As a Patient Service Representative , you are often the first and last face our patients see. When you join the Aspen Dental team, you will help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
Deliver a positive first impression to each patient with a warm, friendly smile

Purpose
The Chief of Staff provides strategic counsel to key leaders in the organization and serves as an advisor to the President, Field Operations. The CoS is also the main organizer and planner of company initiatives, attending to the minute details while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations. The work is varied and strategic. The CoS operates at a tactical, strategic and operational level, often handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or [that] fall between departments or leaders' areas of responsibility. The CoS serves as an air traffic controller for the President, Field Operations and the senior team, is an integrator connecting different work streams that would otherwise remain siloed and is a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization. Finally, the CoS has the skill and experience to integrate themselves into the organization and quickly assess issues that serve as barriers to the organization operating at maximum capacity.
Essential Responsibilities
Project Management
Track and monitor high priority initiatives for strategy owners and identify any obstacles
Communicate initiative status to leaders, pulling in other leaders or team members as necessary
Oversee project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company
Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the President, Field Operations
Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
Research, benchmark, analyze data and make recommendations
Financial
Oversee board meeting preparation and creation of board meeting materials
Run quarterly business reviews
Create and update monthly dashboards for the President, Field Operations and help track changes in key metrics
Analyze investment opportunities
Strategic Initiatives
Identify and lead high-profile strategic projects
Define and research new ideas and business initiatives
Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
Communication and Public Relations
Draft speeches, presentations, proposals, emails, etc. for President, Field Operations
Vet speaking opportunities and interview requests
Internal and external communications
Act as the communication conduit for key executives in the organization, clients, or major stakeholders
Proxy
Attend meetings in place of the President, Field Operations as necessary and deliver progress reports
Represent President, Field Operations in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Gatekeeper
Assess all inquiries directed to the President, Field Operations and determine the proper course of action
Determine which meetings take priority
Vet requests for time and rout requests to other departments as appropriate
Monitor information flow: ensuring the President, Field Operations' involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.
Requirements/Qualifications
10+ years' experience in a leadership/management role, business development, corporate strategy and/or executive management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred

As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth, we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our accounting team as Staff Accountant. This role will support the close of all Brand results monthly. This role will perform prepaid analysis, cash reconciliations and journal entries.
The position requires an individual who understands general accounting. This position has flexibility with work location. After a successful training period, this role can be in-office or hybrid.
Responsibilities
General Accounting Responsibilities
Calculating, analyzing, and posting standard and non-standard journal entries.
Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts monthly.
Meeting all assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with quality standards by pre-determined deadlines.
Tracking all the banking activities on all accounting, including the journal entries and reconciliations monthly.
Partner with corporate accounting on the annual inventory process and the monthly inventory entries.
Providing timely and exceptional customer service and support to key internal and external stakeholders.
Understand and execute TAG Corporate standard accounting policies and practices, while also designing and executing brand specific accounting processes and practices.
Special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; is preferred
2+ years of Cash Accounting experience
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
Average Microsoft Office skills, most notably Excel, with ability to learn new skills quickly;

Essential Responsibilities
RCM Specialists care for the people who care for our patients by performing insurance adjudication, customer service, and patient collection job functions that require superior service and attention to detail.
Bring better care to the front lines by supporting the execution and achievement of functional areas and company goals.
Partners with internal departments to resolve issues related to all tasks and assignments supporting the business.
Point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries, which entails contacting insurance companies and/or addressing patient inquiries.
Uses software and company systems to source, obtain, process, audit and analyze standard data reporting and presenting.
Plans, organizes, and executes tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with managers' delegated assignments.

2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales required
