We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to work as seasonal supervisors for Black Rocket technology camps. We strongly encourage those who have completed or are working towards their supervisor or principal certification to apply!

This is a summer seasonal position and you are expected to work the entire summer, following the prevailing local school district summer break schedule. Black Rocket will TRAIN you! Regional Supervisors are enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individuals. They are confident in their ability to supervise instructors, as well as interact with students, parents, and program directors. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have experience with managing schedules or events, experience managing adults, and evidence of strong people skills. The ideal candidate will also have a background as a school supervisor, school administrator, teacher leader, manager, or similar. Knowledge of effective instructional practices and strong problem-solving skills are a plus. A strong tech background is also a plus, but not required.

Lead instructors guide students through our world class project based learning curriculum to learn new technology skills in coding, Minecraft, ROBLOX, video editing, game design and more! Assistants are responsible for helping lead instructors in this mission.

• Seasonal (4-8 weeks), with options to continue into additional seasons

• Get in-room technology experience with excited students

• PAID training!

• No formal experience required, but teaching experience in some capacity highly preferred

Requirements

• Experience with Minecraft preferred

• Reliable transportation to Bel Air, MD

• Must be available to teach from 3:00 PM - 4:15 PM Wednesday and Thursday
