Y ou'll provide mobile repairs for auto dealerships, auction houses and other customers at a fixed site or on a route . You'll repair rips, tears and burn s; mix dyes to match surfaces; and remove stains. Your goal? To make a detailed car's inside look as new as possible and ready for sale. The Operations Coordinator is the primary contact between the dealership and reconditioning team. The coordinator ensures all retail customer vehicles are completed within the expected delivery times and new and used vehicle reconditioning work is identified and routed through our reconditioning shop as quickly as possible. Entry Level position located in the Fort Myers, FL area. Must have Automotive Experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for logging and tracking all workflow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles between the dealership and the shop
Coordination of repair activities with dealership
Manage all billing and invoicing
Interact with dealer's customers as required.
Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.
Handle all incoming requests by scheduling appointments between customer and the Technician who will be performing the work
Conduct quality control inspections
Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates
Qualifications:
Detail experience required-will be expected to step in to production as needed
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively.

Solidify relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with prospective customers.
Understand customer's financial goals and develop working relationship with the customer's senior financial organization to facilitate achieving positive business results.
Lead business development activities in assigned market, including improving profitability, successfully attracting new customers, and diversifying service offerings to existing customers.
Fulfill Business:

Job Responsibilities:
Wash vehicles to remove dirt, oil, grease, and debris from painted surfaces.
Locate and remove imperfections on panels prior to painting. Treat scratched and chipped areas with plastic or liquid filler.
Apply paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as bumpers, windows, chrome trim, and other parts while surrounding areas are spray-painted.
Tapes the car up using tape, paper, and plastic bags so we only paint the parts of the car we intend to paint.
Smooth unmasked surfaces with sandpaper removing gloss from previous coats of paint. Sand rough spots.
After vehicle is painted, remove masking tape, and clean vehicle. Move vehicle to designated area for buffing.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., assist supervisor in training and orienting new employees, perform housekeeping duties, etc.
May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.

The Operations Coordinator is the primary contact between the dealership and reconditioning team. The coordinator ensures all retail customer vehicles are completed within the expected delivery times and new and used vehicle reconditioning work is identified and routed through our reconditioning shop as quickly as possible. This is a Entry Level position located in the Jacksonville, FL area. Must have Automotive expierence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for logging and tracking all workflow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles between the dealership and the shop
Coordination of repair activities with dealership
Manage all billing and invoicing
Interact with dealer's customers as required.
Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.
Handle all incoming requests by scheduling appointments between customer and the Technician who will be performing the work
Conduct quality control inspections
