As an entry level material handler, we need someone that is experienced with basic day to day warehouse functions and capable of lifting up to 75lbs.
Pay Range:
Entry: $16.69
3-Month Increase: $17.80

Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates forklift and order picker equipment.
Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner.
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Primary Objective
Responsible for process reliability, accuracy of data reporting and implementation of procedure and process changes.
Major Function and Scope
Trains hourly personnel to perform activities affecting quality and manufacturing processes
Assists in writing and teaching process procedures to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taking place
Supports quality and process reliability systems
Accountable for problem solving in assigned priority areas utilizing corrective measures to maintain product quality standards
Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment
Supports the implementation of new manufacturing equipment
Tracks and Documents customer claims
Develops presentations as required
Performs other duties as required
Experience and Knowledge Required
At least 2 years manufacturing experience with supervisory and quality control experience preferred.
Ceramic industry experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Ceramic, Mechanical or Industrial engineering required. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.

The Sr. Internal Auditor conducts internal audits for management to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations at Headquarters, SSC/SC, Plant and RDC locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter that is not only knowledgeable in compliance audit, but has a strong background in accounting and operational auditing. This position will include frequent travel to our Dal-Tile locations to complete audits, training, assess efficiency and communicate proper protocol with internal groups. A strong understanding of plant, distribution, operations, and sales locations is preferred. Experience with SAP and Oasis is a plus. The Sr. Internal Auditor will be expected to work independently and autonomously make decisions with little to no supervision.
Major Functions and Scope:
Performs site visit financial and operational audits for compliance with company policy at SSC/SC, RDC and Plant locations.
Participates in RDC cycle count annual reviews.
Performs Sarbanes-Oxley testing for primary controls at various DT locations.
Prepares and analyzes monthly SSC control panels to assess risk and identify areas for review.
Performs direct assist work for external auditors.
Documents and updates various controls and processes.
Supports and performs special projects as defined by Dal-Tile and Mohawk management.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 40%

Knowledge, Experience, Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with some Audit classes. At minimum, advancement towards a certification (CPA or CIA) a requirement. CPA or CIA certification, a plus.

Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization (written and verbal).

Primary Objective:
Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to packing station or shipping area.

Sit-Down Forklift
Stand-Up/Reach Forklift
Order Picker/Cherry Picker Forklift
Responsibilities:
Operate powered industrial truck(s) to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.
Keys order into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy
Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping areas
Operates various powered industrial trucks to receive product into warehouse and prepare for stocking
Opens crates and inspects product
Applies labels to product according to establishing procedures
Verifies shading of product and places into accurate warehouse location
Utilizes powered industrial equipment to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse once received
Keys location of product into inventory control system and places product onto shelves
Ensures product is placed into accurate location
Wraps and packs products by hand into boxes for shipping
Labels boxes with packing slip
Loads boxes into conveyor belt
Verifies orders for accuracy
General
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor
Follows standard operating and safety procedures
Keeps area safe, clean, and organized
Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.
Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak English.
Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner.
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
