Provides technical leadership and direction in implementing enterprise information/data management practices.

Qualifications:
Required:
TS/SCI
Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)

Basic Compensation:

The Family Support Coordinator/Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC), herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families under the supervision of the Supervisory Clinical Psychol ogist and Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands.
- The Coordinator shall ensure that a trained team of active duty and family member peer support counselors is maintained , ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to program standards.
- Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community - based support programs.
- Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes, but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from behavioral health team , Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff.
- Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data.
- The Coordinator shall develop and provide needs-based programming , prevention programs , and supports to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations.
- The Coordinator shall also have extensive knowledge of DoD resources, such as the Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and Military Crisis Line.
- The Coordinator shall lead and/or assist in the coordination and/or development of official processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.
- Coordinators shall:
o Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for supported unit's Service members and family member spouses.
o Report activity using specified reporting tool and frequency identified by the S enior P rogram M anager , Prevention and Training Manager, or other behavioral health staff as required
o Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals;
o Conduct and/or contribute to Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration, and Decompression
o Conduct and/or contribute to Family Relational Enhancement activities
o Conduct and/or contribute to unit level career transition programs for military members and spouses
o Conduct and/or contribute to Social/Family and Psychological Program implementation to include suicide prevention and cognitive agility training; Maintain awareness of and conduct or contribute to education/communication of installation and/or local community behavioral health and resiliency resources; lead, establish, and maintain l ocal and community coalitions and collaboratives
- Assist with development of standard operating procedures and service provision protocols.
- Coordinate , with site co ordinator, education and referrals regarding the benefits of brain donation for tissue research
- Assist site coordinator in developing relationships, and processes with MTF and local coroners for tissue donation
- Serve as Commander's liaison for matters related to community and family support.
- Communicate on behalf of the Command utilizing a variety of media/social media.
- Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols.
Qualifications
This position requires US Citizenship.
- Able to pass and maintain appropriate certifications and security clearances for this position.
- A bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years' experience providing social service education, or work/family life consultation or coordination services.
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience coordinating social service education programs.
- Shall have, or be willing to receive, specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals , suicide prevention best practices trainings , training and coordination with local resources to execute mission .
- Must remain current on their knowledge of best practices and developments in areas of peer support counseling and suicide prevention, and will keep abreast of DoD, Services and community sponsored resources intended to promote the wellbeing of service members and their families.

Qualifications:
Required:
Intelligence analysis experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in intelligence analysis, which may be a combination of private sector, civil service, or military
Excellent oral and written communication skills: Demonstrated evidence of oral and written communication skills and proven performance delivering high-quality products under sometimes seemingly enormous pressure to meet deadlines
Extensive CI knowledge: Extensive knowledge of CI tradecraft, analytic standards and integrity, methodology and tools are required
Adversary knowledge: Knowledge of adversary methodologies and collection interests is also required. Special expertise, such as area or country specialization, foreign language fluency, emerging science and technology research is desired
USIC knowledge: Demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC, to include:
Tactical analysis in support of predicating CI investigations
International political, economic, and military matters as they impact U.S. national security policy and issues, all aspects of the intelligence cycle, and must demonstrate core analytical competencies to include:
Critical thinking skills
Strong collaboration skills
Customer focus to espouse counterintelligence issues with an analysis dimension
Desired:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university of college relevant to geopolitical or national security studies is preferred
Foreign language proficiency. Written and spoken (such as Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, or related languages), is desirable.

KBR is seeking an Associate Technical Professional - Test Engineering to support our RECO/DTRA contract for KBR's Science and Space division. Provide test support for environmental testing on CBRNE experiments at Kirtland AFB, WSMR, Dugway, and other US testing grounds.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Conducts tests or experiments requiring selection and adaptation or modification of a wide variety of critical test equipment and test procedures; sets up and operates equipment; records data, measures and records problems of significant complexity that sometimes require resolution at a higher level; and analyzes data and prepares test reports.
Debugs, troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and calibrates test hardware and software.
Applies methods outlined by others to limited segments of research and development projects; constructs experimental or prototype models to meet engineering requirements; conducts tests or experiments and redesigns as necessary; and records and evaluates data and reports findings.
Extracts and compiles a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, etc.; processes data, identifying errors or inconsistencies; selects methods of data presentation.
Analyzes test cases and scenarios and reports results.
Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade performance.
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
Applies general knowledge of industry developed through education or past experience and begins acquiring disciplinary knowledge within the context of Defense Threat Reduction Agency standards and engineering requirements. No mentoring or advisory responsibilities.
Under general supervision, performs non-routine assignments. May also plan such assignments. Receives technical advice from supervisor or engineer; work is reviewed for technical adequacy (or conformity with instructions). May be assisted by lower-level technicians and have frequent contact with professionals and others within the establishment.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires good computer skills
Knowledge concerning electronics and electronic systems for data acquisition
Soldering expertise and electronic construction

Experience in the area of high explosive testing
Experience regarding Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological and Explosives (CBRNE) research, testing, and technology
