CACI is looking for a Network Target Analyst to work at their Suitland, MD location.
What You'll Get to Do :
You will perform analysis of open-source information and work with all-source intelligence for target development, fusion, and drafting of intelligence products. You will collect, analyze, and collate selectors and other targetable attributes and perform network analysis in support of customer requirements. You will leverage SIGINT and other IC databases/tools to provide comprehensive analytic support to the program. These databases / tools include but are not limited to Icon, QLIX, Target Cop, Firehawk, Voltron, Rockstar, MARS, and GOSSIP. You will distribute this information to the customer in various product lines. You will also provide critical all-source intelligence analysis and network targeting to US military forces in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment to address priority intelligence requirements.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI
Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with the military or IC agency
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a position where their primary duty involved intelligence research related to intelligence targeting, cyber targeting or intelligence network analysis, or open source analysis.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience producing finished intelligence in a time sensitive environment for release to Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers
Prior all-source intelligence analysis or open-source analysis experience required
Must possess exceptional effective writing skills and be able to draft intelligence products which are clear, concise, and comprehensive.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years of work experience in project management. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:

This program supports Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis activities in support of customer. Will be required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions. Provides necessary resources with knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis.
We need all-source analysts to support the technical exploitation of foreign systems and subcomponents for current and future technology. We assess scientific and technical capabilities, forecast, and predict future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness, and create of high-fidelity models and simulations of systems.

More About the Role:
Conduct all-source methods to assess foreign military command, control, communications, and computer (C4) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimate assessments, and conduct intelligence briefings on request based on National Ground Intelligence Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs).
IC tradecraft requirements, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206.
Evaluate unique mission areas that require creative solutions using a variety of tools and databases.
Intelligence Community (IC) background and joint-level service experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
