This is a business development position in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.
Provide operations support and reconstitution to ensure space capabilities, adding protection and resiliency to the space fleet. Perform responsive technical modeling and analysis of current and potential threat engagements to space systems. Perform tasks involving space flight safety, defensive space control, and intelligence analysis support for the sustainment of the space common operating picture.
JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.

Physical Requirements of Position: Position will require heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop. Phone use, Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position requires typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May require climbing, working at heights and in small spaces. Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel or crouch for long periods of time. Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperature than standard office environmental conditions. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. PROGRAM MISSION:
The Department of the Air Force 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, FL has a continuing requirement for base civil engineering services. This includes base operations support, engineering, management, maintenance and repair of facilities and infrastructure systems, construction management, minor construction, emergency management and response, environmental requirements and programs, real property management; material procurement and management, Civil Engineer (CE) deployment training and management and exercise support.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mission Statement
Provides field, range, testing, chemical, and biological laboratory support to the U.S. Army at the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) located at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. As a major test site for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, the WDTC is responsible for the test and evaluation of chemical and biological (CB) defense systems, incendiary and smoke/obscuration munitions systems, and related operational concepts.
In addition to these responsibilities, we also support non-CB testing at the WDTC for the DOD and other Federal agencies, including environmental assessment/impact evaluation and munitions demilitarization.
Our Dugway Operation was established in 2004 with the award of the Field, Range, Chamber, and Laboratory Support Services (FRC&LSS) contract. Through the FRC&LSS contract, we have integrated with Mellor Engineering, TOPE, and JRAD with a composite staff size of more than 170 personnel.
Job Description
TOPE is looking for a candidate with experience and able to perform various types of tasks, including but not limited to:
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Ensure that the buildings for the CTF are ready for Agent Operations
Verify that safety equipment is operational and maintained, to include emergency shower, fire extinguishers, ventilation systems.
Assist with design, setup, operation, and retrograde of various test fixtures used in testing Chemical Warfare Agents.
Conducted quarterly safety inspections with DPG Safety office.
Keep the building clean and test ready.
Maintain PPE, decon supplies, communication equipment used for testing, and keeping all mechanical equipment running and certified.
Know and understand the building control system.
Assist in receipt inspections test fixture setup and removal.
Be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
Show expertise in working with a team and independently.

This is a business development position in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.
Support one of two single-INT teams on site at Fort Shafter in USARPAC G2. Respond to tasking and collection to provide exploitation of data into intelligence reporting, which feeds into all-source intelligence production, corroboration of other -INT reporting, and support to operations. GEOINT analysts provide imagery analysis to support tactical understanding of the operational environment, track assigned targets within assigned portfolio in AOR, conduct FMI, and fill intelligence gaps.
