Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Design Sales Consultant to join our TEAM! As the Design Sales Consultant, we need someone to provide interior design and product selection advice, product expertise, and thorough follow-up to facilitate customer experience and influence sales/purchasing decisions. Uses the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications and sales as well as brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitates tile and stone selection, and project development/support ensuring the completion of selection/sales for all customers. Where applicable utilizing Auto-CAD Project Management.
Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT. Effectively communicates with customers and internal team members to follow the lead and ensure tracking/follow-up and sales closure. Reports sales closures monthly.
Prospects for new business with an emphasis on Custom Builders and Residential Designers. Makes outside sales calls as needed and follows up on leads to grow and drive business. Logs all customer showroom visits/appointments, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection note, in CMT.
Maintains showroom samples and merchandising including ordering, receiving, and maintaining samples and displays. Ships customer samples as needed to drive sales. Maintains contact with suppliers/locally sourced vendors, to keep current on design and product offerings and complies with Marketing's standards for proper merchandising of showroom, including new product launches and drops.
Plans and hosts showroom tours and small and large events for industry trade to drive customer sales. Attends outside trade events to develop industry relationships and build brand awareness.
Evening and weekend hours are required.

Primary Objective:
Performs various mechanical duties on machines and equipment needed for production.
Major Functions & Scope:
Examining machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose the source of trouble.
Dismantling or partially dismantling machines and performing repairs that mainly involve the use of hand tools in scraping and fitting parts.
Replacing broken or defective parts with items obtained from stock.
Reassembling machines and making necessary adjustments for operation.
Install or repair water, steam gas, or other types of pipe and pipe fittings; cutting various sizes of pipe to correct lengths with chisel and hammer or oxyacetylene torch or pipe cutting machines; threading pipe with stocks and dies; bending pipe by hand drive or power drive machines; assembling pipe with couplings and fastenings pipe to hangers
Hydraulic; Setting up and operating the standard machines to make parts, and tools in the machine shop.
Perform welding; light electrical jobs and other duties as required to maintain our manufacturing and office facilities.
Maintains historical service records on powered industrial trucks.
Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
Informs supervisor of the operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas.
Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Education & Knowledge:
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 year Associates Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2 or more year's industrial maintenance experience.
Competencies:
Good oral and written communication skills. Good record-keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Good math skills. Ability to understand and speak basic English. Must be able to become Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Primary Objective
Assists the Regional Credit Manager, in supporting both internal and external customer relationships. Follows credit and collections policies, procedures and practices as outlined. This position contacts customer external customers to review overdue accounts.
Major Function and Scope
Completes high volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts.
Researches and resolves customer charge backs.
Reconciles customer accounts and cash applications.
Provides administrative support for assigned area including, but not limited to -- aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien wavers, write offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, communication within and outside of department, etc.
Maintains all assigned accounts within established performance standards; actively participates and contributes to group quality improvement processes.
Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High School Degree or GED
Familiarity with lien and bond waivers and releases a must
Knowledge of lien laws a plus.
Moderate to advanced skills in MSWord and MSExcel.
1 or more years hands on analysis and collections experience.
Cash Handling experience preferred.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team.

Dal-Tile is seeking a Dynamic Outside Sales Rep to increase the market share. The Outside Sales Rep will increase the account base by servicing existing customers and expand the account base through cold calling.
Primary Objective:
Increase market share and sales for the Dal-Tile Countertop in the prescribed region/area. Increase account base by servicing existing customers and expand account base through cold calling
Major Function and Scope:
Conducts weekly sales calls - includes servicing existing customers as well as cold calling potential customers (average 4-5 cold calls per week).
Prepares weekly -Sales- and -Call- reports.
Develops monthly strategy for sales calls and prepares monthly travel calendar based on that strategy.
Conducts area market analysis of top accounts in each area - including top Dealers, top Contractors, and top Builders.
Research area market product data to determine the types, styles, and sizes most purchased in the area to determine sales strategy.
Grows market share by increasing sales and sales volume while maintaining company-approved product margin goals.
Completes -Positive Action Forms- for all cold calls resulting in a display, rack, and/or sale.
Utilizes influence and negotiation skills to sell and/or place displays in customers' showrooms.
Conducts client follow-ups via phone calls, letters, and/or emails.
Establishes and maintains client files and performs timely follow-ups on programs and projects.
Provides PK seminars to customers.
Utilizes -On Demand- reporting to achieve sales objectives.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
High school diplomas and some colleges are highly preferred. Computer skills to include functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email. A clean driving record and reliable transportation is required.
4 years prior selling experience. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Proven ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment is required.

Resource Planner:
Addresses complex issues from suppliers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, transportation, customer service, sales and marketing.

What you'll do:
Functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates forklift and order picker equipment.
Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.
Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak English.
Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner.
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

What we're looking for:
Consults with functional groups within the HR & IS organizations to communicate and clearly define business needs, contribute to the long- range system plans and ensure product and services are aligned with business needs. Solicits customer requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures; evaluates requirements for enterprise business application integration, service activation, and delivering new or modified software system enhancements and/or integration solutions.
Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork. Keeps project managers, relationship managers, consultants and other stakeholders informed of project status and scope changes, potential risk and other issues of importance. Participates on low to mid-level projects. Project scope includes low dollar and low risk.
What you'll do:
Participates in technical and functional efforts associated with the implementation and maintenance of customized functional solutions that meet corporate-wide needs; Consults with business unit project sponsors to plan and perform the analysis of complex company activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing systems.
Studies and tests the interactions between systems to take advantage of new or more effective ways of providing needed information. Solicits client/customer requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or other existing system documentation or procedures to develop and conduct systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation and support; works with IS technical colleagues to conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and to prepare groundwork to meet customer technology needs.
Documents the results of analysis activities using appropriate templates or analysis tools; creates modifies, and maintains procedures, process flow charts and reports using various report writing and presentation tools. Develop, documents and maintains best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and -lessons learned-, including metrics for assessing progress; ensures that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
Acts as a liaison, between IS and HR functional business units; maintains effective working relationships, ensures customer's technology needs and support are address effectively and efficiently; maintains an appropriate level of communications, interaction and follow-up with business unit to proactively identify and make recommendations to address needs and resolve issues.

What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline with an information technology focus.
Basic technical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing systems development in new computing architectures and environments; emphasis on People Systems
0-1+ years job specific work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Experience must include... Workforce Management Software, Payroll Software (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Kronos, ADP, etc.)
0- 1+ years business process work experience
Prior work experience in an organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope and complexity a plus
Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, Information Technology or Human Resources practices and methods.
Understanding of the principles, techniques and methodology of project management, quality management, and change management.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join our TEAM! As the Warehouse Associate we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pull/assemble customers' orders and inventory checks. This position involves daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment.

Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator
Crane Forklift experience is a plus
3+ years previous warehouse experience preferred.
Competencies:
Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail oriented, and safety conscious.
