PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
Maintains inventories and completes records.
Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying
Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.
Specific contract requirements will prevail.
Must meet all medical requirements and be willing and available to travel CONUS and OCONUS
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently

Who You Are
Provides leadership and guidance to all transportation personnel. Coordinates and recommends all department improvements to better utilize assets and personnel where needed. Monitors and calculates equipment requirements to maintain budget status. Advises and coordinates with the customer on transportation issues and to monitor their satisfaction. Initiates procedures to better track all missions, driver's performance, maintenance and accountability of everything that is transported.
This role will be located in Chantilly, VA, and will be expected to travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
What You'll Do
As a Fleet Manager, you will:
Provide Leadership: Offer leadership and guidance to all transportation personnel, ensuring efficient operations and professional development.
Coordinate Department Improvements: Recommend and coordinate improvements in the transportation department to enhance asset utilization and personnel efficiency.
Monitor Equipment Requirements: Calculate and monitor equipment needs to maintain operational efficiency and stay within budget constraints.
Advise on Transportation Issues: Act as the main point of contact for transportation-related issues, advising and coordinating with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Regularly communicate with customers to gauge their satisfaction and make adjustments to transportation services as necessary.
Initiate Tracking Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to track all transportation missions, driver performance, and maintenance activities to ensure accountability and transparency.
Manage Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and reduce downtime.
Optimize Routes and Schedules: Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with government regulations and company policies.
Prepare Reports: Prepare regular reports on fleet operations, budget status, and other key performance indicators to inform management decisions.
Enhance Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety protocols for all transportation activities, prioritizing the safety of personnel and the condition of transported goods.
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, including overseeing personnel and operational management.
Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
Fleet Management Certification: Certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or Certified Fleet Management Operation (CFMO) are highly beneficial.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL): While not always required, having a CDL can be beneficial for better understanding of the operational aspects of fleet management.
Operational and Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to develop strategic plans for fleet operations, including asset management, route optimization, and budget management.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data related to fleet operations and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise in fleet operations, maintenance scheduling, or personnel management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Assists one or more journeyman level workers by performing specific or general duties of a lesser skill of the trade. These duties may include, but are not limited to; wire wheeling, grinding, drilling, masking, stenciling, maintaining equipment and other tasks as may be directed by the supervisor. Supplies equipment, materials, and tools. Assists with the handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Actively applies knowledge gained from previous work assignments. Performs other tasks as assigned..
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Medically and physically capable of wearing a respirator. Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound sacks of material, climb ladders, work at heights and in an enclosed environment. Must not present a direct threat to the safety and health of the worker or others. U. S. Citizen. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. The SVMF SE & LOE team consists of engineers specializing in the Planning and Design, Implementation, Integration, and Installation and Deployment of Space Vehicle and System Mockups into the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SVMF). The applicant will lead the SVMF SE & LOE team within a dynamic team environment and will be responsible for working with the NASA customers, External vendors, Astronaut Crew Instructor teams, Mockup Managers, users, and commercial and international partners to capture and negotiate requirements and operations concepts and then drive those change requests through the Systems Engineering lifecycle.

Ensure consistency of work products among the SVMF SEs.
Resolve or elevate issues identified by the team.

KBR is providing Project Management Services encompassing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phase execution supporting KBR's client Sonangol's multi-billion-dollar grass roots Lobito Refinery Project in Angola Africa. The Procurement for the Project will be performed by the Owner's EPC Contractor in their three resource centers located in China and on site in Angola where practical.
The Procurement Specialists will be KBR's home office Procurement representative and lead in KBR's China Project Management assigned Team performing KBR's contractual obligations to Owner. The position will interface with KBR's Home Office Center in Houston and other worldwide KBR Resource Centers during the EPC Project phases of execution.
This position will mobilize to Tianjin, China in support of the Sonangol Project
Responsibilities:
Oversight of the procurement work carried out by the EPC Contractor's Procurement Team
Ensure EPC Contractor adheres to all procurement requirements and specifications included in the EPC Contract with Owner, this includes use of only approved vendors, inclusion of all guarantees and extended warranties required to meet the start-up, testing and operation period, logistics, quality assurance, progress measurement, records and reporting etc.
Review and analyze EPC's submitted Procurement Status Report for status and forecast dates for every purchase order on a regular basis
Validate EPC's Contractors material and equipment delivery schedules to Project schedule requirements and identify any gaps to KBR's Project Controls and Project Management Teams for follow ups required
Monitor the EPC's Contractors Material Control System to ensure that it properly tracks the location and status of all materials from purchase order to field receipt with proper storage
Work with EPC's Contractors Inspection Manager to define the requirements for Owner's inspections
Support and conduct joint and/or independent inspections of critical equipment and materials to verify the status and quality meets the contractual requirements
Coordinate with Owner on the review of Inspection and Test Plans, as well as witnessing performance testing of critical equipment
The China based Projects Integrated Teams will work out of the Owner's EPC Contractor's main resource center located in Tianchen China for Engineering and Procurement phase execution and Construction/Commissioning planning
