Description:
Assist the manager and store associates to achieve sales objectives and to maintain the facility. Develop general store management and operational skills.
Duties :Operations Management
Demonstrate a "customer first" mentality
Assist Manager in leading store activities to achieve objectives of the Store's business plan
Assist in merchandising to approved plan-o-grams
Ensure shelf price labeling and full store objectives are met
Achieve inventory turn objectives; implement product changeovers
Maintain system inventory data integrity
Aid in teaching and executing selling programs
Prepare store for daily opening and closing; stock inventory; perform general housekeeping duties
Sales and Customer Service
Assist in achieving commercial sales initiatives; practice add-on selling and up selling
Operate computer to complete sales transactions
Installing batteries; perform tests, and tech work
Load, drive, and make deliveries
Supervisory Functions
Assist with selection and training of store associates
Perform supervisory duties of store manager in the absence of store manager
Delegate tasks, validate completion and ensure policies and procedures are being followed
Function as a leader and team player doing whatever is necessary to help attain company goals
Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support
Qualifications :
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Awareness of how the store is operating in the manager's absence
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Must be able to lift up to 75lb on occasion and 50lbs regularly
*upon successful completion of training, device repair certification and driving sales.

Consultatively sell batteries, light bulbs and accessory items to retail and commercial customers. Pleasantly engage customers, listen to what they have to say about their batteries/systems and lighting needs, and recommend solutions. Perform battery tests, installations, and battery pack rebuilds. Contribute as a Team Member to the overall success of the store. Associates must be able to lift 50 + pounds, should have a valid driver's license, and must have access to reliable transportation.
Integrity, reliability, helpful/courteous customer orientation, product knowledge, sales skills, and a friendly Team orientation are critical factors in the success of our business and of our associates.
Customer Service / Sales- While working: Live a "Customer First" mentality- Perform Customer Service / Sales duties.- Greet customers promptly, determine needs and answer questions.- Suggest needed sales add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals.- Ask questions to identify potential commercial customers.- Operate computer/cash register to initiate and complete sales transactions.- Answer phones, assist callers, and ensure messages are relayed in a timely, accurate manner.- Maintain the facility, inventory, property, and customer service levels to management standards.- Develop and maintain current knowledge of product and service offerings- Adhere to general and specific safety standards- Engage as a "can-do" team member. Merchandising / Inventory- Rotate and stock inventory; perform inventory counts as required.- Install batteries, perform tests and tech work.- Load, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of products.- Organize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearance.- Maintain retail shelf label pricing.- Build displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixtures.- Prepare store for daily opening and closing.
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.- Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's products, processes, point of sale, and cross reference systems.- Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus.- Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects.- Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges.- Demonstrated technical aptitude and or technical experience desired.- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred

Assist in merchandising to approved plan-o-grams
Ensure shelf price labeling and full store objectives are met
Achieve inventory turn objectives; implement product changeovers
Maintain system inventory data integrity
Aid in teaching and executing selling programs
Prepare store for daily opening and closing; stock inventory; perform general housekeeping duties
Sales and Customer Service
Assist in achieving commercial sales initiatives; practice add-on selling and up selling
Operate computer to complete sales transactions
Installing batteries; perform tests, and tech work
Load, drive, and make deliveries
Supervisory Functions
Assist with selection and training of store associates
Perform supervisory duties of store manager in the absence of store manager
Delegate tasks, validate completion and ensure policies and procedures are being followed
Function as a leader and team player doing whatever is necessary to help attain company goals
Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support
Qualifications :
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Awareness of how the store is operating in the manager's absence
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Must be able to lift up to 75lb on occasion and 50lbs regularly

Qualifications :
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for Motivated Associates who enjoy working with people and solving problems. Customer service is our business and we must exceed our customers' expectations. We do this by listening, asking questions, researching, and then offering a solution. A successful associate will identify and offer additional products that meet the needs of our customers. Most of our customers are not sure what will solve their problem; it is our associate's duty to find the solution. On a daily basis you will be working with Smart Phones, Batteries, Bulbs and other products that need to be tested and repaired. Additional duties included: answering phones, completing reports, inventory control, and general store management.

Customer Service / Sales- While working: Live a "Customer First" mentality- Perform Customer Service / Sales duties.- Greet customers promptly, determine needs and answer questions.- Suggest needed sales add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals.- Ask questions to identify potential commercial customers.- Operate computer/cash register to initiate and complete sales transactions.- Answer phones, assist callers, and ensure messages are relayed in a timely, accurate manner.- Maintain the facility, inventory, property, and customer service levels to management standards.- Develop and maintain current knowledge of product and service offerings- Adhere to general and specific safety standards- Engage as a "can-do" team member. Qualifications

As a Device Repair Technician, you repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You also test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service.
