Develops, prepares, and prosecutes the firm's claims for fees, costs, and schedule relief, particularly for design build delivery projects, including assessment of potential claims, retention and management of outside counsel and consultants, and development of strategies for effective resolution in coordination with the Chief General Counsel and line leadership.
Serves as the primary resource for receiving, coordinating, and responding to third-party requests for information, governmental investigations, and uninsured claims and litigation, including coordination of internal project, document, and information technology resources as well as the retention and management of outside counsel and consultants.
Serves as a legal and contract resource to pursuit and negotiation teams, working with them to meet overall business objectives and minimize risk/exposure to the firm.
Serves as a resource for other attorneys, project teams, and line leadership for project-related legal issues, dispute resolution, and complex change management matters, particularly for design build delivery projects.
Performs legal research and provides general legal advice to the firm's corporate and line leadership.
Participates in Coordinated Delivery Reviews, After Action Reviews, and Office Audits.

Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs. Carries out assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
May assist with proposal preparation/business development.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
2 years related experience
Revit skills

What We're Looking For
Responsible for assisting in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects. This position performs research, development, calculations, design and delivery in partnership with the project team. Applies engineering techniques, procedures and design criteria for projects ranging in size and complexity. Leverages technical knowledge to assist in the execution and evaluation of project designs. Develops conceptual and detailed designs and calculations to support the project execution using current drawing and technical tools, programs and software. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the successful project delivery for a diverse range of projects for HNTB's clients.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Knowledgeable in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
BS degree in engineering
Some work experiences in the engineering field
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Engineering
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
Good communication skills
