CACI is seeking a Web Developer to act as a member of an AGILE development team working with HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, C#.NET, SQL, Ruby on Rails, and Amazon Web Services to develop business applications in support of a government customer. The developer will collaborate with analysts, project leads, UI/UX developers, testers, and customers to define requirements, implement business logic, and refine applications. This position will also require providing support and troubleshooting issues with existing production applications.
More About the Role:
Responsible for researching, designing, developing and/or modifying software systems (e.g., custom, COTS, GOTS).
Works closely with business analysts, UI/UX developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
Develops cost estimates for software development and enhancements and conducts impact analysis for software changes.
Adheres to program configuration change control standards.
Presents ideas for system improvements.
Produces detailed specifications, writes software code, and conducts unit testing.
Writes interfaces and conversion routines leveraging web APIs.
Supports formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
Provides input into training manuals for users.
Maintains knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kubernetes Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our OpenShift based Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications. This role involves working closely with development teams to support DevOps practices, automate workflows, and facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Design and implement scalable, high-performance OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments and solutions to support multiple .NET application migrations from VM hosts to the DISA OpenShift Containers-as-a-Service Platform.
Help onboard additional 3rd party product containers into the Kubernetes application architecture.
Manage and maintain OpenShift environments, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
Automate deployment, scaling, and management processes using Ansible, GitLab and like, CI/CD tools.
Work with development teams to containerize applications and build Kubernetes configurations for deploying and running the applications in OpenShift Kubernetes.
Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift environments, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for early detection of issues and performance bottlenecks.
Help maintain Container security posture by monitoring StackRox based vulnerability reports.
Ensure compliance with security policies and practices, including the management of roles, secrets, and access controls.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kubernetes Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our OpenShift based Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications. This role involves working closely with development teams to support DevOps practices, automate workflows, and facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. In this role you will:
Design and implement scalable, high-performance OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments and solutions to support multiple .NET application migrations from VM hosts to the DISA OpenShift Containers-as-a-Service Platform.
Help onboard additional 3rd party product containers into the Kubernetes application architecture.
Manage and maintain OpenShift environments, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
Automate deployment, scaling, and management processes using Ansible, GitLab and like, CI/CD tools.
Work with development teams to containerize applications and build Kubernetes configurations for deploying and running the applications in OpenShift Kubernetes.
Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift environments, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for early detection of issues and performance bottlenecks.
Help maintain Container security posture by monitoring StackRox based vulnerability reports.
Ensure compliance with security policies and practices, including the management of roles, secrets, and access controls.
Participate in the planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing architectures, systems, and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to addition Operations team members and participate in knowledge sharing.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years software development or systems engineering experience
3+ years of experience working with OpenShift or Kubernetes in a production environment.
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AzureDevOps).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Familiarity with networking, security, and database concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes in air-gap (classified) environments.
Demonstrated experience in Kubernetes hardening or cybersecurity best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with automation/configuration management using Helm, Ansible,
CompTIA Security+ Certification required or able to be obtained within 3 months of hire date

Help Desk Specialist/System Tester

CACI is seeking to add a Help Desk Specialist/System Tester to our operations and maintenance project! You will be the first line of contact for our user community when they have problems, issues, or questions; interfacing with the users daily to assisting with troubleshooting and creating tickets to track issues and requested enhancements. You will coordinate internally with your team to prioritize tickets based on the customer and end user needs. This position is challenging and interesting and you will go home each day knowing that you made a difference supporting our customer's mission. You will support operations and maintenance of the HighVIEW 5 interface, which has just been delivered to the end user.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Supporting all Tier 1 requests from the user community
Responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support; demonstrating good communication skills over the phone (polite, good listener, able to dissect customer descriptions into root problems to begin troubleshooting)
Disseminating details related to any bugs found by end users, tester(s) or stakeholder to the development team
Documenting all end user interactions and writing bugs/issues/concerns in JIRA or other ticketing system
Prioritizing bug tickets based on customer needs while in coordination with the Technical Lead, developers, and testers
Developing test plans and strategies addressing areas including operational scenarios, regression testing, error/bug retests, performance, repeatability and usability
Conducting system level testing through program lifecycle
Developing expertise over time in our application and in our mission
Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Executing against established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Required Qualifications:
Active TS with ability to obtain a CI polygraph
BA/BS with 5+ years' experience - 4 YRS additional direct experience as a substitute for the degree requirement .
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Willingness to support core hours, 7am-3pm daily, on-site
Able and willing to participate in afterhours Duty phone rotation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working within the Intelligence Community
Experience with FOIA Case Management
Experience managing development activities in the Angular Framework / TypeScript
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Section 508 (WCAG) web accessibility
