Are you interested in working with a team of highly motivated Background Investigators? CACI is seeking a Field Investigations Section Lead to supervise a team of Background Investigators and oversee their work product! You must currently be Credentialed with at least 18 consecutive months of service on the contract.
You will get to organize and manage the day-to-day caseload for team members and ensure their work is completed promptly and accurately. You will be responsible for the team's achievement of established metrics and for any remaining administrative duties associated with the team of employees. You will also implement and track disciplinary actions as determined by management.
What You'll Get to Do:
Your coverage area: Midwest Region
Supervisor with Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of the Investigation process who leads a team of Background Investigators; provides mentoring, training, and guidance.
Responsible for facilitating case closure in your area.
Respond to inquiries and upper management regarding case timeliness, report quality, timecards, promotion, rate increases, and disciplinary actions.
Manage day-to-day caseload and ensure statistical requirements are met; utilize performance data to improve processes and maximize team efficiency.
Serves as intermediary and advocate between and for the Background Investigators.
Requires knowledge of investigation techniques and knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations; Investigative Suite of Tools.
Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by the team of Background Investigators.
May manage projects and/or processes.
Manage day-to-day elements of the budget (e.g., timecards, overtime for staff).
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related and/or military experience and a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision utilizing a home-based office or corporate facility.
Must be willing to travel in support of the region as required.
Understand basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

CACI is seeking a cleared Software Engineer to support an Army Program Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Assist with all computer and software related aspects of assigned program. Assist in the development of software related test plans, test procedures, software requirement and interface specification, software design document, test scripts, computer related hardware and software specification requirements. Secret clearance required.
What You'll Get to Do:
May perform engineering and scientific work involving the design, development, and operation of man portable computer systems, including hardware and software and their integration with other systems and peripherals.
Translate military operational and mission requirements (ground, sea, air, and space) into practical computer hardware and software design performance requirements for dismounted operations.
Participate in post awards, program reviews, design reviews, and IPTs as the computer specialist on assigned programs.
Evaluate and conduct design efforts from a computational viewpoint to ensure integration of all required computer related products and adequacy of the analyses
Prepare and review software related test plans, test procedures, software requirement and interface specification, software design document, test scripts and test reports on technical adequacy on assigned programs, for both government and contractor testing, as well as related failure reports.
Review and evaluate system performance against computer related hardware and software specification requirements, monitors and assesses field performance, and assesses risk of meeting user and specification requirements.
Provide computer engineering development and coding support with knowledge of 3rd and 4th Generation languages such as C, C++, JAVA, and Python, to include working within MS365 Office Power Suite of tools.
Experience with Windows 10 and Android operating systems (Android 4.4 & 6.0), focused on the development and integration of dismounted Soldier related products for the mobile/handheld devices and support equipment.
Prepare and evaluate computer hardware and software security strategies for requested programs.
Experience in software quality monitoring and software testing of embedded software in dismounted Soldier weapon and mission command systems.
Understanding of the DoD standards guiding the development of computer hardware and software policy, requirements, integration, engineering, and testing.
Perform security, analyses and risk/vulnerability assessments of computer hardware and software.

As a CACI-SOAS Collection Manager, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will provide intelligence support by identifying appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans to exploit target networks and satisfy various collection requirements. Through collection management, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely collection requirements, and you will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project. You will develop plan and coordinate for the collection on various multi-discipline collection requirements while validating, coordinating, issuing, adjusting, and terminating collections. To succeed in this position, you will need to have collection management experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis.

Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
Review requests for completeness and accuracy, as applicable to new dataflows or changes to existing.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience. Experience should be as a collection manager supporting SIGINT or in a joint role as a collection manager.
A minimum of three years' experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.

Transport Cyber Security Services (TCS) is a premier, long-term contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); the functional capabilities for which provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage a VMware server environment, including integration with storage and virtual networking.

What You'll Get to Do:
You will lead a group of ~3-10 engineers, designers, and analysts who provide our NAVSEA/NSWC/MSC/USCG/FMS Technical and Program Office clients with superb engineering support in developing the next Navy ships and providing engineering support to existing vessels. You will perform as a key engineering lead directly supporting our key client' vessels including aircraft carriers, combatants, amphibious, auxiliary, and specialized mission ships from program initiation through concept, design, construction, life cycle, and fleet support. Your ancillary duties will require management of accurate engineering resources, staffing plans, and alignment with existing program needs for stable revenue and future growth forecasts. As a technical group lead, you will ensure engineering and Quality Assurance standards are met for the mechanical engineering team(s). The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support in electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs.
What You'll Get to Do:

Provide technical assistance and support in electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs.
Installs and maintains low-voltage (480/277, 600 volts) and below (50/60 HZ) single and multi-phase power wiring.
Installs feeder and branch circuits including conduit, service wire, fuse and breaker panels, switches, outlets, junction and outlet boxes, lighting fixtures, splices, connectors, and ground wiring for red and black installations.
Ensures that the material used, and workmanship meets the requirements of the applicable technical and safety standards.
Provide detailed reports on equipment's failures maintenance requirements and lifecycle replacements.
Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections orally or in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning/inoperable equipment.
Use US Army quality assurance procedures to ensure that the material used, and workmanship meet the requirements of the applicable DoD and military specifications, criteria, procedures, and technical/safety standards.
Provide electrical design input to engineering installation plans and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
Provide 24-hour 7-day quick reaction technical support to mission critical equipment.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:
