Job Summary:
Our team is focused on evolving the state of the art and bringing emerging automation & autonomy technology into the harsh production environments found on typical mining and construction jobsites. As a data analyst and software developer focusing on autonomous large mining trucks, you'll collaborate with team members to develop new autonomous truck models and features that provide critical value to our customers. What You Will Do:
Utilizing Python, use data analysis techniques to inform the design of autonomy systems for large mining trucks
Develop production quality C++ software including design, documentation, coding, product quality, and validation
Support requirements generation and architecture decisions and tradeoffs
Support functional safety software design and validation process
Collaborate with team members to execute on goals
Education requirement:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in an accredited Robotics, Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree

The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Accountant supporting the ePowertrain Components, Operations, and Supply Chain team within the Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES) division. In this role, you will lead financial analysis and decision support for NPI programs related to power electronics, motors, and electrification programs supporting Energy & Transportation segment customers. You will work closely with NPI and engineering leaders within E+ES and peers across Energy & Transportation business units.

Perform complex investment analysis and advise others (both accountants and nonaccountants)
Determine Net Present Value (NPV) & Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for component and system projects
NPI support including future cost, should cost, alternative analyses and strategy

Job Summary:
Caterpillar's Integrated Components and Solutions Division is currently seeking a Electronic Product Support Engineer to provide support of electronic components on Marine engines and control panels.
As Electronic Product Support Engineer, you will have a significant impact on overall product quality and customer experience for electronic Marine products. This role will support product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing application and technical problems with an emphasis on technical issue resolution, plus project management, internal and external relations, and managing multiple NPI\CPI programs.
What You Will Do:
Provide technical issue leadership on electronic Marine products.
Caterpillar electronic Marine hardware and software issue identification and resolution for dealers and customers.
Implementation and utilization of standard support processes to respond, restore, and resolve issues.
Advocate on behalf of the dealer and customer to resolve technical product issues with product development engineering.
Take a lead role in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Report issues within the CPI (product defect) process to ensure proper resolution to ongoing issues.
Act as the liaison between the Caterpillar implementation teams, product development teams, and other support team members ensuring appropriate corrective actions are performed and that industry standard change management and support processes are followed.
Drive Voice of Dealer for service strategies during New Product Introduction. This would include fault code strategies, electronics service tools, serviceable level of parts, etc
Key Relationships:
Product Support Manager: frequent discussions regarding priorities, directions, and assistance.
Product Support Team: frequent interaction and discussions with Caterpillar Marine team.
Engineering: frequent discussions regarding customer problems. Liaison to ensure problem diagnosis, information on patches/fixes and functionality issues are resolved.
Customers and Dealers: communicate on a regular basis status and resolution of issues

- Ability to analyze complex engineering issues and determine the best approach for dealer technicians to troubleshoot correctly.

Job Summary:

Caterpillar's Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Manager Material Requirements Planning for our Booneville, Mississippi facility. This position will manage staff and activities related to maintaining proper levels of stock or inventory.
Responsibilities
Coordinating with multiple functions, such as manufacturing, procurement, etc., to acquire appropriate requirements to meet development and accuracy standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements
Managing day-to-day activities of inventory administration staff; participating in interviewing, hiring, and training and development of associates.
Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures; implementing loss prevention procedures and practices.
Participating in planning inventory and defining optimal inventory levels and adjustment authority; monitoring inventory levels.
Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems; recommending process improvements to optimize the team efficiency and scheduling process.

Job Summary:
Lead a global engineering team to manage the supply risk of semiconductors used in the manufacturing of electronic components.
What You Will Do:
- Identify industry risk trends and incorporate into supply resiliency strategies.
- Utilize multiple data platforms and technologies for gathering and analyzing business data.
- Within Power BI, perform supply chain data analytics and define key performance indicators for assessing the state of the supply chain.
- Document business requirements for a web applications and Power BI team to develop and implement processes for supply chain risk monitoring, communication, and analytics.
- Maintain accurate muti-tier mapping of electronic suppliers' semiconductors to components and CAT machine and engine products.

- Represent the engineering team in supply resiliency initiatives that includes purchasing (RISM) and strategic procurement and planning (SPPD) teams.

Sets up, operates, and adjusts machines to perform a variety of functions to manufacture, assemble, and test stators and propulsion modules for electric drives. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Locate, identify and use proper fixtures and tooling to set-up and operate automatic MIG and Plasma weld machines. Repair non-standard weld flaws, conduct pre and post inspection on all welds.

- Operates and monitors vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) system for resin sealing application to electric motors and generators. Including the operation of process chambers with hydraulically operated door and locking ring Monitor electric curing ovens, vacuum, pumping systems, chiller/circulation pump systems and low speed agitators.
- Performs measure and mixture of chemical solution and apply to standardized parts. Operates electric ovens.
- Operates hoist and manipulators to move parts and materials. Operates multiple types of DC Torque tooling to tighten fasteners and couplings. Uses hand tools, power tools, packing, shipping materials and tools to facilitate job functions.
- Performs variety of inspection functions to check quality and accuracy of in-process parts
- Operates mobile equipment as required to facilitate job functions. Services mobile equipment by adding fuel, replacing batteries, etc. and reports defects and need of repairs. Maintains related records.
- Performs a variety of manual functions such as cleaning, weighing, counting, packing, marking, stenciling, storing and disbursing materials and supplies for production.

Role Definition
The US Drivetrain facilities within Caterpillar's Large Power Systems Division produce world-class drivetrain components and assemblies for global Caterpillar machine plants, aftermarket parts, and OEMs. The US Drivetrain facility in East Peoria, IL, has an exciting career opportunity as a Group Manager in Assembly Operations. Responsibilities
Directly supervise operations Production Managers and potentially other Senior Production Managers and support resources and coach/manage performance accordingly. Rollup includes bargained hourly workforce and could include supplemental and contract resources.
Instill a zero-injury mindset and execute the Caterpillar Safety Driven strategy. Be present on the shop floor and utilize observation with a risk-focus to proactively improve the work environment.
Create a culture of continuous improvement utilizing LEAN principles, especially Gemba and Kaizen
Be a recognized facility Leader in LEAN, including coaching outside of areas within your direct control.
Assess manpower and resource needs partnering with Supply Chain and the S&OP process.

Sets up, operates, and adjusts machines to perform a variety of functions to manufacture, assemble, and test stators and propulsion modules for electric drives. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Locate, identify and use proper fixtures and tooling to set-up and operate automatic MIG and Plasma weld machines. Repair non-standard weld flaws, conduct pre and post inspection on all welds.
- Use blueprints, gages, torque measuring devices and/or other equipment to ensure conformance to quality specifications.
- Set-up, operates and adjust CNC Lathe to perform machining operations to meet finish requirements on standardized parts.
- Operates machines to form wire coils and wire assemblies. Performs routine assembly and manipulation of wire assemblies. Repair non-standard wire and wire assemblies' flaws.
- Operates and monitors automatic and robotic equipment for stator welding and assembly. Operates presses to form assemblies and repairs such assemblies. Operates machine to test electric stators. Test of assemblies' groups and units.
- Operates and monitors vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) system for resin sealing application to electric motors and generators. Including the operation of process chambers with hydraulically operated door and locking ring Monitor electric curing ovens, vacuum, pumping systems, chiller/circulation pump systems and low speed agitators.
- Performs measure and mixture of chemical solution and apply to standardized parts. Operates electric ovens.
- Operates hoist and manipulators to move parts and materials. Operates multiple types of DC Torque tooling to tighten fasteners and couplings. Uses hand tools, power tools, packing, shipping materials and tools to facilitate job functions.
- Performs variety of inspection functions to check quality and accuracy of in-process parts
- Operates mobile equipment as required to facilitate job functions. Services mobile equipment by adding fuel, replacing batteries, etc. and reports defects and need of repairs. Maintains related records.
- Performs a variety of manual functions such as cleaning, weighing, counting, packing, marking, stenciling, storing and disbursing materials and supplies for production.
- Performs a variety of functions to check receive, ship parts and materials.

Join the Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) Marketing team as a Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager to hold a pivotal role between our GCI global marketing teams and technical teams to lead strategic development and adoption of digital marketing tactics and processes. This role typically has moderate-expert level expertise in marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen.
What You Will Do:
This role will be pivotal in conducting ongoing data analysis across various channels, tactics, and campaigns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our regional marketing performance. They will provide critical sales funnel insights analysis, identifying opportunities and market share gains, and deliver insights reporting and recommendations.
As a subject matter expert for data-driven requests, this individual will unlock valuable data insights and serve as a liaison with enterprise Caterpillar teams. By prioritizing data requests on behalf of the regional marketing communications teams, the Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager will ensure that our marketing strategies are optimized and aligned with our business goals.
Develop strategies related to marketing technologies and digital marketing process excellence to improve marketing performance. Lead efforts in developing marketing technology roadmaps based on business requirements and marketing performance measures. Lead creation, analysis and validation of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases across moderate to complex needs. This includes creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners.
Consult with marketing teams with the usage of marketing tactics to improve marketing performance to achieve business objectives. Is a deep subject matter expert in the development and delivery of content for marketing technology, marketing data and digital marketing process adoption.
Represents the business in marketing technology and/or data planning meetings, road mapping, reveals, and retrospectives. In addition, responsible for creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and communicating the marketing technology backlogs based on business requirements.
Leads medium to large projects, with moderate to high complexity related to marketing technology and/or data development and adoption.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications):
Degree Requirement - A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably in Digital Marketing, along with substantial expertise in relevant work.
Communication Effectively - Demonstrated ability to communicate in advanced English with people from other countries.
Technical Excellence - Extensive level: expertise in digital marketing data, including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud, digital ad/media buying and reporting, marketing tactics data, and experience with reporting dashboards such a Looker Studio, Sprout, Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, and familiarity with Snowflake.
Digital Marketing - Expert level: ability to lead the digital marketing programs planning and implementation for an organization. Establishes digital marketing best practices and updates them regularly.
Relationship Management, Effective Communications and Customer Focus - Extensive level: knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Ability to develop engaging and effective communications and relationships with internal and external partners.
