The Mail Operations Senior Coordinator will be responsible for providing analytical support to the small parcel function. The role will manage the process of gathering data from various sources to provide visibility into performance & spend opportunities. This Associate will assist the manager with the annual budget process & monthly KPI's for vendor service level compliances.

This position requires in-depth communication of complex information, both verbal and written to management, vendors, and certain internal organizational stakeholders. What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

A successful Senior Coordinator candidate will:

• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate data from 3rd party vendors to assess compliance and scorecard rating. (Analysis and Decision Making/Results Focus)

• Partner with management in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining KPI's for the departmental benchmarks. (Teamwork/Results Focus)

• To carry out the proper handling of inbound and outbound USPS, inter-company, and courier packages for mail processing and other mail operations projects as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements

This is a high-energy retail sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals and handle a wide range of customer interactions. To make sure everything goes smoothly, the ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential. You will manage a variety of diverse tasks, with limited supervision, including vehicle sales, processing of sales paperwork, assessing vehicle condition for use in appraisals, and even managing repair orders. Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma, or equivalent

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, preferred

• Valid Driver's License

• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
