Primary Objective
Operates production equipment, monitors production parameters, inspects or tests product for conformance to specifications, records data, and makes decisions on when to adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.
Major Function and Scope
Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
May function as a changeover, setting , or grinding operator.
Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.

Loads greenware into the kilns per loading schedule.
Unloads fired tile from setters into bins.
Transport fired tile from kiln to staging area for shipping.
Maintains kiln cars and makes minor adjustments as necessary.
Performs quality checks on kiln as required.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Knowledge:
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year prior manufacturing experience.
Prior experience working in a kiln environment preferred.
Competencies:
Good oral and written communications skills.
Good record keeping skills.
Good listening skills.
Accurate measurement capability.
Ability to understand and speak basic English.
Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.
Ability to differentiate between colors.

Primary Function and Scope:
Provides customer account management, including, but not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparation of reports.
Interfaces with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to delivery.
Responds to customer needs.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
Two (2) or more years of call center or customer service experience.
Focus on customer account management preferred
Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Conducts area market analysis of top accounts in each area - including top Dealers, top Contractors, and top Builders.
Research is market product data to determine the types, styles, and sizes most commonly purchased in the area to determine sales strategy.
Grows market share by increasing sales and sales volume while maintaining company-approved product margin goals.
Completes -Positive Action Forms- for all cold calls resulting in a display, rack, and/or sale.

Establishes and maintains client files and performs timely follow-up on programs and projects.
Provide PK seminars to customers.

The Architectural Sales Rep is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to sales closure through a framework of both specified and unspecified projects. They will develop and implement an approved marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals.
Primary Objective:
Increases commercial sales in designated sales territory by calling on Architects, Designers and National Accounts for the purpose of obtaining proprietary specifications for Daltile.
Major Function and Scope:
Travels throughout assigned region to call on regular and prospective customers including Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors and National Accounts. Requiring 3-5 Calls per day with a minimum of 20-25 per week.
Identifies and establishes relationships with the Top 25 architectural and design firms.

Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all Daltile products, allied products, and installation methods by attending vendor presentations, workshops and attending joint sales calls with vendors.
Organizes and attends Large Project Tracking Meetings every 4-6 weeks.
Accurately reports closed/won opportunities dollar values to track the required revenue goals established for the territory.
Adheres to all regulatory guidelines and company policy as it relates to safety and our guiding principles.

Primary Objective
Performs complex mechanical duties and a variety of electrical trade functions in the installation, maintenance, repair and/or distribution of electrical energy. Installs, maintains and replaces electronic programmable controllers in a manufacturing environment.
Major Function and Scope
CX programming.
Trouble shoot PLC's (Programmable Logic Controller) using hand held device or laptop.
Design and redesign program and software (PLCs, operator panels, etc).
Format hard drives and install to the computers (Computer Setup) and PC application
Installs, maintains or repairs equipment for the generation, distribution or utilization of electrical energy in a manufacturing environment.
Locates and diagnosis trouble in electrical systems or equipment working from blue prints, drawings, layouts or other specifications.
Works standard computations related to load requirements of wiring and/or electrical equipment.
Knowledge of Serial port communication systems, VFD's (Variable Frequency Drives) and process control instrumentation devices (thermocouples, pressure switches, etc).
Knowledge of Servomotors and drive units.
Knowledge of label machines and scanner programming (Data logic, Sick, etc)
Uses a variety of electrician's tools including measuring and testing instruments.
Assist on conducting scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
Informs supervisor of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas. Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Knowledge of electrical code. Journeyman electrical license preferred.
Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
5+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2 years industrial electrical experience. Formal PCL training preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Competencies
Ability to read blueprints. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLC's. Ability to score 80% or better on the Industrial Maintenance exam. Ability to read and understand procedures in English. Ability to test motors and electrical circuits using a voltmeter and amp meter. In depth knowledge of LGV equipment and operation.

SHIFT: 6pm to 6am
1 st WEEK: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)

The palletizer removes tile from automatic off bearer, boxes and palletizes for shipment.
Picks up tile off of bearer or selector and places onto conveyor and/or pallet.
Dislodges jams by hand.
Removes tile from discharge end of boxing machine and stacks materials or products on pallets.
Marks boxes with appropriate grade of product and other information.
Inspects tile for damage or for conformity to specifications.
Moves materials or products to or from conveyor.
Stencils, tags, stamps or writes identifying information on packaged products.
Records production.
Keeps work area clean and orderly.
High school diploma or equivalent experience. 3 years previous manufacturing/production experience. Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English. Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner. Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
