The daily tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting disinfecting, and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning mirrors and pictures, and collecting all trash. The housekeeper also assists in setting up the dining room, activity room, and living room as necessary. A housekeeper's keen eye is critical in observing the community daily and reporting any needed repairs or other issues.

Here is what to expect during your 10-week rotation:

• You will rotate and work 1:1 with each department including front office and executive administration, resident care, programming, dining, sales, and maintenance.

• Meet weekly with different members from Senior Leadership in our Home Office to gain an understanding and a high-level overview of each department.

• Participate in meetings with department leaders and staff to further understand operations management and all aspects involved in creating a home like atmosphere for our residents

• Assist with various operational projects as directed by the Executive Director and Business Office Manager

• Develop relationships with various personnel to understand organizational structure

• You will identify an opportunity for improvement, or develop an initiative that will benefit the community, and will present this to the leadership team upon completion of your rotation.

Responsibilities:

Business Office: Gain knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, FMLA, and the Worker's Compensation process. Develop recruitment strategies and interviewing techniques. Organize and assist with the facilitation of Jump Start and other employee trainings.

Resident Care: In keeping with our community theme, Commonwealth Senior Living refers to our individuals in the communities as residents. You will work with the Resident Care Director to help organize charts and paperwork. Assist with archiving records, disposal of expired medicines if applicable, and reaching out to families to schedule care conferences.

Resident Programming: Assist with outings and events. Offer any unique talents you might have to coordinate resident programs.

Sales & Marketing: You will shadow the Sales Director to gain an understanding of the customer journey experience (relationship building through phone calls, community experiences, etc.).

Dining Services: Develop an understanding of the menu creation process (how to order, prepare, serve, post service), and gain an understanding of the financials of PRD's and budgeting.

Maintenance & Capital Programs: Understanding emergency systems and their functions. Develop knowledge in housekeeping standards, MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) processes, and Operational Maintenance budget.

• Seeking a degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field.

Areas of Primary Responsibility:

• Search Campaign Management

• Perform day to day campaign activities for Paid Search (PPC) campaigns using Google AdWords, including, but not limited to: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion.

• Review, evaluate, and present digital results monthly with recommendations for improved outcomes.

• Utilize Google Analytics, CSL website search results, and online chat content to tweak key words and recommend content to be produced by Content Marketing Manager.

• Participate in quarterly meetings with CSL digital partners to discuss trends, ask smart questions, and brainstorm on opportunities for testing to yield more qualified conversions across all channels. Prepare quarterly reports as necessary to be shared with Senior Leadership and Investors.

• Contribute to annual development and execution of marketing strategy for Paid Search campaigns by evaluating budget and results by community, recommending shift in message, user experience, budget, etc.

• Work with Director of Marketing and freelance designer to update Google ad content and landing pages as needed.

• 5+ years of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience

• Capable of successfully managing 36-45 campaigns concurrently with limited oversight.

• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, YouTube, and Facebook.

• You are a highly organized person with deep understanding of user journey. If a campaign is not producing, you are investigating possible reasons and presenting them along with solutions when we meet.
