Provide live camera-based remote support (i.e., Skype) for in-store device repairs
Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Device Repair TechnicianQualifications:
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus keen interest to fix electronic gadgets.
In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree
Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Provide inbound routing for domestic purchase orders as well as outbound routing on truckload shipments and shipments with special requirements
Process all OS&D claims for inbound and outbound shipments and work with carriers to improve quality of shipments
Ensure all shipments offered for carriage comply with state, federal and HAZMAT regulations
Create and analyze all transportation reports
Utilize and update the Transportation Management System (TMS) to route and optimize freight movements and drive efficiencies
Measure daily, weekly, monthly shipping and logistics quality metrics
Support policies and compliance plans and training regarding HAZMAT and Homeland Security shipping requirements and training
Resolve freight delays, carrier problems or vendor issues; escalate risks or opportunities as appropriate
Qualifications:

Store Level Inventory Planning

Vendor Management & Reporting
Serve as the subject matter expert on stores inventory planning and provide system and process assistance
Make purchases from outside vendors and provide performance metrics to internal teams
Review and manage store forecast and allocation process
Present order flow analysis to optimize sales & inventory and ensure product availability
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain experience, or equivalent relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office
Prior experience using supply chain software systems
Experience in planning, forecasting, and replenishment
Passion for analysis of data with demonstrated strong research and problem-solving skills
