Audacy's Corporate Communications and PR team is in search of an experienced and dynamic Manager of Communications to lead and manage our external communications strategy. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and PR, this role will be primarily responsible for strategically publicizing Audacy's local market brands, content and talent, and its live event business. This role is essential for building equity across Audacy's brand portfolio and amplifying its multiplatform content and experiences in the marketplace. The candidate will serve as a key member of a nimble Marketing & Communications department and will have executive exposure and ample growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values for its broadcast and digital audio portfolio across its 47 local markets.
Implement communications discipline around the Company's live events business, including pre-event, onsite and post-event publicity.
Create, edit and curate external media materials including press releases, news alerts, press room posts and media pitches to promote Audacy's business.
Assist in creating and maintaining bios for key Company leaders and talent.
Identify and execute strategic publicity opportunities for company stakeholders, including market and brand leadership and talent.
Support Audacy's B2B social media strategy across platforms including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to enhance online visibility and brand amplification.
Provide crisis communication support at both corporate and local market levels.
Develop and maintain targeted media lists for various company announcements.
Cultivate relationships with key reporters across radio, podcasting, media, advertising, entertainment, tech and sports industries.
Monitor media coverage and prepare comprehensive recap reports to demonstrate the value of media engagement for the Company.
Support the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and PR.
Offer cross-support to internal communications team and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably within the media industry.
Proven experience in managing external communication strategies and developing strategic communication plans.
Media relations experience required.
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, including proficiency in crafting external communications materials.
Resourceful, proactive, and highly reliable multitasker committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Willing to travel. This role will require moderate travel throughout the year for onsite support at industry and company events.
Ability to prioritize and adapt efficiently in a fast-moving environment without compromising quality.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain professional communication with clients.
Preferred:
Experience executing communications strategies and activations at live events, including red carpets and press rooms.

Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will:
Quarterback internal strategy calls to ensure we're providing our best recommendations.
Lead conversations with internal creative and execution teams to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
Provide -white glove- client service to advertisers through great communication and properly setting expectations.
Quarterback Internal & External pre-sale/post-sale Kickoff Calls
Work with Marketing to create in-depth detailed wrap reports, calling out prominent metrics to keep the client satisfied
Work closely with the Campaign Management team to ensure that we're delivering well, or optimizing with the goal of delivering in full.
Manage all post-sale correspondence with the client and creative stakeholders.
Monitor and convey recording timelines and manage expectations for closed campaigns.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on your client, and track anything that could result in risk

Overview
As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of campaign activities for several assigned markets. This role is focused on post sales fulfillment, working with a variety of teams to gather assets and launch campaigns across a wide range of platforms including display, email, social media, SEM, SEO and more. Responsibilities also include optimizing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance data to ensure campaigns are running properly, and communicating the results to clients on a regular basis.

What You'll Do:
Accountable for ownership of the post-sale process, ensuring full and complete delivery of all digital campaigns, including but not limited to order entry, fulfillment, optimization, and reporting.
Account Management: You will work with sales teams and digital clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to the fulfillment and trafficking teams.
Project Management: Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling several campaigns and markets at one time while tracking timelines/due dates for campaign deliverables, launches and/or revisions.
Continuity with Production: Ensure all digital campaigns are moving through the fulfillment process between teams while meeting necessary timelines for client orders.
Monitor Campaigns to ensure they are hitting the agreed upon goals during their flights. Adjust as appropriate. Alert appropriate parties of any anticipated problems and be prepared with suggested solutions and assisting with month end reconciliation.
Product Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of digital inventory: Achieve a thorough understanding of our internal systems so as to effectively and efficiently respond to internal and external requests in a timely fashion.
Campaign Reports: At month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns and provide results to the client with the Account Executive.
Stakeholder Communication: As this role will support several assigned markets; clear, professional and efficient communication is imperative between stakeholders (sales team and fulfillment teams) to ensure client campaign execution and performance meets or exceeds standards.
Qualifications

Minimum two years experience working with digital marketing campaigns
Minimum two years experience working in a sales environment
Ability to multi task efficiently in a organized, logical, process-oriented manner
Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients
