Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Assists one or more journeyman level workers by performing specific or general duties of a lesser skill of the trade. These duties may include, but are not limited to; wire wheeling, grinding, drilling, masking, stenciling, maintaining equipment and other tasks as may be directed by the supervisor. Supplies equipment, materials, and tools. Assists with the handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Actively applies knowledge gained from previous work assignments. Performs other tasks as assigned..
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Medically and physically capable of wearing a respirator. Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound sacks of material, climb ladders, work at heights and in an enclosed environment. Must not present a direct threat to the safety and health of the worker or others. U. S. Citizen. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
Maintains inventories and completes records.
Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,

KBR is looking for a Power & Utilities Commissioning Manager to support a multi-billion-dollar project. This role will oversee all activities during Commissioning, Start-up, and Operations. The Power & Utilities Commissioning Manager will manage and control Commissioning, Training and Maintenance activities and human resources in order to achieve desired targets in conformity with established cost, quality, schedules, process performance and loss prevention requirement defined by the Contract.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the entire CSO (Commissioning, Start-up, and Operations) team
Act as the initial contact for Technical Managers when priority conflicts arise
Ensure that the overall manpower requirements for the complex are met to satisfy production objectives
Oversee the development and implementation of the plant operation and maintenance procedures
Ensure that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Contribute to and implement operational, administrative, cost control and loss prevention policy and procedures
Implement and enforce process safety management policy and procedures in respect of process safety information, hazard analysis, training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning and response, incident investigation and compliance audits
Develop the overall Commissioning and Start-Up logic to ensure a smooth turnover of all systems from Mechanical Completion (MC) to Ready for Start-up (RFSU)
Develop the Commissioning and Start-up Work Schedule
Confirm personnel participate in P&ID Reviews, HAZOP and Model Reviews identifying Operability, Maintainability and Start-up issues and concerns
Ensure the implementation of the Completions Software, Philosophy and Team are in place to facilitate Project Completion
Confirm the Commissioning, Start-Up and 2 Year Spares are adequate, acquired, received and inventoried ready for use
Determine the work prioritization, and ensure that operability and maintainability aspects of the Complex are addressed at all Phases and areas of the Complex (Utilities, Process, Offsites and Jetty)
Ensure that systems and subsystems necessary to facilitate and expedite timely CSO Activities are identified and utilized
Generate PC&CSO Procedures, Operations and Maintenance Procedures
Have signatory authority/responsibility for any work permits at site on behalf of the company
Liaise with the Client Commissioning Counterpart during the Engineering, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Phases and achieves high level of team communication through routine meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10 + years of directly related experience, with an average experience of 20 + years
In lieu of formal education 18 + years of directly related experience
Proven ability working Commissioning, Start-up, and/or Operations on Power Plants and Utilities Units
Gas Insulated Systems CSO experience
Boilers CSO experience
Steam Blows CSO experience
Cooling Water Systems CSO experience
Capable of reading and understanding Instrument, Electrical and P&ID drawings
HAZOP, SIMOPS and Technical Reviews
Effective leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. The Tactical Vehicle Mechanic performs in accordance with ability to read and comprehend military Electronic and or Tech Manuals, to include lube orders and FMC (Fully mission capable) + Safety verifications. This includes determining and performing appropriate repair parts required, mechanical maintenance actions and repairs on various tactical vehicles, commercial vehicles, and equipment. The Tactical Vehicle Mechanic mentors and enhances the performance of co-workers and other personnel.
Performs and FMC + Safety verifications and determines repair parts required and performs mechanical maintenance action and repairs on various heavy and light tactical wheeled vehicles and equipment and their sub-systems IAW appropriate IETM and TM procedures and publications. To include all PREPO, Green and white Fleet. When applicable participates in the trades helper apprentice program including validating the work performed by trades helper apprentice. Effectively communicates with customers while conducting off site FMC + safety verifications during both Issue and Regeneration cycles. Generates and/or maintains both physical and electronic logbooks and records. Required to participate in various on-the-job and cross-training where required. Responsible for meeting the 95% regulatory and contract individual productivity requirement. Ensures all work is performed correctly the first time per technical manuals and other publication.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled mechanical maintenance actions on various materials and handling equipment such as but not limited to various types and sizes of forklifts (4k to 10k 40-ton Crane and RTCH240/250), heavy and light equipment transport trucks and trailers. Performs diagnostic tests, using measuring devices, instruments, test equipment, special tools and lifting devices, to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling system failures IAW appropriate procedures and publications. Operates/ tests various types of equipment and attached systems IAW appropriate procedures and publications. Repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling systems, and components, on equipment IAW appropriate procedures and publications. Removes, repairs, and replaces engine, drive train and body components of vehicles and equipment IAW appropriate procedures and publications. Prepares, maintains, and completes logs, records, and all NTC Inspection packets, etc. equipment IAW appropriate procedures and publications.
Ensures work areas meet contract and Company housekeeping requirements in that: the work area is leaned-out and only necessary equipment is present; the necessary equipment is set-in-place per the shop's standardization plan; and shined daily. Performs clean-up no earlier than 15 minutes before shift end unless otherwise directed. Supports/ participates in the KBR Zero harm Culture, absolutes and guidelines, Company Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and QA program. Mentors and assists with on-the-job training and cross-training. Participates in training and cross-training sessions as required and necessary. PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
Maintains inventories and completes records.
Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.
Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying
Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.
Specific contract requirements will prevail.
Must meet all medical requirements and be willing and available to travel CONUS and OCONUS
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
Candidates must meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements
