Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.

The Client Protection organization is hiring an analyst for our Fraud Prevention team. This analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive analytics to develop fraud mitigation rules, carefully striking the balance across fraud risk, client impact, operational costs and revenue implications

  • Proactively managing fraud risk by urgently responding to immediate threats while keeping an eye toward future risks, vulnerabilities, and changes to the fraud landscape

  • Consistently challenge the status quo to find opportunities to develop and refine our fraud policies and procedures, working closely with the business, operations, and policy partners

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • SAS/SQL Coding experience

  • Risk analysis, strategy development, or related experience

  • Basic understanding of 1st and 3rd party fraud, scams and/or mules

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with line of business leaders and multiple stakeholders throughout the organization

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Intellectually curious and willing to dive into complete issues\problems and solve

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of risk analysis, strategy development, or related experience

  • 3+ years of SQL/SAS Coding experience

  • 2+ years of fraud/fraud detection experience and/or 2+ years of analytical /financial experience (Payment card /Retail Bank Finance background preferred)

  • Proven track record of building and deploying Fraud process and control changes

  • Advanced Excel capability

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, business, engineering, finance or operations research

  • Experience with Python and usage of more advanced analytical, visualization and data extraction tools (H2O, HUE, Pig, Spark, Hive, Tableau) is strongly preferred

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client's complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress onto the next stage of ADP as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In that role you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and continue to practice the skills you've learned in ADP by beginning to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. As a successful MFSA, you will then have the opportunity to progress further within ADP with the ultimate aim of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Position Summary:

The role of the Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services to support the evolution and ongoing support of the AAA environment in response to projects (all types), upgrades, service and feature enhancements and for remediation/break-fix services they work closely with Program and Project Managers and other support and service providers.. The work is always in alignment to the current and approved architectural, roadmaps, technology standards and templates, process, governance and change management policies set forth by the firm. AAA is part of the control for wired, wireless, device access and re, mote users. Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually depending on project. While the role primarily has an implementation and validation engineering focus, a strong understanding of AAA policy, posture, protocols and cluster deployment and maintenance concepts are required. Job Description:

This job is responsible for partnering with engineering and technology teams to implement measures as prescribed by lead/senior SRE engineers. Key responsibilities include ensuring appropriate instrumentation, tooling, ticketing, alerting and on call routines are in place for key services, identifying root causes of issues through production triage efforts, and suggesting code enhancements to technology teams to automate services and improve reliability and efficiency. Job expectations include using software development skills to improve efficiency and to address gaps in reliability.

Overview:

This position is for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who provides 24x7 application support for Crowdstrike Falcon on Linux and Windows operating systems. The candidate should also have experience in diagnosing performance related issues and escalating them to a third-party vendor for review and remediation. It is preferable that the candidate have experience in a large corporation and 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise level applications. This role also requires working with other enterprise level business and administrative groups and being able to communicate (spoken/written) effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains reliability scripts, tools and libraries and leverages them for common instrumentation, automation, and operational needs, and when mentoring Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) resources on reliability practices and established tools/capabilities

  • Collaborates with Development and Infrastructure teams to understand technical solutions and implement monitoring capabilities outlined in the application and system monitoring designs put forward by the SRE Lead

  • Partners to implement code changes to make use of common reliability libraries and tools and helps Application Production Services and Application Development teammates understand how to use them

  • Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for reliability improvement, such as investigating low level error rates and 'noise' in monitoring, and defines solutions to reduce manual support effort and/or improve system reliability

  • Engages as a subject matter expert in major incident triage efforts and failure scenario modelling and diagnosis with Problem Manager root causes for major incident/problem management investigations

  • Participates regularly in an on-call rotation with Production Support teammates to learn more about reliability issues affecting their portfolio

Job Description:

This job is responsible for handling auto loan requests through the telephone and ensuring exceptional client service by identifying client needs while providing clear and specific next steps. Key responsibilities include overseeing the loan process from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Job expectations include reviewing existing client relationships by using various internal systems when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates excellent client service skills through actively listen to incoming client phone calls regarding auto loan applications

  • Ensures compliance with all Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations by using various authentication tools to avoid fraudulent activity and high risk transactions

  • Oversees the loan process from start to finish by guiding clients through each step and quickly identifying and dispositioning scenarios to provide advanced problem resolutions

  • Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to the client's response

  • Identifies and engages internal bank partners as necessary on collaborative solutions

  • Uses computerized system for tracking information gathering and follow-up of assigned clients

The role of the Monitoring Engineer is to provide engineering services to support the evolution of the Monitoring toolset. The work is always in alignment to the current and approved architectural, roadmaps, technology standards and templates, governance and change management policies set forth by the firm.

Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a scalable and reliable fault and configuration management platform, resulting in improved system performance and reduced downtime

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and improved system resilience

  • Assist with Audit deliverables for Network Toolset

  • Work with vendors to enhance their respective tools to meet new customer/security requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Configuration of Network discovery across multi-region environment

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions

  • Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs

  • Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds

  • Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities

Required Qualifications :

  • Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

Pay range

Role Specifics:

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client's complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress onto the next stage of ADP as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In that role you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and continue to practice the skills you've learned in ADP by beginning to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. As a successful MFSA, you will then have the opportunity to progress further within ADP with the ultimate aim of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.
