We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Fleet Management Specialist to our Corporate team in Ridgeland, MS. As the Fleet Management Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all areas for Elior NA Fleet Services. Reporting to the Director, Accounting you must be an organized communicator who understands the importance of cross collaboration with multiple parties including leadership, drivers, AP, procurement, etc. The data and support you provide to the organization are instrumental in ensuring compliance, continuity, and efficiency.

This position is hybrid with 2 days a week in the Ridgeland, MS office and working from home the remainder of the work week.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with the third-party fleet service provider to maximize efficiency and optimize service to company units.

• Work with Procurement to develop criteria for third party fleet bids.

• Coordinate vehicle purchases / leases per operations requests.

• Coordinate with each segment on vehicle transfers & approvals for transfers, vehicle relinquishments & approvals.

• Develop reporting / metrics to provide support for leadership including analyzing trends to anticipate problems and create performance reports for the Fleet Services programs.

• Coordinate frequent inspections on all company vehicles and monitor driver motor vehicle records (MVR) per company requirements.

• Manage vehicle licensure, titling and registrations ensuring compliance with all requirements.

• Manage all required documentation related to fleet including but not limited to accident-related incidents.

• Maintain SharePoint Fleet Management Site and update forms and new processes with IT team.

• Provide trainings for segments via Teams Meetings to support utilization of fleet vendor.

• Maintain asset information in ERP and Anaplan as necessary. Run period depreciation and reporting for all segments at the end of every period.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, transportation, or business administration.

• 5-7 years of experience working in with fleet services.

• Experience with Great Plains (or similar).

• General computer competency is required, including Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, and Outlook.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated event manager to our Constellation team in Philadelphia. As an event manager, you will have the opportunity to Plans, directs, and coordinates catered events. Assists in the selection of menu items, schedules catering staff, arranges for facilities or equipment, and communicates customer/client needs to the appropriate personnel, directly supporting the needs/goals of the Senior Director of Sales. Develops and maintains catering accounts and client relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after the event.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring all event information in CaterXpert from the sales team is up to date and fully detailed prior to event/deadlines.

• Review event floorplans, day of supervisor packets, pack lists and rental equipment to ensure all information is current and correctly distributed.

• Responsible for communicating SCG procedures, standards and expectations to all event staff when on-site. They will be responsible for communicating all pertinent event information to the culinary and operations teams and for completing the day of supervisor packet for use on site.

• Assisting in the setup and execution of events

• Ensure that event rentals have scheduled deliveries and pickups that are convenient for specialist or venue manager

• Maintain calendar of events through Outlook and attend all necessary event meetings and conference calls.

• Communicate with sales, culinary and booking staff, as needed, to ensure understanding of menus and client needs

• Responsible for the collection and submission of all payments and deposits as it relates to contracted events. They are responsible for ensuring that these payments are on time and responsible for reviewing the weekly AR report and correcting any discrepancies and/or collecting any late payments.

• Responsible for nimble trouble shooting and determining the best judgment calls when a quick decision needs to be made.

• Managing a staff, holding them accountable for their work and disciplining as needed.

• Follow up with photographer's post event to request event photos

• Act as first point of contact for general leads and gather as much detailed information as needed

• Process event closeouts on following day of each event

• Send out nightly event reminders to internal staff

What we're looking for:

• 2 years of catering/food-beverage and/or administrative/event experience

• Very organized

• Able to work independently and make the right decisions for the business

• Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word & Excel)

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Bilingual (ability to read, write and converse in Spanish) HR Coordinator for our K-12 Segment working 100% onsite. This a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven HR Professional looking to help a maturing organization through some very key HR Initiatives. Reporting directly to the HR Segment Leader, you can look forward to collaborating and supporting business leaders and team members across the segment. As a partner to the business you will provide ethical HR advice and council to coach, navigate and resolve employee relation issues. You'll need to be strategic and organized in nature as the HR Coordinator will also drive assigned HR projects. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you apply!

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with Human Resources to support leaders, team members and key stakeholders to provide key HR advice and counsel to coach, navigate and resolve employee relation issues.

• Work with leadership team in identifying root causes of issues and opportunities to mitigate risks and drive outcomes.

• Recognize potential employee relations matters and reports to HR leader; may support investigations end to end.

• Identify opportunities for leadership and field staff training.

• Work closely with operators to align thinking, deliver solutions and optimize processes.

• Establishes and maintain relationships of trust to foster transparency, open and honest two-way communication and collaboration.

• Organize and drive assigned projects.

• Champion HR programs, practices and policies with the overall objective of maintaining and nurturing a strong, people focused culture.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bilingual - Ability to read and write both English and Spanish

• Must be local.

• Ability to travel locally up to 25% as this is multi-site commitment.

• Ability to be on-site 5 days/week (120 Broadway New York NY, 10271).

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources.

• Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves:

• HR Certification such as SPHR, PHR

• BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience; a plus.

• Experience supporting the Contract Services or the Food Service Management Industries

Compensation:

The annual salary range is $65-70k, dependent on experience.
