Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Responsible for the day-to-day office administration of the station.
Order and maintain all station supplies, including general office supplies, furniture, and janitorial items.
Coordinate all station guest entry, employee meetings and events.
Supervise general office communication (e-mail, phone, Zoom, etc.)
Supervise mail, FedEx, deliveries, etc.
Manage office equipment (copy machines, coffee machines, printers, etc.)
Maintain station Public File (if needed)
Coordination with building management for any facility needs
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Office management experience preferred.
Basic computer skills (Outlook/Gmail, Office, Calendars, etc.)
Must have effective organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required.
HS Diploma/GED preferred

What You'll Do:
Responsible for the total supervision, direction and overall performance level of all radio station personnel functions with specific emphasis on program coordination, development of unique content, promotions and multi-media strategies.
Work closely with the Market Manager to develop and implement organization strategies and vision.
The preferred applicant will have superior verbal and written communication skills and proven success in brand imaging and production. You must be highly competent in business affairs, including the ability to negotiate contracts and establish strong affiliate relationships

Account Management: Working from a centralized location, you will work with sales teams and digital clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to the fulfilment and trafficking teams

Campaign Reports: At month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns and provide results to the client with the Account Executive.
Stakeholder Communication: As this role will support several assigned markets; Clear, professional and efficient communication is imperative between stakeholders (sales team and fulfillment teams) to ensure client campaign execution and performance meets or exceeds standards.
