Currently, our valued client in Wilmington, North Carolina has an opening for anAutodesk CAD Trainer & Technical Support Specialist. This position is a 12-month contract, with the potential for continuation after the initial contract.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk CAD Trainer & Technical Support Specialist for a contract position. This role involves providing training and technical support for Autodesk software, with a focus on Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience using Autodesk applications, strong CAD expertise, proficiency in Autodesk software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide first level technical support to CAD users. This position includes developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assisting with technical inquiries, collaborating with engineering staff to meet their CAD training needs, and managing user accounts and performing routine audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

· Create and update training materials for Autodesk software, with a focus on Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault. Develop customized training plans and modules tailored to the specific needs of individuals and teams.

Training Delivery:

· Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups. Ensure that training sessions are engaging and effectively convey CAD skills.

Individual and Team Support:

· Offer one-on-one coaching and guidance to individuals and teams working on CAD projects. Provide support for best practices and troubleshooting CAD-related issues.

1st Level Technical Support:

· Provide technical assistance to CAD users, addressing questions and common technical issues related to Autodesk software and CAD systems.

User Management:

· Create new user accounts and perform audits as necessary.

Assessment and Feedback:

· Assess the progress and skill development of trainees through tests, exercises, and project evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to trainees.

Stay Updated:

· Keep current with the latest features of Autodesk software and industry trends, incorporating them into training materials and sessions.

Documentation:

· Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress. Generate reports and feedback for management on the effectiveness of training programs.

Customer Relations:

· Collaborate with engineering staff to understand their CAD training needs and customize programs to meet their requirements.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience using Autodesk applications, particularly Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault.

· Previous experience as a CAD Trainer or in a similar role is highly preferred.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to adapt training methods to various audiences.

· Excellent problem-solving skills for CAD-related issues.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Familiarity with training and presentation tools.

· Patience and a passion for helping others develop CAD skills.

· Knowledge of WordPress is preferred.

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in the industry

  • Extensive experience with 3GPP 4G and 5G SA/NSA Network design and development of the network

  • Experience working on leading 5G Core solutions like Nokia and others

Location: Remote, PST work hours

Contract Length: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Requests will involve working with large complex Excel files to support user requests for additional functionality and usability,

• Anticipate opportunities to leverage PowerAutomate and Teams to resolve requests

• Many requests with be related to Payroll, HR and Benefits – business knowledge in these areas is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• Must have exceptionally strong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including teams, SharePoint and power automate

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hr to $65.00/hr. -Establishes scope boundaries for basic and routine products and technical requirements with accuracy and clarity.

-Plans and monitors work scope estimates and schedules for the defined scope of the product.

-Able to read, assess and interpret vended solution architecture and translate into scope of work and technical specification requirements for integration into the company’s engineering/technology systems and product operations workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Experience developing mobile app and / or web products.

-Minimum of 1-3 years in a Product Owner (or similar) role.

-Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile environment.

-Working knowledge of product development architecture.

-Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.

-Ability to prioritize effectively.

-Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.

-Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting needs of stakeholders.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

-Experience in Healthcare.

-Healthcare and EPIC API expertise.

Education:

-Bachelor's Degree (business, Computer Science, engineering, technology, health care) AND 3+ years of relevant technical experience

OR

-7+ years of relevant technical experience.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

-Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year

CTG is seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Technical Analystto support a variety of assigned requests related to operational analysis.

Location: Remote, PST work hours

Contract Length: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Requests will involve working with large complex Excel files to support user requests for additional functionality and usability,

• Anticipate opportunities to leverage PowerAutomate and Teams to resolve requests

• Many requests with be related to Payroll, HR and Benefits – business knowledge in these areas is highly preferred.

• Qualified candidates will need to show a willingness to be a team player and apply application implementation best practices.

• Position is remote

• Working hours will be PST

Required Skills:

• Must have exceptionally strong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including teams, SharePoint and power automate

• Prior experience building complex solutions with these technologies is required

• Must be an Excel expert including advanced features and functionality

• Prior consulting experience is required.
