

7. Provides support and performs assignments or special projects as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in trade compliance roles with Export / Import responsibilities

• SAP knowledge or equivalent

• Global Trade Systems (GTS) required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

. Advanced working knowledge of U.S. Import and U.S. Export laws and regulations

. Some working knowledge of China, India and EU import/export laws and regulations

. Demonstrated experience in advising management and leadership

. Demonstrated experience in risk identification, assessment, and making recommendations for improvements to process, procedures and/or systems

. Demonstrated experience in project planning, administration, and coordination

. Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal business teams and externa third-party supply chain providers

This is an entry-level position under the direction of Install Team Leader and Service Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with equipment installations and maintenance as required. The candidate will assist with the assembly of equipment and inspect for proper operation, uncrating and moving of equipment into position. The individual will be responsible for driving service and delivery truck to the intended destination to deliver or pick up equipment with the use of a lift-gate. Must also assist other Branch employees and Service Technicians as required. Must be willing to work hours as needed.

What you'll bring to the table:

• High School diploma/GED or related experience

• 0-1 year minimum experience in related field.

• Be able to work with mechanical/electrical equipment safely

• Basic Knowledge of Welding, Hydraulics and/or Electrical Skills

• Understand How to Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems

• Basic plumbing and soldering knowledge

• Basic knowledge of CO2 and Freon

• Basic knowledge of moving tools and equipment

• Customer Service skills- resolving customer issues. ensuring appropriate communication with customers and following up on customer requests

• Required to manage expense reports and travel budgets.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50-75 lbs with or without assistance

• Climbing up to 8 ft with ladder. Working on roofs of building will be required

• Extensive driving 5-6 hours/day

• Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing/pulling

• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet conditions

• Will need to be able to travel for overnight and multiple day job assignments.

The Service Manager will provide support to the District Manager and will be required to assume advanced responsibilities in support of the branch and its daily operations. This position will be responsible for assisting the management and administration of general business operations for their branch. This position provides strategic leadership as well as the day to day management of a team of Field Service Technicians and lower-level supervisory staff (where applicable).

Responsibilities include developing, maintaining and managing a highly technical field service team. Our Field Service Technicians are accountable for customer commercial food service equipment installations, preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and updates, sales support for new systems, establishing and growing customer relationships, and creating and implementing a strategy focused on achieving/exceeding financial and customer satisfaction results. In addition, this position is responsible for continued employee development and increasing employee retention and engagement levels. Manage regular maintenance for service vehicles.

• High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience, including supervision OR 1-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree

• Experience effectively managing customer relations dealing directly with customers

• Ability to effectively demonstrate productivity tools, i.e. Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

The Senior Financial Analyst provides timely information to enable manufacturing operations and innovation R&D to meet corporate requirements and guide effective business decisions in order to deliver profitable growth. The primary requirements are the effective use of ERP and aggregated customer data to better understand and create actionable insights into how to grow the business through creation, maintenance, and optimization of two key financial databases utilizing Power BI.

The secondary requirements are to learn and support the core financial operations through maintaining capex processes and supporting month-end close/reporting.

This position reports to the Financial Controller. ITW Construction is a ~$2.2B segment that provides a variety of fastening systems and truss products for the commercial, residential, and remodeling/renovation segments. The segment includes products manufactured at locations around the globe serving markets in North America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Key brands include: Paslode, Buildex, SPIT, Ramset, Red Head, Alpine, and ITW Brands.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provides financial support to the operations and innovation teams, including sales and cost trends, cost improvement opportunities, and profitability analysis of products, suppliers, customers, and special projects.

• Own and maintain 2 key databases of financial data / KPIs to drive profitable marketing / NPD efforts and also operational focus

• Ability to partner with but also challenge operations and NPD teams regarding KPIs

• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customers) to understand our NPD pipeline and actively support its spend, timeliness, and key KPIs. Add value by identifying and mitigating roadblocks to the success of projects in the NPD pipeline

• Strong ownership of capital expenditures, including proactive communication and application of financial knowledge to vet, accelerate, control, and subsequently evaluate capital projects through their lifetime and to monitor these throughout our Innovation Pipeline

• Support the core financial reporting team with month end activities

• Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan financial modeling

• Standardize and streamline processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Other duties as assigned

• BS/BA required; CPA preferred

• 4+ years accounting &/or audit experience

• 2+ years exposure to and ownership of key Power BI or similar database applications. Experience using those tools to drive results in the P&L

• Strong understanding of financial statements and working knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data and apply creative/innovative analysis, and the capability to form key, succinct, and actionable insights and recommendations

• Attention to detail with a focus on results

• Collaborative and highly communicative

• Self-directed with high orientation to teamwork.

• Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Office software skills.

• Experience in accounting/finance in manufacturing environment a plus

• Navision experience a plus

• Occasional travel required

• You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.

• You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.

• You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What you'll bring to the table:

• An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience

• EPA Universal

• Refrigeration Certification or Degree preferred

• You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily

• You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required

• You must be able to attend our industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH
