JOB SUMMARY

Develops solutions based on identified and qualified opportunities brought forth by business development executives, account executives, partners, referrals, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops cost estimates according to company guidelines, rates, etc., using standard pricing and estimating tools.

Develops proposal content that conveys the solution being offered including but not limited to technical descriptions, architectures, alternative comparisons, etc.

Evaluates new technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, etc., and if selected, establish in concert with ESU, appropriate training for the sales and delivery teams.

Defines applications that will be developed by the company. Typically, this will be applications for the software platforms we use including but not limited to Niagara, SkySpark, DGLux, and others. As part of the development process, establish in concert with ESU, appropriate training for the sales and delivery teams.

Assists the sales team with customer-facing events such as customer sales presentations, technology demonstrations, webinars, trade show exhibits, etc.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Four year degree in Engineering or a minimum five years' work experience in Engineering or Sales and Business Development.

Five years in Engineering with a proven track record in technical sales for a minimum of three years.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

A valid driver's license with a good driving record for applicable vehicles, without restrictions, or limiting conditions. (Corrective lenses permitted)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

Be familiar with basic financial terms and concepts as they relate to contracts, proposals, and providing consultation to the customer.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Be familiar with basic contract verbiage, negotiation and management.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Must possess a thorough knowledge of the use and operation of Windows-based computers.

Must be willing to travel, including some overnight trips.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Program Consultant, you will be responsible for program management services within an assigned market or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures.

  • Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.

  • Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process.

  • Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

  • Collaborate with the core team to develop solutions and manage the project team through implementation and completion.

About the role

About the role

CBRE is in search of a highly skilled and motivated MAC Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of all Moves, Adds, and Changes within a campus for our Technology Client's San Jose Real Estate Portfolio, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all employees. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role that will require the selected candidate to report to the office in San Jose, CA a minimum of three days per week.

What you'll do

  • Act as Space Management delivery main POC for all Moves/Adds/Changes for assigned San Jose Campus in a Technology Company's Real Estate Portfolio.

  • Execute the delivery of relocation and migration projects within the portfolio working closely with the Space and Occupancy Management Teams.

  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the move project.

  • Ensure all move management tasks are completed and match the documented process.

  • Maintain awareness and adherence to move management budget and schedule.

  • Ensure data accuracy within space technology for the campus.

  • Receive and process move requests from the client.

  • Develop and execute move project plan and budget in collaboration with internal and external vendors and partners.

  • Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities.

  • Participate in planning meetings by the client, occupancy planning, and any other key stakeholders.

  • Establish move project goals and objectives.

  • Initiate and run meetings to review move schedules and tasks with key stakeholders and move vendors.

  • Collaborate with supporting vendors and manage move labor for minor and major projects.

  • Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards or performance.

  • Ensure that all move project tasks are completed and documented per the move process document.

  • Study post-move surveys and project costs to determine areas for improvement within the process.

  • Lead quarterly audits to ensure the occupancy and floorscope are accurate and up to date.

  • Prepare and update project status reports, and tracking reports, and maintain files for archived data.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite products. Examples include Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. and interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this MAC Coordinator position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this MAC Coordinator position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.

JOB SUMMARY

Develops solutions based on identified and qualified opportunities brought forth by business development executives, account executives, partners, referrals, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops cost estimates according to company guidelines, rates, etc., using standard pricing and estimating tools.

Develops proposal content that conveys the solution being offered including but not limited to technical descriptions, architectures, alternative comparisons, etc.

Evaluates new technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, etc., and if selected, establish in concert with ESU, appropriate training for the sales and delivery teams.

Defines applications that will be developed by the company. Typically, this will be applications for the software platforms we use including but not limited to Niagara, SkySpark, DGLux, and others.
