Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient's health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family's self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service. Experience 2 year's nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

Seeking a registered nurse for interventional services recovery at our 32nd Avenue Building in Fargo. Start times vary from 6:15a to 11:00a, and shifts are 8 hours long. A holiday rotation is required, with a maximum of three holidays a year, but usually less. On call duties are required for up to five weekdays per month, as well as every 7th or 8th weekend. Works within job scope to meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory and accrediting agencies. Organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of assigned unit(s) to facilitate workflow, enhance unit productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Position promotes efficient unit function and indirect resident care. Performs clerical and reception duties; requisition supplies, equipment, and services as directed; assist with scheduling.

Education Qualifications:

Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program or current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date.
