The Business Development Manager must be passionate about providing childcare services to working families. CDS programs provide an array of childcare options to families to support their growing needs. This leadership role creates an opportunity to develop grassroots sales and marketing initiatives that will build and grow our 2023 strategy. The Manager makes strategic decisions and drives corporate growth and team accountability.
Minimum Years of Experience:
Seven (7) years of combined sales or business development experience is preferred; Experience in multi-markets is a plus

Conducts and presents research on new growth opportunities and risks to the company.
Works with Finance, Operations Support and Marketing to utilize data analytics in business development decision making
Prepares and maintains daily call and activity tracking systems
Prepares periodic status reports for Marketing VP
Track unique state and region activity, including competitive landscape, policy and funding trends, political climate, etc.
Maintain accurate, daily data management within the company's Customer Relations Management (CRM) system/s

Possess a current driver license free of moving violations within the past two years.
Successfly complete background check.
Certified in First Aid and CPR.
Meet all Lead Teacher qualifications, including but not limited to:
Documentation of High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 months experience with children in a group setting, or at least 6 months experience and 12 credit hours in early childhood education.
Establish routes, schedules and procedures with the school director to maximize safety of children.
Adhere to the established schedule to the best of your ability.
Observe all Department of Motor Vehicle rules and regulations and make sure all speed limits are observed.
Complete a daily inspection of the bus, a weekly inspection of tires, oil, blades, etc. and report all bus maintenance issues to the Director.
Insure there is an adequate amount of fuel to complete the trip.
Ensure all state mandated items are present and in good working order.
Passenger Log forms should be completed as children arrive and depart the bus.
Keep the bus litter free and cleaned up after each bus run.
Ensure the safety of the children at all times.
Meet and maintain all state licensing requirements/qualifications and comply with all CNI Policies and Procedures at all times.
Attend all staff trainings and pursue professional training when available.
Maintain flexibility regarding the business demands of the school, including scheduled working hours and assignments.
Assist in other areas as requested by management.
Be able to properly/safely lift amounts in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures of the department assigned.
Maintain a professional relationship with all personnel and business related associates.

Complete a daily inspection of the bus, a weekly inspection of tires, oil, blades, etc. and report all bus maintenance issues to the Director.
Insure there is an adequate amount of fuel to complete the trip.
Ensure all state mandated items are present and in good working order.
Passenger Log forms should be completed as children arrive and depart the bus.
Keep the bus litter free and cleaned up after each bus run.
Ensure the safety of the children at all times.
Meet and maintain all state licensing requirements/qualifications and comply with all CNI Policies and Procedures at all times.
Attend all staff trainings and pursue professional training when available.
Maintain flexibility regarding the business demands of the school, including scheduled working hours and assignments.
Assist in other areas as requested by management.
Be able to properly/safely lift amounts in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures of the department assigned.

A Child Care Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for young children to preteens. Their duties include coming up with creative and educational activities, preparing and serving snacks to children and maintaining a clean environment for the children.

Responsibilities
Child Care Teachers are responsible for the well-being of the children under their care. They must monitor the children all day to ensure that they play and interact with one another in a safe and appropriate manner. Some of their typical duties include:
Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary
Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
Preparing meals and snacks for the kids
Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children
Developing a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day
Keeping records of each child's progress, interests and any problems that may occur
Maintaining contact with the children's parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency

Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children of all ages
Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
Physical abilities- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 25-40lbs daily

At least 1 year of pre-school experience and child development training
CDA or AA in ECE degree preferred (will consider candidates with experience willing to get their CDA)
Must be a team builder, organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills.
