Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Subcontracts Administrator II to support multiple West Region Business Lines. This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office. The location of this position is flexible, but qualified candidates will need to be willing to potentially work Central standard time, Mountain time and Pacific standard time hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business:

  • Follow and enforce procurement related policies and procedures.

  • Develop intermediate understanding of subcontracting terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.

  • Foster relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers and other groups.

  • Present the subcontracting and procurement process to stakeholders in an effective manner.

  • Challenge the business when projects depart from basic procurement principles.

  • Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make efficient and effective supply management decisions.

Technical:

  • Perform subcontracting and procurement functions.

  • Develop understanding of procurement systems and tools.

  • Prepare and solicit Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for all services and goods.

  • Prepare and executes purchase orders and agreements.

  • Work on several projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize to ensure all deadlines are met and maximize impact and results. Communicate effectively with internal clients regarding subcontract progress and accomplishments.

  • Negotiate deviations from company Terms & Conditions and minimum insurance requirements needed for various Scopes of Work.

  • Must be familiar with and preferably have significant experience with standard contractual Terms and Conditions and their meanings.

  • Must have a working knowledge of Certificates of Insurance as well as different policy types and limits.

  • Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.

  • Contact subcontractors for timely submittal of proposals,and clarifications, and signed contractual Agreements.

  • Tabulate and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.

  • Achieve savings targets relative to management established benchmarks by managing workload in accordance with business objectives and internal client priorities.

  • Review invoices and resolves discrepancies.

  • Assist in the evaluation of disputes with suppliers.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 year of experience in subcontracting, procurement, or other similar function or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • Understanding of contracting and procurement terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, construction management, economics, or similar field. 3+ years of experience in subcontracting or other similar function.

  • Competency to perform subcontracting and procurement functions.

  • Experience in managing tactical and strategic supplier relationships.

  • Previous experience working in a consulting engineering or professional services environment.

  • Previous experience working in a highly matrixed global and/or Fortune 500 organization.

  • Excellent analytical, judgment and practical operating skills in a multi-location, project-based industry.

  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with high demand to flexibility.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.

  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

  • Advanced computer skills and ability to use procurement systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Description

AECOM is actively growing the East Region Environmental Planning & Permitting (EPP) practice and is seeking an Environmental Project Manager within the Mid-Atlantic EPP Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management and have experience overseeing environmental permitting and utility siting projects for energy and other private sector clients. The successful applicant will join a network of existing AECOM EPP specialists across the US.

For this opportunity, we will consider candidates in any of our Mid-Atlantic Regional offices including, but not limited to, the following: Baltimore, MD; Germantown, MD; Cincinnati, OH; Arlington, VA; Glen Allen, VA; Norfolk, VA; and District of Columbia.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, manage, and administer all staff and projects carried out by those directly reporting to this position.

  • Manage and perform consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget, learning and applying AECOM's project management systems and software. The candidate will accelerate through AECOM's in-house Project Management certification program within the first year of employment.

  • Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level staff.

  • Perform client visits and field activities that require work outside the office and overnight travel.

  • Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts.

  • Develop, manage, and deliver business strategy and tactics, high-quality proposals, interdisciplinary teams, and documents and report deliverables.

  • Serve as an interface with clients and regulatory personnel on complex projects and through business development initiatives.

  • Proactively enforce a culture of producing high-quality work and the importance of Heath & Safety within the team.

  • Provide technical support to the EPP Department and individual Project Managers, and support inter-disciplinary business development activiites.

  • Collaborate with other AECOM offices, practices, and business lines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural resources, Wetlands management, or an earth science-related field +8 years of experience managing projects and teams to scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review

  • Must be able to travel.

  • Due to the nature of work US Citizenship if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in relevant field

  • 10+ years industry experience, preferably with energy and other private sector clients providing environmental assessment and permitting compliance support, including FERC requirements

  • Existing, mature, and tested Client relationships with an ability to generate new work for the Team, Office, and Company

  • Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations

  • Thorough working knowledge of CWA, ESA, NHPA, NEPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Knowledge of FERC requirements and related experience with preparing FERC Section 7(c) resource reports and pre-filing process, environmental permitting, NEPA, relevant environmental regulations and processes, and related environmental considerations desired.

  • Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery

  • Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders

  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus; candidate will be required to complete AECOM Project Management Certification.

  • Have led teams of professionals in executing wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species studies, environmental permitting support, and other related studies/assessments/analyses.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, interdisciplinary teams, and workload, as well as interface successfully with Clients

  • High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as in a collaborative team environment

  • Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work

  • Self-motivated, driven, and hard working

  • Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written (writing sample required)

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Subcontracts Administrator II to support multiple West Region Business Lines. This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office. The location of this position is flexible, but qualified candidates will need to be willing to potentially work Central standard time, Mountain time and Pacific standard time hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business:

  • Follow and enforce procurement related policies and procedures.

  • Develop intermediate understanding of subcontracting terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.

  • Foster relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers and other groups.

  • Present the subcontracting and procurement process to stakeholders in an effective manner.

  • Challenge the business when projects depart from basic procurement principles.

  • Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make efficient and effective supply management decisions.

Technical:

  • Perform subcontracting and procurement functions.

  • Develop understanding of procurement systems and tools.

  • Prepare and solicit Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for all services and goods.

  • Prepare and executes purchase orders and agreements.

  • Work on several projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize to ensure all deadlines are met and maximize impact and results. Communicate effectively with internal clients regarding subcontract progress and accomplishments.

  • Negotiate deviations from company Terms & Conditions and minimum insurance requirements needed for various Scopes of Work.

  • Must be familiar with and preferably have significant experience with standard contractual Terms and Conditions and their meanings.

  • Must have a working knowledge of Certificates of Insurance as well as different policy types and limits.

  • Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.

  • Contact subcontractors for timely submittal of proposals,and clarifications, and signed contractual Agreements.

  • Achieve savings targets relative to management established benchmarks by managing workload in accordance with business objectives and internal client priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 year of experience in subcontracting, procurement, or other similar function or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, construction management, economics, or similar field. 3+ years of experience in subcontracting or other similar function.

The location of this position is flexible, but qualified candidates will need to be willing to potentially work Central standard time, Mountain time and Pacific standard time hours.

Business:

  • Follow and enforce procurement related policies and procedures.

  • Develop intermediate understanding of subcontracting terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.

  • Foster relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers and other groups.

  • Present the subcontracting and procurement process to stakeholders in an effective manner.

  • Challenge the business when projects depart from basic procurement principles.

  • Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make efficient and effective supply management decisions.

Technical:

  • Perform subcontracting and procurement functions.

  • Develop understanding of procurement systems and tools.

  • Prepare and solicit Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for all services and goods.

  • Prepare and executes purchase orders and agreements.

  • Work on several projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize to ensure all deadlines are met and maximize impact and results. Communicate effectively with internal clients regarding subcontract progress and accomplishments.

  • Negotiate deviations from company Terms & Conditions and minimum insurance requirements needed for various Scopes of Work.

  • Must be familiar with and preferably have significant experience with standard contractual Terms and Conditions and their meanings.

  • Must have a working knowledge of Certificates of Insurance as well as different policy types and limits.

  • Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.

  • Contact subcontractors for timely submittal of proposals,and clarifications, and signed contractual Agreements.

AECOM is actively seeking an Environmental Scientist III to work out of the AECOM office located in Charleston or Greenville, SC or Raleigh, NC. This position will assist the ecological services department with the evaluation and documentation of natural resources. These evaluations include the identification and assessment of vegetative assemblages and wildlife and plant species, including the establishment of the extent of wetland jurisdiction regulated by local, state, and/or federal agencies. The successful applicant will have a working knowledge of wetland functional assessment, environmental permitting, protected species survey requirements, and strong technical writing capabilities.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs standard scientific work requiring application of techniques and procedures.

  • Detects problems when using standardized procedures because of the condition of sample, difficulties with the equipment, etc.

  • Conducts specific phases of projects for more experienced scientists.

  • Proposes appropriate analytical methods and techniques. Assists in providing advice and consulting services within scope of scientific knowledge.

  • Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on analysis.

  • Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Works under general supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education +4 years of experience in natural resources.

  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship required.

  • Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience identifying fauna and flora indigenous to the southeastern United States and regulations protecting wetlands and protected species in addition to a clear working knowledge of GIS.

AECOM has positions available for a bilingual Community Engagement Specialists to serve on the six-member Club Ride Event Squad in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week staffing community outreach events. Bilingual capabilities in spanish/english.

As a member of the Club Ride Event Squad, you will be responsible for staffing Club Ride events and presentations at locations across Clark County. These events emphasize engaging with the community, promote green transportation options and support Club Ride's program goals. Events range broadly from employer events, benefits fairs, new hire orientations, community events, and bicycle safety education events, among others. You will educate commuters/travelers about transportation options and the benefits, help them determine the best options, plan travel via transit and other modes, promote special events like bike month and commuter challenges, register individuals for Club Ride programs and services and teach them how to use the website and app. You will work in a fast-paced team environment.

Club Ride is a program of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) that works with the business community, regional stakeholders and residents to reduce traffic congestion and travel emissions in Southern Nevada. The program provides education, services and promotions that encourage the use of transit, active transportation, carpooling and vanpooling as a means to improve quality of live in the community.

The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

This position will work within the Building & Places (B+P) organization and will provide expertise in relation to Buildings, Facilities, and Site practices within B+P.

The Mechanical Engineer position is a senior engineering role and presents an opportunity for a candidate to excel in their expertise and contribute to growing our Mechanical Engineering expertise and team, leadership growth, and mentoring team members. The position will also provide for growth in client relationships and internal relationships across offices and region. The position will report to the department manager and will have demonstrated capability to work independently to lead architecture and facility projects and team members.   • Serve as Discipline Lead for the Mechanical Engineering team and have direct reports in varying levels of their career.

  • Serving as lead mechanical engineer HVAC designs on a variety of building project types, including mid-to large size architecture and facility projects.

  • Able to organize workload and work independently on project-specific design tasks and lead staff.

  • Able to communicate and present with clients and discuss/explain technical solutions to project conditions.

  • Project meetings and coordinating with the Architect of Record

  • Performing quality control reviews of work developed by others.

  • Providing technical input to studies and design and expertise for staff's specific areas of expertise/assignment.

  • Coordinate scope, schedule, budget in working with project managers and other senior level team members.

  • Using AutoCAD and REVIT for designs, engineering, and documentation.

  • Using energy modeling software applications such as Trane Trace and IES.

  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior level staff for design approach and specific technical design aspects (design tools, analysis, standards, design, and calculations, etc.).

  • Provide direction to prescriptive and performance-based specifications.

  • Participating in development of technical proposals (including estimates for the engineering budget and schedule)

  • Reviewing permitting agency/engineering standards and regulations necessary to develop proper project design and permitting applications.

  • Work closely with other departments from the AECOM project team/office, including civil, architecture, building engineering, geotechnical, traffic engineers, landscape architects to provide value and partner in project opportunities.

  • Participating and supporting site investigations and construction related activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Engineering plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida (current FL PE License).

  • Experience as lead HVAC engineer for architecture and facility building projects.

  • Experience in leading Mechanical building design of projects and organizing work efforts and resources.

  • Experience in leading engagement and interface with client teams.

  • Experience using AutoCAD and REVIT for project designs.

  • Experience preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications).

  • Experience in organizing and delivering project and milestones in timely and accurate manner.

  • Experience with construction phase services for projects (field reviews, RFI and shop drawing/submittal reviews, specifications, as-builts and record drawings, etc.)

  • Experience with permitting projects, and interaction with authorities having jurisdiction.

Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Disaster Resilience Response Manager to assist the Disaster Resilience Team. This role will oversee and coordinate resources, activities, and proposals associated with an AECOM Disaster Resilience Team. They will deploy/serve as on-site leadership, providing direction to personnel, resources, client engagement, and proposal management. They will be expected to have a complete understanding of all applicable federal disaster policies and requirements, as well as disaster response and recovery experience.

This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office/onsite. The location of this position is flexible, but will be required to deploy for short or extended periods of time. This position will be based out of Honolulu, HI.

Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the preparation, deployment, and operations of an AECOM rapid response and recovery team. Manage major project efforts, requiring complex coordination across multiple business lines, systems and processes.

  • Support the project team with the implementation and operations of the project, which may include oversight and distribution of resources within the specific functional area.

  • Support with developing strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute disaster recovery projects.

  • Monitor and understand the financial performance of the project.

  • Utilize time management skills to create high-level strategies that aid staff in managing time, productivity, and effectiveness.

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in regards to operational decisions.

  • Develop project plans by creating project goals, budget, and deliverables. Identify project tasks, workflows, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate program policy updates with client and project staff.

  • Establish and update standard operating procedures.

  • Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects and tasks.

  • Track and project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide reporting.

  • Provide consultation and expert advice to management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS + 10 years of relevant project management experience, to include cumulative activation / deployment experience associated with hazardous event or disaster (federal, state, or local government) or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • A working knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance

  • Must have the ability to deploy to remote locations for short-term and/or long-term project assignments.

  • Ability to travel to other facilities to perform inventory duties using a AECOM provided Vehicle.

  • For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM's background check process to ensure compliance with the Company's driving standards.

AECOM is seeking passionate talent with a customer focused mindset for Safety Service Patrol Operator positions in Edinburg, VA. These positions will be a direct report to the Safety Service Patrol (SSP) Supervisor and Management Team with direct public and multi-agency communications. Starting pay is $17.50hr.

About this Opportunity

Virginia's DOT Safety Service Patroller's play a key critical role in safeguarding motorists traveling the interstates by ensuring roadways are clear of debris, reporting highway maintenance issues and assisting stranded motorists. Our SSP program operates 7 days a week, 365 days per year, serving a critical role in the delivery of safety and mobility to the motoring public.

As this is a 24/7/365 operation center, schedules are dictated by operational need and stated in advance and will include on call duties. Schedules may vary and individuals selected will be required to successfully complete certification training.

The responsibilities of the SSP include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing temporary traffic control for emergency responders and providing scene assistance.

  • Detecting incidents and disruptions in traffic.

  • Clearing obstructions and debris from the roadway.

The Safety Service Patrol also offers help to individual motorists, including:

  • Tire change assistance.

  • Fuel to get to the nearest gas station.

  • Jump starts.

  • Water for overheating radiators.

  • Phone access to call tow / recovery services.

  • Directions.

To ensure safety, Safety Service Patrol operators are provided with special highly visible, reflective uniforms and drive specially marked vehicles.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and or equivalent certificate (GED) or 1 year of relevant work experience in lieu of education.

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Ability to drive, using an AECOM provided vehicle, patrolling and monitoring a segment of interstate roadway in an assigned region.

  • Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; must also successfully complete Virginia Department of Transportation fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

  • Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record in the last 3 years, including no suspension of license or single violation that the department of motor vehicle treats as worth 6 demerits.

  • Employees must also participate in monthly MVR monitoring program and maintain a satisfactory driving record as a condition of employment.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and successfully participate in the program's mandatory random drug screening process.

AECOM is seeking passionate talent with a customer focused mindset for Safety Service Patrol Operator positions in Edinburg, VA. These positions will be a direct report to the Safety Service Patrol (SSP) Supervisor and Management Team with direct public and multi-agency communications. Starting pay is $17.50hr.

About this Opportunity

Virginia's DOT Safety Service Patroller's play a key critical role in safeguarding motorists traveling the interstates by ensuring roadways are clear of debris, reporting highway maintenance issues and assisting stranded motorists. Our SSP program operates 7 days a week, 365 days per year, serving a critical role in the delivery of safety and mobility to the motoring public.

As this is a 24/7/365 operation center, schedules are dictated by operational need and stated in advance and will include on call duties. Schedules may vary and individuals selected will be required to successfully complete certification training.

The responsibilities of the SSP include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing temporary traffic control for emergency responders and providing scene assistance.

  • Detecting incidents and disruptions in traffic.

  • Clearing obstructions and debris from the roadway.

The Safety Service Patrol also offers help to individual motorists, including:

  • Tire change assistance.

  • Fuel to get to the nearest gas station.

  • Jump starts.

  • Water for overheating radiators.

  • Phone access to call tow / recovery services.

  • Directions.

To ensure safety, Safety Service Patrol operators are provided with special highly visible, reflective uniforms and drive specially marked vehicles.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and or equivalent certificate (GED) or 1 year of relevant work experience in lieu of education.

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Ability to drive, using an AECOM provided vehicle, patrolling and monitoring a segment of interstate roadway in an assigned region.

  • Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; must also successfully complete Virginia Department of Transportation fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

  • Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record in the last 3 years, including no suspension of license or single violation that the department of motor vehicle treats as worth 6 demerits.

  • Employees must also participate in monthly MVR monitoring program and maintain a satisfactory driving record as a condition of employment.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and successfully participate in the program's mandatory random drug screening process.

  • Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in outdoor environments with uneven terrain, variable outdoor conditions including heat, cold, moisture, dust, dryness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of driving experience.

  • Prior Safety Service Patrol Operator experience.

  • Knowledge/experience of incident management techniques.

  • Radio and telecommunications experience.

  • Possess or be able and willing to obtain CPR certifications.

  • Basic competency in using computers such as laptops, smart pads.

  • Working knowledge of basic automotive repair.

  • A positive customer service attitude - both to co-workers (internal customers) and external customers.

  • Geographic familiarity with regional freeway system and arterial roads.

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Project Manager with a Professional Engineering License to join our Long Beach, CA Remediation team. We are seeking candidates who will be able to immediately contribute to the successful delivery of existing projects and promote growth in existing and new markets. You will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering remediation consulting, design, and implementation services to our key clients. AECOM is seeking a candidate who has a technical background in the environmental investigation/remediation consulting industry, who is also a seasoned Environmental Project Manager and who would like to grow their career into assisting our California Operations with business development activities.

Responsibilities for this position may include the following:

  • Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.

  • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

  • Consistently delivers profit margins planned.

  • Consistently completes project without financial write-downs or multiplier erosion.

  • Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).

  • Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.

  • Has a group of employees/staff that are direct reports.

  • Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.

  • Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

  • Performs business development to help bring in new clientele or grow existing clientele.

  • Has a sales goal that is customized to fit candidate's skill set. Help grow and lead business development activities.

  • Project management and lead teams for field activities consisting of air, soil vapor, soil, groundwater and sediment sample collection, geologic logging (unconsolidated sediments and bedrock), and interpretation.

  • Utilize basic scientific principles, theories, practices, and existing technologies to develop remedial approaches for soil and groundwater impact, including feasibility studies, removal action work plans, and remediation design plans.

  • Interpret and record data, conduct analyses, compare findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Preparation of written reports, work plans, and technical memorandums and analysis of data and development of supported conclusions.

  • Preparation and implementation of work plans, cost estimates, data compilation/analysis, and report preparation.

  • Preparation of proposals and costs estimates for new opportunities.

  • Execute fieldwork by directing and overseeing individual or multiple contractors (laboratory, drillers, surveyors, excavation contractors).

  • Liaison with clients/client representatives, site facilities, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.

  • Health and safety planning and hazard recognition.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable meeting with clients, regulatory case managers, colleagues, and sub-contractors alike.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • B.S. in the geology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering or related field.

  • 6 years of experience in environmental remediation consulting industry (private or public) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • Valid driver's license, subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.

  • Candidate will be required to pass a background check which will include medical surveillance check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.

  • PE License

  • 15+ years of experience in environmental remediation consulting industry (private or public).

  • Experience working on environmental remediation projects including field sampling, data analysis, report writing, task management, cost estimate and proposal development, project implementation and execution.

  • Experience working within a dynamic team framework, in-person, and virtual settings.

  • Experience with environmental remediation systems (SVE, Excavation, ISCO, etc.).

  • Experience implementing various remedial strategies to achieve No Further Remediation (in-situ remediation, institutional, engineering, and administrative controls).

  • Strong research and report writing (including web-based research).

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Strong quality and time management.

  • Self-starter, develops and delivers work under own initiative.

  • Solid attention to detail and thorough approach to work.

  • Interest in performing various business development activities.
