Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Commercial Water Heater Delivery Driver .
This is an On-Call position, typically working Monday - Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30pm. (Weekends will be required when On-Call)
Pay for this opening is $20.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Water Heater Delivery Driver, you will:
Transport and set-in-place Commercial Water Heaters weighing up to 950 lbs.
Conduct residential and business deliveries using the Commercial Water Heater truck (and other vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or Gross Combination Weight Rating of greater than or
Perform all assigned tasks concerning Commercial Water Heaters including managing time on job sites and timely deliveries, and safety in all aspects of the delivery
Communicate immediately with supervisor if a scheduled delivery is going to be late so that the customer can be alerted
Interact with customers and associates, always mindful that this program starts with customer service
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Respond to afterhours calls as part of our 24hr emergency service, unless a leave request has been approved by supervisor (understand that most deliveries must be completed within 2-3 hours of the order entry)
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in installation and service within our industry is preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid state issued driver license
Ability to drive a Non-CDL truck weighing 10,000 - 26,000 lbs.
Ability to lift 90+ pound objects frequently and 50+ pound objects occasionally
Familiarity with our products or the ability to quickly learn it
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem solving and listening skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to take care of a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge

This is a 3rd shift role, Sunday through Thursday 9PM to 5:30AM
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
0-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork

Responsibilities:
Assemble and build manual valves into automated valves
Evaluate valves for repair and qualify repair opportunities
Receive, pull, and package material.
Perform some miscellaneous machining including drilling, tapping, cutting, threading, and grinding.
Willing to learn new tasks from a team of experienced associates and be comfortable working in a shop environment.
Respect and comply with all safety protocol.
Support our team in the field by performing fast turnarounds
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating machinery for fabrication and the use of cutting and drilling materials preferred.
Previous electrical experience as a trade or in conjunction with a previous position is a plus.
Valve assembly and/or valve repair experience is a plus.
Ability to do some basic welding is preferred, but not required.
Must have excellent mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.
Demonstrate basic math skills.

Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: Starting at $ 20 and up BOE
Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers on the showroom floor
Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates
Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Requirements:
0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred
Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment
Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales, time management and organizational skills
Ambition to succeed and self-motivated

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $40,000 - $42,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
Optimally communicate appointment policy
Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
Address -Thank You- cards to customers for full house selections
Qualifications:
Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
Experience in sales and customer service

Qualifications:
0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy
Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed
