Device Repair Technician Duties:

• Repair cell phones, tablets, cut & program car keys and other devices as needed

• Receive, pack and ship these devices

• Maintain proper inventory

• Participate in formal training of store associates to include tearing down devices, taking photos, assisting with video training production.

• Provide live camera-based remote support (i.e., Skype) for in-store device repairs

• Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Device Repair TechnicianQualifications:

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus keen interest to fix electronic gadgets.

• In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree

• Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong customer service focus. Ability to inform, teach, and train

Responsibilities:

  Qualifications:

  Retail Sales Specialist Schedule:

• The position is Full Time 40 Hours per week

• Schedules are posted 3 weeks in advance for stability and consistency

  Retail Sales Specialist Description:

  As a Trusted Sales Specialist you're likely a nerd at heart, love the challenges of technology, know a thing or 2 about cars, and have a background in customer service. You believe in building trust with your customers, which in turn creates rewarding relationships of repeat business.

  As a Specialist, you don't just sell meaningless services, you're an advocate for the customer selling solutions that make the most sense for them! No cold calling or lead generation necessary, as we have an abundance of in-store customer flow in need of your service!

  In addition to being a technology solutions expert, you'll also exercise your creativity and organizational skills in keeping our showroom fresh and our inventory and customer orders accurate. A passion to serve customers by helping them select products and services that benefit them is critical. You will be responsible for providing an excellent overall customer experience by performing repairs such as replacing screens, batteries, and other components on cellphones, tablets, assist with sales, customer inquiries, merchandising and store maintenance. The ideal candidate will have device repair experience, however, if you have excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to exhibit a customer-first mentality and be of service to customers, our experts will train you!

Device Repair Technician Duties:

• Greet customers, determine their needs and suggest add-on items that align with customer needs

• Answer customer questions and maintain problem resolution proficiency standards and satisfaction levels

• Operate computer/cash register to accurately complete sales transactions

• Repair cell phones and tablets including replacing screens, batteries and other components

• Cut keys and reprogram key fobs

• Rotate and stock inventory

• Follow all safety rules/regulations, wearn proper personal protective equipment (PPP), and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time without notice.

  Device Repair Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6+ months of previous device repair experience

• In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree

• Demonstrated technical aptitude; able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written

• This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products and to regularly use a computer and other office equipment

• This position requires lifting 10-20# on a regular and frequent basis, 50# on an occasional basis, and more than 50# on an infrequent basis.

• Must be capable and willing to obtain WISE Level One and Two Certified Device Repair Technician Certification
