• Responsible for SAP S4, MDG & cFIN application-level security that includes role design and update using PFCG and SU24.
• Maintain SAP Fiori catalog /groups and their relationship with roles.
• Perform day-day user administration functions.
• Monitor Service Now ticketing tool for SAP Security related incidents and tasks.
• Assist functional, QA and business teams with the integration and user acceptance testing.
• Follow Sarbanes-Oxley procedures for maintaining security roles and user profiles in the system.
• Perform post refresh security activities for non-prod systems.
• Follow best industry practices to do security documentation.
• Performs on-call responsibilities as part of security on call rotation.

Duties:
-Understands and considers both the business and the technical engineering/IT needs to ensure quality digital products and related operational workflows to meet/exceed the desired business objectives.
-Able to perform cost, benefit and risk analysis associated with the proposed product/services and recommend alternatives for solutions throughout the product life cycle.
-Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document business and system requirements.
-Performs data analysis, defines, and documents business requirements, translates business requirements to technical/engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, user experience requirements and system validation while considering the complete technical and non-technical solution.
-Technical specifications are utilized by Engineering/IT in the final technical design and eventual product build/acquisition or integration.
-May assist product and operations leaders to coordinate deployment of deliverables (varies by product).
-Provides input for development of other product documents, project charters and plans, work assignments, deliverable target dates, and other aspects of assigned work.
-Applies systems engineering methodologies and discipline throughout the product and project lifecycle based on assignment.
-Researches, analyzes, and validates complete and accurate business and systems requirements.
-Establishes scope boundaries for basic and routine products and technical requirements with accuracy and clarity.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Minimum of 1-3 years in a Product Owner (or similar) role.
-Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile environment.
-Working knowledge of product development architecture.
-Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
-Ability to prioritize effectively.

Need of an expert in IBM AIX 6.1 to assess the state of a test environment utilized by a medical records system. The primary objective is to bring this test system back to operational status in order to restore our database backups.
The IBM AIX System Administrator will need to be able to set up and maintain the AIX systems, installing software upgrades, working with the other infrastructure staff and application administrators in installing new hardware as it becomes available, and replacing defective hardware such as disk drives
Required Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of IBM AIX, preferably version 6.1
Ability to set up and maintain AIX systems

The data analyst will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading payroll data from various sources, as well as creating reports, assessing data quality and accuracy. The data analyst will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify data needs, provide insights, and recommend solutions.
Skills Required:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related data-focused field
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
Experience with Peoplesoft payroll systems and data structures
Knowledge of payroll processes, policies, and regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
