In order to insure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience. The Shift Manager must be able to guide Team Members, insure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant. A Shift Manager must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25 to 40 pounds. The position requires pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. A Shift Manager must be able to communicate through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors. The Shift Manager must also be able to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.

OVERVIEW: The Cashier is responsible for positively representing the Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for managing all takeout orders and accurately entering orders into the point of sale system and collecting payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wow 'Em In
Answers phone within three (3) rings.
Greets Guest (s) within 45 seconds of arrival at register.
Gets permission from Guest to place on hold.
Inquires about reason for call and tailors response (e.g., takeout order, directions to restaurant, call for a Manager, etc.).
Asks questions of Guest to determine cues for takeout offers; how many serving, home, office, etc.
Quench & Assist
Genuinely suggests a specific Beverage, Sharable/Appetizer, Dessert.
Suggests sauce/seasoning customization options for meal choices.
Handles POS transactions efficiently for walk-in and phone orders.
Quotes a specific wait time for takeout food production.
Offers entertainment options while Guest waits (e.g., sit at bar, TV proximity, gaming device).
N.O.W. Deliver the Taste
Delivers food, confirms the order when placed in front of Guest.
Presents takeout order to Guest; shows containers and matches those to order on receipt.
Checks for sauce, dressing, carrots/celery accompaniments.
Ensures sauce stickers are present on applicable covers/lids.
Explains any promo material in bag to Guest.
Asks Guests if there is anything else they might need to enjoy their meal.

The Manager of Digital, Buffalo Wild Wings will assist to define and deliver the digital roadmap and KPIs for BWW ecommerce channels, partnering with other critical, supporting functions to ensure internal alignment. In this role you will be responsible for driving digital performance via traffic, revenue, conversion goals, and a positive digital guest experience. This role will serve as the brand's SME in the digital ecommerce space to inform the business, franchisees, and critical stakeholders on the state of BWW digital channels. You will work closely with the BWW business partners to share learnings, best practices, and prioritize business needs to drive the BWW digital roadmap.
This is a crucial role with Inspire's Digital Guest Experience team and is key to Inspire's journey in elevating and growing our existing suite of digital solutions. To deliver on our aggressive multi-year roadmap and priorities, you will need to collaborate and learn and understand Buffalo Wild Wing's business objectives, guest needs, franchisee needs, product performance, and technical platforms. RESPONSIBILITES
Serve as the primary contact for Buffalo Wild Wings web & mobile app digital experiences
Evolve and innovate Buffalo Wild Wing's Digital Experience by pushing strategies that drive guests to our Sports Bars through the website, mobile app and other innovative digital channels
Develop the digital strategy, scope, and implementation plan for digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional partners including marketing, IT, Product, Customer Support, and Operations
Create, communicate, and manage timelines for the digital roadmap, prioritized by business needs, goals and performance metrics
Leverage digital performance insights to understand technology trends and consumer shopping behaviors, to identify opportunities for revenue that inform the BWW digital roadmap.
Serve as the SME to BWW Restaurant Technology Team for in-restaurant digital priorities
Maintain expert level knowledge of the menu, merchandising, admin portal, and their impact to BWW ecommerce websites and apps
Perform user acceptance testing prior to all digital deployments to ensure accuracy and minimize impact to our digital customers

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will be managing the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins' employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at Sonic! The job duties include:
- Manages, trains, and coaches Working Partners/General Managers and conducts management orientation.
- Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties in the Basic Stations (Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop and if applicable Drive-Thru) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure the preparation (portion control), temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
- Adheres to and monitors management compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices.
- Takes appropriate action to address employee issues and policy violations and immediately reports all employee issues, complaints and policy violations to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Reviews employee and drive-in management work schedules in a timely manner to ensure continuous ability to properly serve guests in accordance with Sonic Drive-In policy and applicable law.
- Monitors multiple drive-in cost control procedures for food, labor, paper and inventory. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Monitors performance of vendors. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Audits drive-in employment-related records and payroll records.
- Reinforces the importance of placing guest needs first to drive-in management on a consistent basis.
- Responds to escalated guest requests and complaints in a respectful manner. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Recruits, interviews and hire management team members to achieve proper staffing levels.
- Approves compensation levels of drive-in employees and managers within company guidelines.
- Prepares all necessary operational reports for multiple drive-ins. Develops appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends.
- Develops and implements a marketing plan for region.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
- Multi-unit supervision experience is preferred.
- Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
- Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
- Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
