JOB SUMMARY
Develops solutions based on identified and qualified opportunities brought forth by business development executives, account executives, partners, referrals, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops cost estimates according to company guidelines, rates, etc., using standard pricing and estimating tools.
Develops proposal content that conveys the solution being offered including but not limited to technical descriptions, architectures, alternative comparisons, etc.
Evaluates new technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, etc., and if selected, establish in concert with ESU, appropriate training for the sales and delivery teams.
Defines applications that will be developed by the company. Typically, this will be applications for the software platforms we use including but not limited to Niagara, SkySpark, DGLux, and others. As part of the development process, establish in concert with ESU, appropriate training for the sales and delivery teams.
Assists the sales team with customer-facing events such as customer sales presentations, technology demonstrations, webinars, trade show exhibits, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Be familiar with basic financial terms and concepts as they relate to contracts, proposals, and providing consultation to the customer.
REASONING ABILITY

About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Consultant, you will be responsible for program management services within an assigned market or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY

About the role
As a CBRE Account Operations Sr. Manager, you will direct and oversee the maintenance management staff and safety programs for large and high-profile facilities or properties. The Experience Program Manager leads the development and implementation of the workplace experience programs to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational efficiency.
This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for leading the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What you'll do
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Design, innovate, validate, and lead implementation of experience programs with the goal of ensuring that programs align with both client needs and company objectives.
Remains informed about developments within the Hospitality Experience industry, and networks with in-company subject matter authorities to bring premier solutions. Works closely with the Host Product platforms (Digital & Technology and People) to improve the services provided.
Track vendor performance on outsourced provider service contracts and ongoing administration. Verify the best pricing and service level performance.
Run account programs striven to ensure safety and compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
Develop operational service delivery solutions to include detailed playbooks, account operations plans, etc.
Lead ongoing evaluation of utility consumption rate structures and approve cost reduction programs.
Monitor the efficiency of maintenance efforts for facilities, ensuring work is completed under account critical metrics.
Responsible for client account inspections. Document inspection report results and resolve any issues, concerns, etc. with the client.
Oversee account regional site operations and new projects.
Identify capital improvement projects and conduct cost evaluations used in the preparation of capital budgets.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job field.
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Minimum of 3+ years related, with management or supervisory capacities preferred (e.g. Front of House Manager, Hospitality, Rooms Manager, Experience Manager or Event Manager) with high level of discernment and communication
Expert-level logical and quantitative skills with validated experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
