We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our McGregor, Texas team for 2nd shift - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM , Monday - Friday . Overtime required as scheduled. Responsibilities - Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.- Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System - Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.- Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units.- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families-geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
