Currently starting at $22 per hour plus based on experience
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative for our Warranty Department in our Cabinet Division, you will:
Work hand-in-hand with Outside Warranty associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Outside Warranty team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely responses and accurate order processing.
Coordinate parts deliveries with the warehouse, organize and execute work orders completion for new home builder warranty and answer calls for general information/warranty appointment needed.
Qualifications
2-3 years of cabinetry industry warranty experience is preferred. A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following:
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Pleasant personality for phone sales
Ambition to succeed
General computer skills including Microsoft Office
Self-Motivator
Ability to multi-task
Enthusiasm, courtesy and articulation
Ability to learn quickly
