Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered correctly.
Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
Assists the site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
Resolves orders that can not be dispatched or on hold liaising with other departments.
Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 3rd shift 8pm - 4:30am Monday - Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
Post-offer background check & drug screen are required
Responsibilities
Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Qualifications:
0-5 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL license
Must be at least 21 years old
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
General digital literacy
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting payment, if needed
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed

This position supports the waterworks customer group
Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs
Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers

Responsibilities:
Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
Processing orders via order management system

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm plus 1 Saturday every 6 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
Processing orders via order management system
Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Qualifications:
0-3 years experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing products is preferred
General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
General math skills to allow for cash accounting
Forklift experience preferred
Great Customer Skills required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
An ability to learn is a must have!

Responsibilities
Responsible for the workload planning, production, and execution of a fast-paced operation with the leadership and development of hourly associates and salaried leaders.
This position oversees a team of salaried and hourly associates working a Sunday - Thursday 3rd shift schedule beginning at 6:00PM.
In addition to the responsibilities above, you will:
Coordinate and ensure all safety and regulatory compliance in a proactive and positive manner
Lead all aspects of shift operations to include selection, shipping, receiving, cross docking and trailer loading operations
Establish weekly operations plans to ensure all customer volume is processed in a timely manner
Run DCs quality functions: supervise internal/external quality controls; track service commitment levels and effectiveness, develop quality initiatives; implement standard methodologies.
Balance workload planning to reach budget and production goals
Lead all aspects of inventory control in our warehouse and overall quality program to meet daily levels of service and perfect order metrics
Champion employee engagement through coaching and development programs, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment while enhancing individual skills and career growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years' management experience in supply chain distribution
WMS and LMS experience strongly preferred
Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations
Project management experience desired (LEAN, KAIZEN, Agile)
Previous experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring and development initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Work hand-in-hand with Outside Warranty associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Outside Warranty team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely responses and accurate order processing.
Coordinate parts deliveries with the warehouse, organize and execute work orders completion for new home builder warranty and answer calls for general information/warranty appointment needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card

A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus

This position oversees a team of salaried and hourly associates working a Sunday - Thursday 3rd shift schedule beginning at 6:00PM.
In addition to the responsibilities above, you will:
Coordinate and ensure all safety and regulatory compliance in a proactive and positive manner
Lead all aspects of shift operations to include selection, shipping, receiving, cross docking and trailer loading operations
Establish weekly operations plans to ensure all customer volume is processed in a timely manner
Run DCs quality functions: supervise internal/external quality controls; track service commitment levels and effectiveness, develop quality initiatives; implement standard methodologies.
Balance workload planning to reach budget and production goals
Lead all aspects of inventory control in our warehouse and overall quality program to meet daily levels of service and perfect order metrics
Champion employee engagement through coaching and development programs, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment while enhancing individual skills and career growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years' management experience in supply chain distribution
WMS and LMS experience strongly preferred
Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations
Project management experience desired (LEAN, KAIZEN, Agile)
Previous experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring and development initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

The opportunity:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
This position supports the waterworks customer group
Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs
Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers
What you need to succeed?
0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Processing orders via order management system
