Facility Coordinator
Position Summary
The facility coordinator is the primary interface between the Recon Inspector and the Service Advisors in the service drive. The coordinator ensures all retail customer vehicles are completed within the expected delivery times and new and used vehicle reconditioning work is identified and routed as quickly as possible.

District Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for logging and tracking all work flow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer.
Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles between the various departments of the dealership and the shop.
Coordination of repair activities with service drive staff.
Support and advise the Recon Inspector on the estimating process. Coordinator will provide cover when Recon Inspector is at break or other required times.
Order parts as required.
Ensure final inspection meets desired standard.
Manage all billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealer.
Interact with dealer's customers as required.
Provide and maintain safe working environment.
Maintain any tools in good working condition.
Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
Exhibit, promote and foster a positive attitude through cooperation with other employees, and a willingness to openly discuss issues with supervisor/management and respectful attitude toward the company.

Automotive Paint Prepper to prepare vehicles for the painting process. This person can also be mentored by a senior paint technician and learn the automotive paint process.
Job Responsibilities:
Wash vehicles to remove dirt, oil, grease and debris from painted surfaces.
Locate and remove imperfections on panels prior to painting. Treat scratched and chipped areas with plastic or liquid filler.
Apply paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as bumpers, windows, chrome trim, and other parts while surrounding areas are spray-painted.
Tapes the car up using tape, paper and plastic bags so we only paint the parts of the car we intend to paint.
Smooth unmasked surfaces with sandpaper removing gloss from previous coats of paint. Sand rough spots.
After vehicle is painted, remove masking tape, and clean vehicle. Move vehicle to designated area for buffing.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., assist supervisor in training and orienting new employees, perform housekeeping duties, etc.
May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
Body Shop and/or vehicle prepping experience
Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Qualifications:

D ent Wizard International and subsidiary Know-How Systems Global (KHS) are looking for a Claim Data Administrator to join their team! The Data Admin is an entry level full-time position and will report directly to the Customer Care Manager as well as provide support to the OEM/Catastrophe and US Retail Divisions. These divisions work closely with insurance agencies and vehicle manufactures to provide estimates on damaged vehicles and offer repairs on said vehicles. The Data Admin will assign contact lists to Customer Care Representatives, run reconciliations across several databases, import assignments provided by insurance companies, and provide daily reports showcasing completion across all jobsites for business partners. This position is located at our Know-How Systems office, located in Sunset Hills, MO. This position will require working with team members in the office as well as supporting other locations remotely.
We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will answer all customer inquiries promptly, be thorough and detail oriented, provide help and feedback to the Customer Care team, and accurately report based on the data provided. The candidate must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule. Office hours are Monday through Friday but during peak business season, weekends may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Import claims from insurance providers into our business systems
Generate contact lists and assign claims to members of the Customer Care Team
Report daily on jobsite completion for each business partner
Work with insureds and adjusters to correct problems and update claimant profiles
Run reconciliations to ensure all data is up to date across all platforms
Work to improve systems and processes to make the Customer Care Center more effective and efficient
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
Provide direct support to the Customer Care team
Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel
