Description and Requirements
As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you'll ensure Premium's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?
Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores in order to place product on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need.
Front face products to make sure product shelves look the best they can.
Receive marketing and promotional materials at your home and bring them to the store.
Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure our clients' products stand out.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer simple, step-by step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
Represent Premium and Premium clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone and text.
How will you succeed?
Owning your store(s). You will be the face of Premium as you visit Walmart on behalf of our clients. Over time, you'll be the go-to Premium resource because of the relationships you build.
Enjoy working independently as a Premium representative but remembering you're an extension of the Walmart family.
Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers and Premium team members.
Leveraging the support of and sharing best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and a variety of communication channels.

Essential Functions of this Position
Drive the sales of Windows, Office, Surface, & PC Accessories at key Microsoft retail stores
Provide quality product demonstrations to consumers within key retail stores driving sales handoffs to the retailer associates. (Creating the best customer experience with Microsoft products and services)
Deliver single and group Microsoft product trainings to retail associates
Protect the Microsoft brand and ensure branded areas are set to standards through merchandising, stocking, pricing, cleaning, etc.
Initiate and maintain business relationships at the retail and client level
Build strong relationships with retail store leadership and associates
Daily visit reporting through Microsoft's reporting site (Each visit) along with social media visit recaps
Training and leading a team of seasonal part-time reps within the market

Qualifications
3 - 5 years' experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization preferred

Android Sales Expert (Part Time)
Description
Are you energetic and a people-person who can strike up a conversation with almost anyone you meet? Are you a technology enthusiast, knowledgeable, determined, and interested in the newest advancements in mobile device software and technology? We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional leader to become a Part-Time Android Sales Expert within a Best Buy retail location, who will demonstrate and sell the most exciting and desired Android-powered devices!
The Part-Time Android Sales Expert will be expected to empower the consumer by sharing their expert knowledge and advanced customer service skills to promote and sell the newest Android powered smartphones, tablets and all Android Ecosystem add-on devices and accessories.

Program Duration: August 17 - December 31
Weekly Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 32hrs/wk
Pay Rate: $22/hr
The Part-Time Android Expert Will:
Be an Android Expert around on key features and benefits of the full Android Ecosystem of products, focused on selling to consumers, supporting customers after the sale has closed (post sales support)
Secondary focus on training Retail Sales Associates and building relationships to build in-store advocates of the brand
Conduct consumer facing activities to meet sales goals, selling end to end with consumers including POS transaction processing
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external partners, including Mosaic management, peers, client sand in-store personnel including high-level management
Execute product training and demos for sales associates and retail partners to build advocacy and facilitate consumer engagement and sales
Build Android brand presence through maintenance of merchandising and displays
Provide competitive insights to Mosaic management as requested
Complete all administrative tasks and on-going personal training in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
The candidate's success will be measured by:
Sales and training performance metrics
Adherence to accurate/timely reporting within Mosaic and BBY systems
Other factors such as impact on customer returns/retention, positive interpersonal communication skills, enthusiastic and friendly attitude, cleanliness of space, etc.
KPIs and overall expectations will be fully outlined during training, with a clear path and support to achieve goals
Qualifications
Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets, and preferably an avid Android user and/or enthusiast
Previous experience in a retail sales environment with required knowledge of -Point of Sale- and/or cash register transactions.
Strong customer service skills with ability to offer after-sales customer support and influence customer retention
Independent and motivated team player
Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day
Regular physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up promotional material, lifting up to 25lbs)
Ability to work a very flexible retail schedule, hours may vary
Must have the ability to commute to assigned store and arrive on time for assigned shift(s)
Proficient in Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft office and general social media applications
Daily access to internet/email
3 years of wireless and or/ PC retail sales and/or training experience is a plus
Experience working with any of the larger wireless carriers is a plus
Ability to sit or stand for a full work shift

The Part-Time Android Expert Will:
Be an Android Expert around on key features and benefits of the full Android Ecosystem of products, focused on selling to consumers, supporting customers after the sale has closed (post sales support)
Secondary focus on training Retail Sales Associates and building relationships to build in-store advocates of the brand
Conduct consumer facing activities to meet sales goals, selling end to end with consumers including POS transaction processing
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external partners, including Mosaic management, peers, client sand in-store personnel including high-level management
Execute product training and demos for sales associates and retail partners to build advocacy and facilitate consumer engagement and sales
Build Android brand presence through maintenance of merchandising and displays
Provide competitive insights to Mosaic management as requested
Complete all administrative tasks and on-going personal training in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
The candidate's success will be measured by:
Sales and training performance metrics
Adherence to accurate/timely reporting within Mosaic and BBY systems
Other factors such as impact on customer returns/retention, positive interpersonal communication skills, enthusiastic and friendly attitude, cleanliness of space, etc.
KPIs and overall expectations will be fully outlined during training, with a clear path and support to achieve goals
Qualifications
Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets, and preferably an avid Android user and/or enthusiast
Previous experience in a retail sales environment with required knowledge of -Point of Sale- and/or cash register transactions.
Strong customer service skills with ability to offer after-sales customer support and influence customer retention
Independent and motivated team player
Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day
Regular physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up promotional material, lifting up to 25lbs)
Ability to work a very flexible retail schedule, hours may vary
Must have the ability to commute to assigned store and arrive on time for assigned shift(s)
Proficient in Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft office and general social media applications
Daily access to internet/email
3 years of wireless and or/ PC retail sales and/or training experience is a plus
Experience working with any of the larger wireless carriers is a plus
Ability to sit or stand for a full work shift

Overview
Do you enjoy working as part of a team? Acosta merchandisers work in Giant Eagle stores to complete resets according to planograms. Local part-time teams will only be scheduled in one store per day in your area. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 7am-2:30pm (28 hrs). There is a new Milestone Bonus where you are eligible for a $500 bonus at 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities
Our Merchandisers:
Read and follow a plan-o-gram to effectively complete reset work.
Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags appropriately, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and processing pack-outs and restocks as necessary.
Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship.
Qualifications
You're able to arrive at different locations in the area to get started by 7am.
You enjoy being physically active and can lift up to 40 pounds.
You are comfortable working with others.
If you happen to have Retail or Grocery experience already, even better!
